It was an awesome experience renting snow mobile from them. This is our first time renting and riding snow mobile.The front desk person is so caring and helpful and replied very politely for all our questions and also they gave training in how to use the snow bike before riding, it was more helpful. Mike & Anita were great in helping us enjoy our first time ride

Rented 10 sleds from Snowbelt on 1/19/24 thru the next day and the staff was beyond accommodating and great to work with. The sleds performed perfectly as well. We couldn t have had a better run up to Walloon Lake for a great lunch! Can t wait to come back next year. Thanks again Snowbelt!!

Good prices, and good people. It was quick and easy. Me and my wife even had a minor accident in the snowmobile and it cost around $1,000 to fix they said. Well they took the security deposit of $500, which they should, and were veryyy understanding about the remaining money that was left. They said don't worry about it right now and have fun on the rest of your honeymoon. More people like this need to own businesses or have people work for them like this. Good experience and even better people.

Great machines, great value! We rented 10+ sleds, all ran great with no issues. They went above and beyond to make our annual event awesome! Thank you Snowbelt!! We will be back again next year.

If you re looking for a place with great service, great prices, great equipment, & excellent people, this is your place to go. My family will continue to make the drive up here for them every time. We ve used them for snowmobiling & side by side rentals & will never go anywhere else for anything we may need in the future. They remembered us from last time & they have always been so helpful, knowledgeable, & accommodating from the beginning. Mike, Anita, & Eric could not have given us a better experience & we can t wait to be back!

Such an awesome experience! Our family rented 7 sleds for a 4 hour trail ride. First time for all but two of us on snowmobiles. Their staff was friendly, professional and above all patient in showing how to operate the sleds. They provided a map, gave suggestions for a halfway stop-over and made sure everyone was comfortable before we headed out. We had a blast and will be talking about this adventure for years to come. We will be back and highly recommend.

I have utilized Snowbelt Motorsports to rent side by sides on several occasions. Mike is very friendly and accommodating when I need to make adjustments to my rental. Their equipment is good quality and very reliable as they do an impressive job of maintaining and cleaning their equipment. I recommended to friends the side by sides and snowmobiles; they have always said, "Thank you" for putting them in contact with Snowbelt Motorsports. I look forward to my next rental from Snowbelt Motorsports and exploring the beauty of Northern Michigan.

After having such an awesome experience twice last winter with Snowbelt Motorsports, we had to go back again this year. We rented 3 snowmobiles on Monday, and boy did we have fun out on the trails!!! Mike and Anita took excellent care of us as they always do. We got to take out the new Ski-Doo 600's that are new to the fleet this year, they were perfect for the trials. Mike walked us thru the best routes to take for our trip. We made a 8 hour loop and had a blast!! I HIGHLY recommend Snowbelt for your rental needs. Great folks. New sleds. and hundreds of miles of beautiful northern Michigan trails right out the front door. Thanks again for taking care of us!!

These are the photos of my boat after I got it home from being detailed, I had requested everything get done and I m not sure what exactly they did if anything! I wouldn t recommend having them do any detailing.

We rented snowmobiles from here and had much fun we had to stay an extra day and rent again. The people here are helpful, knowledgeable and super nice.There equipment is top notch (especially the sporty sled the second day) We will definitely rent from here again.Bill and Diana Webb

Rented a beautiful clean pontoon boat for our family this week. They provide excellent service and we re wonderful to work with! Everyone was super nice and friendly and made sure we had a great time on our vacation. The staff ensured we had plenty of life vests for the kids and the boat was pristine. Look no further, call them!

My family and I couldn t have had a better experience here. We rented snowmobiles from Mike and Anita in the winter, and we were so impressed that we decided to come back to rent side-by-sides in the summer. They were flexible, very knowledgeable of the trails and stops along the way, and overall very warm and kind people. Mike, Anita, and Eric even remembered us from earlier in the year! Renting from Snowbelt will be part of our annual vacations from here on out. Couldn t recommend more highly!

This was our second time renting from these guys. They are always on time, professional and willing to answer any questions. We had kids so didn t want to go out in the boat until and hour later than expected and they accommodated us to meet us there then. They also asked if we needed children life jackets. Kids loved the tube that we rented as well. All in all I have had two great experiences with them. They met all of my expectations for a great price. We will be using them again in the future for sure!

