The best experience I ve ever had at any oil change place. The lady and gentleman that work there were absolutely awesome and very professional and did a great job on my oil change. I will definitely go back and recommend that place to anyone.

Waste of time guy told me an oil change would cost $200 told him that was ridiculous so I went to the oil change in boyne only cost $60 and got it done quick. Wouldn't go here if I were you.

I stopped in after running over a large rock. They did a courtesy check for me for any damage that may have occurred.A protective plate had come loose and they reattached it for me, no charge.Greatly appreciated!!

Oil change went fine. A lot of upselling but i was thankful they let me know of all of their products. Not sure if they are the best price in town, but they did the job quick and easy.

Thorough, fast, honest and up front. They told us the dip stick was missing. Dealer forgot to put back last time. We're still able to do oil change.

Great service and gotta love Ladies Day on Wednesday s!!! 10% off and a flower is definitely a bonus when getting your oil changed. Thanks for letting me know about the 3 recalls on my vehicle as well. Apparently we don t get notified of those sort of things but we do get a bill every month. Great place to get your oil changed. Painless and quick. Very friendly staff and I ll be back!

Staff was very nice and helpful. They gave me a flower at the end of my oil change. They will never know how much I appreciated that small gesture. I just said goodbye to my 16 yr old cat yesterday. Definitely will be visiting this location again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The oil change began by the technician breaking the dipstick off at the pull-ring. And, although admitting to the damage, he refused to accept blame for breaking it, citing it was the manufactures error in building such an inferior product!!! Yeah, that's right... I was told over and over by the technician and by the manager, "Heather", that it was the fault of Dodge for making the dipstick pull-rings out of plastic!! Really???????I told the technician I had just pulled the dipstick ten minutes earlier without any problems... like I've done many, many times in the past! And the only reason I came in to have my oil changed was because it was a half quart low. It's obvious that the technician did not pull the dipstick straight out, but instead pull it sideways and snapping it off inside the tube. But what has me really frustrated about this whole experience is that the technician and the manager would not accept any responsibility for this damage.This is completely unacceptable and deters me from ever taking any other vehicles I own to this location, and I will also recommend my friends and family avoid this place as well. If they would have just admitted they accidentally caused the damage and offered to replace the part (only $16!!!) I would have thought nothing of it and would have been happy with the service otherwise.What else could they have damaged and blamed the manufacturer??? The oil filter housing? The drain plug? My car could potentially be ruined because of these incompetent, untrained and obnoxious people working at this location. I am thoroughly disgusted and offended by the actions and attitude! Never again!!

The only place I go. They're courteous and professional. I've never left feeling like they were trying to take advantage and make a quick buck. They all take the time for explanations if you need, and are a fun group to chat with.

went on a Saturday, they wait was short with two cars ahead of me. Heather and Josh provided my service. very friendly and they both taught me things that I didnt know about my car. with my receipt, Heather pulled all the open recalls on my car and made me away of them, which was awesome. best service around, I highly reccomend this place. amazing service at a great price.

Just had first of what I'm sure will be many services done here. My technician was Heather, she did a fantastic job keeping me informed and explaining what she was doing. Great job. Will be returning with the wife's car shortly.

My girlfriend and I had Went in for an oil change, online reviews were good..... great attention to detail people said. They are rip offs! They tell people there s all these problems with your car, when really it s not even an issue. They had told me that my transmission fluid was overflowing and it would cost about 200 dollars and was pretty urgent.... I didn t have the money at the moment but thank god because I got a second opinion and there was nothing wrong with the fluids.. be careful who you trust, attention to detail so particular as the people here is because they re trying to squeeze more unnecessary money out of you..

Arrived at this location at approximately 5:43 pm. They close at 6 and there was already two cars waiting, but as I was pulling up behind one of the vehicles waiting, the manager walks out and says in a snotty tone " It will be at least 45 minutes until we can get you in and by then we will be closed". Could have been much more professional about the situation.

Wow! I learned more about my car in ten minutes than I have since I ve owned it. They checked everything they said they would and then some. I never had to get out of my car and they were extremely knowledgeable. Heather even showed me the M&Ms that were stuck in my air filter (thanks kids!). Very impressed and I am sold! More expensive than Walmart, but totally worth the extra!

Very helpful and friendly! Went in for an oil change, and they noticed one of my windshield wipers wasn't working and fixed it! What I thought was an expensive electrical problem turned out just to be a loose bolt. I highly recommend them.

Great service, honest, hard-working team I can trust to change my oil and evaluate if my vehicle needs anything else. Didn't try to sell me any extras and answered all my questions. Also reviewed my vehicle on carfax to see it's history. I highly recommend Performance Plus if you're looking for an oil change.

This business blew away completely in the tornado in May 2022 (see everyone s photos) and have declared themselves permanently closed rather than rebuilding. The hours on this website need to be changed to permanently closed, too. It s gone.

I feel they took advantage of my wife not knowing what to ask for. 91 bucks for a oil change. We are seniors on a fixed income. This was in Charlevoix. Be careful how you ask for a oil change. I will never use them agsin.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
