These guys are awesome! They bailed me out and squeezed me in to fix a bad wheel bearing on my truck as we were passing through the day after Christmas. Very happy with the work they did for me! Thanks again guys and God Bless!

If a Seven Star rating was available, I would indeed indicate that one for the Super, competent, and cost effective service provided by this business. Plus, I love the that they keep You posted as to what is going on with Your Service/Repair.Hat s off to Lisa, Christie, Matt, and a host of fine mechanics that make this place what it is -A Class All by Itself!My Truck and I thank You All!!

This place was a life saver!! We had issues with our motorhome and they were able to get us right in to repair it. Had to keep it overnight, leaving us in a motel, but they let us get what we needed out of it and were very accommodating. The staff is exceptional and the work was fast and efficient. I can't say enough good things about how they saved our vacation and made our stressful situation bearable!! Thank you for a wonderful experience in the midst of our chaos!

My son took his truck here for repairs. $2200 and drove it out with the same sloppy steering even after he got the initial estimate. He asked about a bad steering gear, he was told that it was fine. After picking it up and driving it, he took it back with the same symptoms and they said oh yeah it's bad. Wouldn't even take responsibility for not catching it, let alone try to make it right. We do not recommend.

I accidentally put gasoline in my diesel truck early before work. Called these guys right before they even opened. They got me in and quickly taken care of so I could be on my way. Very nice people and a clean shop.

Wonderful all the way up to picking up a damaged truck. Jimmy said they would review the "tapes" and get back to me... nearly two weeks and not even a call. Now I have to get my lawyer involved or file insurance... Apparently the "tape" reveals something they aren't willing to share.Mechanics and technicians top notch.Unfortunately, it appears ethics/morals not part of business plan. I have called multiple times, so this is just a reminder I am not going away...

Sandy, Matt and Tom saved our backsides when no one else on the UP wanted to touch our motor home. We were just over one week into our two to three month trip when the dash on our nearly new Class C lit up telling us we had lost ABS, traction control and electronic stability control. All of that also meant no cruise control. Matt diagnosed the problem and Sandy did some magic to find us the part and get it drop shipped overnight. We love these folks and suggest everyone contact them if you have an issue while near Escanaba.

I bought an auxiliary cab heater from them. When I had trouble doing the installation they were very helpful.
