The service was absolutely five star! Both on the phone and their employee in the field were very professional, kind and competent! They arrived shortly after my phone call to them to provide roadside assistance and got me back on my commute as fast as possible. I highly recommend. Ives If you need any roadside assistance in the Gladstone and greater area

I have been to car places from SE WI to upper MI and this place is one of the best. I know when I bring my car in the job is done as needed and expected. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I hold this place in high esteem and recommend.

I had a broken airline in my company truck, but this repair shop came to the rescue. They had me back on the road in under an hour, and it only cost me $35. The staff was also incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

They saw me (my Motorhome) without an appointment (and they were very busy) took the time to make my RV drivable so I didn't have to get towed to Gaylord. The owner and one of the mechanics went out of their way to help me out. Highly recommend.

Amazing service to my vehicle, but most of all, outstanding customer service! Our family van was over heating while we were visiting Gladstone from Illinois. Ben personally stepped in and made room for our van to be repaired, even coming to our cabin to take a look and then get it repaired within the day. Honestly, Ives saved our vacation with our three kids in tow, and saved us all the worry from other service locations who told us it would be weeks before they could get us in. Couldn't thank them more for the honest and affordable fix, and the personal care.

Ives went above and beyond when my alternator failed while on a road trip. They took us in within an hour or so of them closing! Could not be more impressed with the hospitality and service provided! Thanks to them we made it to our destination in a timely manner. Fast service and fair prices also!

I was travelling on my way from Escanaba to Munising. Beyond Gladstone would have been about 2 hours of nothingness. As I was about to pull out of Gladstone, I was flagged over by a young man in a pick up truck. He pointed out that I had smoke coming from the left tire area of my travel trailer. He assumed the brakes had locked up. He said he worked at a truck repair place, right around the corner. He made a call and they said they'd work me in, and I followed him there. What are the chances? A guy waves me over and can immediately fix my problem! It was only about 1/2 mile away. I spent the next 4 hours with the fine folks at Ive's Truck Repair while they diagnosed and fixed my issue. Before I left I asked what my guardian angel's name was, and got goosebumps when I found his name was Gabriel Michael, the name of one of the most famous angels! Again, what are the chances? Steve and Ben were absolutely fantastic to work with! We had a large project to accomplish with a very tight schedule and Ives was able to deliver for us in an extremely professional manner. Ives continually went above and beyond our expectations to make sure that we were satisfied with the work that was performed and that it was completed within the time frame allowed. Ive's Truck and Auto Repair is top notch. i don't think there's anything that they cannot fix. They're definitely the most skilled Auto Repair Shop that I know of in the Escanaba/Gladstone Area. The staff is always great and easy to communicate with.

A fuel injector on my truck went out a little east of Gladstone. The fellas at Ives diagnosed and repaired the problem working late! It allowed me to continue on my way to take my nephews hunting! Awesome service!!! Highest recommendation

They were great they save our butts when we were out of town our starter went out on our vehicle at 5 pm ish in afternoon... they were able to get a mechanic over to the hotel we were staying at and I wanna say within the hours had it fixed for us they were great thank you...

Squeezed me in a busy schedule, fast, efficient, got the job done and helped me right at my place of employment saving me a tow charge. Got done what I asked for nothing more to get myself home after work which is an 1 1/2 hour drive one way. Thank you.