So much fun!!! Everything worked perfectly, staff was friendly and it was quick and easy to rent. We will absolutely rent again next time we come up!! The sxs had a radio and gps which was super nice to have! Trails were easy to find seems like a trustworthy business! Thanks for making our trip Snowbelt rentals!!

Reserved a pontoon boat for the day. The family was looking forward to a nice day on the water. We showed up to pick up the boat and were informed that they had rented out to some one else stating they emailed us (which we receive but it was just stating our confirmation). They also said they tried to call us, yes they called at 930ish which we were not able to receive at the time. We showed up at 10 am to pick up the boat so roughly a half hr after they called. Said there was nothing they could even though we had already put money down and had it reserved. The they refused to give us our deposit back and even tried to charge us for now show. I would not recommend dealing with them. I consider them shady, unprofessional, and crooked.

What a great time we had with their Polaris rental!!! 4 hours was the perfect amount of time to do some serious exploring on the extensive trails in Gaylord. Customer service was excellent, and they are very descriptive in explaining where the trailhead is. Conveniently located to the trailhead as well. 10/10 will be repeat customers next summer. So nice to be able to rent an excellent machine and not worry about trailering your own when you just want to have a relaxing vacation. Thank you Snowbelt!

My parents reserved a pontoon boat for Saturday the 22nd they reserved the boat for the entire day and put a $250 deposit down when they showed up to pick up the boat. They had informed them that they had already rented the boat out to somebody else because they were not there by 9 o clock They showed up at 10:00am on the dot to pick it up for the day, Nowhere in the rental agreement does it state a specific time that you have to be there to pick up the boat or in the emails sent an how do you even justify that when the deposit was for the WHOLE day not specified hour but they stated that because they weren t there by 9 o clock they had re-rented the boat to somebody else within an hour and they would not be returning the $250 dollar deposit not only that they tried to pull all of the money out for the boat for that day even though my parents did not get to take the boat out! Very sad I came all the way up from downstate to enjoy a day on the lake and could not!

This is a great family ran business with great machines. We had a big group of 9 and got snowmobiles for 2 days. We had accident within the first few hours on the icy conditions and they were extremely patient and kind with us as we navigated a scary situation. The rest of the group was able to enjoy the trails and the beautiful area. Would highly recommend

Good rental service. The fleet is old and tired. Premier pontoon has a 90 horse outboard that is old and tired. Barely pulled a tube. Rips in the seats. Carpets seen better days. Update the fleet and 5 stars for sure. Put at least 115 hp motors on pontoons. Maybe offer a ski boat?

Definitely would use this company again. The equipment & rentals were nice & Mike & Anita are super kind! I took my kids. The girls were too cold & tired to ride back so they graciously picked us up as well as the 2 snowmobiles. The girls & I were super thankful. Highly recommended.

Great company to work. I rent the camping trailer from them 3 times a year and Anita and Mike are super nice and work hard to make sure you have everything you need. I would highly recommend Snowbelt Motorsports Rental & Detailing

Had a great time. The two issues we had were that one of the sled had lost its trail sticker and we got stopped by DNR twice asking about it, which probably made us loose 30 minutes of time while we explained that it was a rental. Then two sled did not want start right away after stopping but they did always end up starting. Other than those two things had a great time and sleds and equipment was great.

Excellent place to rent snowmobiles! The staff took the time to help us plan a trail route for our 4 hour rental. Sleds in great condition, staff super helpful and friendly. Great family memories were made thanks to them!

Had a great time with a pontoon boat rental for Otsego Lake. the boat was clean and free from mechanical defects. Was given a orientation to get familiarized with the controls. The boat was easy to drive. Boat was delivered to the boat launch and was already in the lake when we arrived.

Mike and crew were friendly and helpful. Not a far ride to a great expance of trails. No issues with the side by side we rented. I would definitely recommend snowbelt to anyone wanting to rent some orv equipment. Thanks guys!

We enjoyed our morning driving the Razr 2 person side by side on the trails east of Gaylord. The GPS on board made navigation easy. We saw several deer and turkey along the way. Your suggestion to buy cheap rainsuits at Walmart kept us comfortable while a bit of rain fell on our day. Great machine, your team is friendly and helpful, and I am sure we will be back. Thanks for a fun day.
