Excellent customer service! The kind associate helped us with a problem that arose as we were headed to Marquette from Escanaba. We thought we weren't going to make the trip, but fortunately my husband was able to fix the problem for under $20. Our day was saved!

Tryed to call to get some information about buying some parts and had me on hold for at over 10 minutes. When I call back he was quite rude. I understand the customers in the store come first but being polite and kind is free. I will not be coming to this store.

I needed a 7 blade to 4 flat connector for a camper I had just purchased. They didn't have the part, but sent someone to Escanaba to pick it up while I went and grabbed some lunch. To me that is going above and beyond! Great job!
