I have been with KA Sutton for 3 years. They have always been friendly and helpful with all my needs. They are always quick about getting a new quote or adding a new. They even provide me with renter's insurance. KA Sutton is an all around good place to get insurance from. I would definitely recommend KA Sutton to anyone. Friendly, courteous, helpful and listens to my needs. Thanks KA Sutton for providing my family with insurance.

Family used to refer everyone here but recently i had 2 almost $500 bills from a mistake they made on a prior policy. paid the first one then a second came in 2 months later. called to cancel my policy and they didn't even try to make things right, just said to sign the cancellation letter and send back in the mail. didn't seem to care. calling my other friends and family to cancel as well...

Called for a quote on a Tuesday, I was told I would be called back later with the results. I called on Wednesday and Thursday and was told each time she would call me back. The agent never called me back. I called again on Friday and was told my quote. And mysteriously lost service! On Monday I called to figure out payment arrangements and what they needed from me, she was busy, again, and would call me back. It's Friday, and I haven't heard from her, but I've found another insurance agency.

Poor service & very unprofessional. I have been a customer for many years & even recommended other people due to price. When the people I recommend could not even get their quote answered they went elsewhere. I'm not sure what has changed in the last few years but do not recommend this agency anymore.

I agree with the other reviews, you call for a quote and never hear back from them. I guess they are making to much money and don't need anymore business.
