Joe and charity are hands down one of the best people to work with, they go above and beyond and will have you in something nicer than you ever thought in a heart beat! I bought a 2018 dodge ram truck had under 100,000 miles this was in September. It is now almost March and I ve been able to drive my truck approximately like three weeks everything on it has gone wrong. I called him let him know the owner that is and I got called to start a claim and the warranty doesn t cover anything so basically I m out $25,000, which strongly advised and never know here

There are great autos n trucks. Financing available reasonable payments,and usually has warranty. Purchased several trucks there.pleased all the way around!

So far a great experience. Joe gave me a lot for my trade in. I needed no cash down. The vehicle I bought may be a little expensive, however you have to factor in that it IS a damaged credit place, not a delarship. I couldn't have got what I got anywhere else. That being said, with a the other damaged credit places in town. I was impressed to see a line of people ahead of me, all interested in doing business here. (Not making payments). I had a great experience, some promises were made by Joe. If he sticks to them, which I believe he will. Then it all has been a great experience. I researched the vehicle, and I took it to my mechanic, and he checked the whole thing over, so I'm confident the truck will last. I have a reminder in my phone to update this post in one year. Keeping in mind, it IS a used vehicle. So that is always a dice roll, no matter who you buy from.UPDATE: ONE YEAR LATER:. Still happy with the vehicle. Infact just took it on a 2000 mile road trip. It did great! Joe kept his post sale promises, and was still great to work with. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him, and definitely recommend him to anyone who has damaged credit.

Hi there I got a truck from them and I had it all of about 4 months now and when I got the truck it s a 2014 doge Ram and the wheel bearing on front driver side went out and I took it over to Elvis repair shop in GR mi and they fixed it but the warranty is no good at all it doesn t cover everything soI m highly recommended that no one uses this car and truck dealership becauseThey don t fix what is wrong when they come in to the lot and so I m recommending that no one should by a truck or a car from them

I got hooked up with a sweet trick! Needs a little work. But not a lemon. I personally never bought a lemon from this place. But I know many people who have. My personal experience was great, and I left with the truck the same day I test drove itJuly 1st 2020 I went to Joe and asked him what he could hook me up with for $1500? He got me in a 2006 Ford Five Hundred and sold it to me for $200 less than my budget. Thank you Joe. I did the Brakes and put new wheels on it and she drives like a dream

This is a great place to go to get your new car. Joe was very understanding of my situation, also helpful at getting a payment I could afford and giving me fair trade in for my vehicle. I'm very happy with my purchase. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Joe is a completely honest guy.He bends over backwards to try and help you get into a vehicle.I am a service connected veteran.Joe helped me with my car so I would have it to get to my doctor's appointments. Plus when I had mechanical problems he arranged to help get it taken care of. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to go there and see if Joe can help you.

Joe is probably the best and most honest used car sales man out there. I loves my experience with him. He was fast told me the problems with my truck before I bought. I bought it with issues because they were all cheap easy fixes a gas cap needed replaced 2 fuses needed replaced and the brakes needed to be bled. But he told me all this before I bought it. I would buy from again and again this place is awesome. And for a buy here pay here lot the guy gets nice newer. Trucks in.

My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle and heard about them through a coworker. So we called them up and dealt wit Joe. He got our information and got us approved for a newer and more reliable vehicle. Went in he next day test drove the car and walked out with it not even an hour later. Joe even told us what needed to be fix on it and all he knew about the car. He was very friendly and we enjoyed working with him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a used car they take care of their customers.

I have bought 3 cars from Straight A Way Auto. I was given a great deal each time. The Staff is excellent there. They are very friendly and treat you with a lot of respect. Joe has been extremely honest and up front with every purchase. He looks out for his customers and makes sure they get what they want and works with their budget. If you re looking for a vehicle I HIGHLY recommend Straight Away Auto!!!!!!

My husband & I bought a 2010 Dodge Ram truck, very low miles & runs excellent body also in excellent condition, Joe was awesome & helped us get a great deal, he was very honest, which is very hard to find! definitely recommend them. We will definitely be going back if we want another vehicle.

Very great service. Excellent staff and very helpful and they work with you on trying to get you into a vehicle that fits your budget. I've boughton a vehicle from them and refer other people over to them as well and will keep on referring family and friends over to them. They also offer a great warranty program for your vehicle at the time of purchase and this warranty covers so many things and services. I'm thinking about buying a few more minivans myself from them and Joe Gaylor is the main guy that you want to speak with. He will get you into a good vehicle that fits your budget and price range.

I have gotten every vehicle I have ever owned from here (5) and I have never had an issue with any of them! Joe always makes sure he puts me in a good reliable vehicle, and he always gives me a great price on my new vehicle and my trade in! My newest purchase is a 2015 Ford Fusion and I couldn't be happier with it, it's super clean and has very low miles!

Purchased a Jeep Laredo over 10K. Broke 2 days after purchase both sides had CV failures. Found out fog lights aren't actually wired to anything just ziptied in place. Caliper failures. Transmission is failing. Credit Acceptance refused return of vehicle within first 72 hours. Turned in to a multiyear headache. Buyer beware have an independent mechanic overlook all vehicle systems and give you an honest overview of what to expect. Don't put yourself into debt for a lawn ornament.

I purchased my 2016 Edge at Straitaway about a month ago. I am forever grateful to Joe and the staff at the Gaylord Lot. I absolutely love my vehicle. I went to straitaway after going to a big name dealership who said with confidence they could help me. What they did was run my credit through 7 places that all said no which caused a drop in the credit score that I am trying to build up. I felt like just another number with the other dealership but Joe and his staff were personable and took care of every single detail without ever making me feel that way. They were packed the day I went in and I still felt like the most important person in the room. I will forever be grateful to Joe and staff and will be a repeat customer as long as I need a vehicle.

I have lost count as to how many vehicles my family and I have purchased from Joe, and we have never regretted a single one of them. Know what you're buying people, don't blame the dealership for selling you a problematic vehicle if you didn't do your research, or have it inspected by a certified mechanics shop. The dealership doesn't know much more than you do about the car most of the time. I love that I am left alone when looking at vehicles or driving a friend to look at the cars on his lot, no pressure at all. Highly recommend!

The man told me a car with a bad water pump and it was making noise and he knew it and he could have fixed it me didn't so now I'm stranded. 2015 Jeep Cherokee cost me $18,000 and still couldn't get it right

Went into Strait A Way today and within 2 hours I was home with my new car. Appreciate the time Joe took to get me into the right car. Also have to say after reading the other reviews, You re going to a place that works with all credit types. Don t go in expecting to pay $0 down and $100 a month for a car in perfect condition. You get what you pay for and for now I m pretty happy

This dealership is the only place we will buy our vehicles. The dealership is very honest and trustworthy. The last 2 cars we bought there, we had all the paperwork completed before we e en saw what we bought. YES, they are that honest and trustworthy. We have recommended them to many others. (And for the record, we are not friends, we don't know them and everything is strictly business.)

Best place to buy used car! Bought car 2 months ago and had small problem but Joe at Straight Away Auto Sales fixed the problem within 24 hours& I highly recommend them.
