Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced I called a day ahead to make sure they had the part I needed spent 15 minutes on the phone for them to verify that it was the correct one sent my wife to drive there an hour and a half away only to get there and realize that it was not the right part and if they would have read the very front of the they would have known that has they read the package. then once my wife got on the phone with me and heard me angry with them they refused to even order the correct one or do anything to make the situation right. Horrible experience. Horrible business to interact with.

Very very bad customer service. These guys will waste your time. Drive from over an hour away for them to hand me the wrong part. I called to make sure it was correct before I drove there. And once they realized it was wrong refused to order another one. Just plain laziness.

Such an amazing experience. Randy was so wonderful to work with and found the perfect plow for me and my budget. The install job was great! Also I appreciated Randy walking me through how to attach \ detach and operate the plow. Now I feel prepped for the winter.

Blown trailer airbag up in the UP. Drove down to see if they could do it. They found airbag down the street, went and got it and replaced it like nobody's business. Thank you Brian for getting me back in the road so efficiently.

very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable if you give them the correct information you will get the correct parts thank you Andy mike Craig pat the thing that could be better is if they came over and installed the parts for me

Spanking, brand new Western plow was purchased today. They explained everything, showed us how to take it off & put it on. Very happy with our purchase and will go there again!

All these 5 star reviews are fake customers. This company is just as shady as n and j diesel repair. You're treated like a sheep here. Good job to whoever is in charge of this company

recently took a meyers plow pump to be rebuilt&took 5wks to get done. service mgr. didn,t communicate like he said. used the plow once to find that it wasn't done properly. I paid $500& NOW its back in for repair with no communication & has been 3days now with no plow&NO CALLS LIKE Gary said.I need a workable plow.

Very helpful and part was in stock. They were also able to bench test my plow hand held controller, other shops in the area could not.
