These guys are the best. They took me in and followed through to the end. I'm sure they didn't make any money on this job but still gave me 100 %. I couldn't have found a better shop.

White tail drilling bought 3 batteries for $100 apiece, 3 months later 2 tested bad, the 3rd was testing good but not holding a charge, they said they backed the batteries for a year, when I took them in to warranty them, I had to prove I bought 3 replacements elswhere, they wouldn t warranty them replace them or help in any way, they still have the old batteries, won t give me new batteries, or return my money, absolutely will not go here again, I can see a trucker on the side of the road broke down and Kenworth being like wellp sorry!

This Kenworth makes me wish all shops worked this way. Nate and Rob were fantastic from the start to the end. Nice and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to those 2 for being great people.

RV Transmission stuck in 4th gear. It took a couple of days before they could get to it as they were busy. after getting started they did a great job. The mechanic on the job new what he was doing and got it done. The people there were very helpful and friendly and do good work.

Had a recall for our Cummins engine on our Motorcoach. Was referred to Michigan Kenworth by Cummins. I called and was able to get an appointment within a week. They were courteous, professional and completed the work within the time frame they promised. I was definitely impressed with their operation!

Treated me excellent. Only came in for blocked fuel filters but they were right on me, and was more than fair with the price. I hope I don't have cause to come back, but if I do, I'd come back here in a second.

Stopped by to see if they had the part I ordered for my cb antennae. I put the order in a month and a half. Their response was, " oh! I remember ordering it but I gueas it hasn't come in yet". WOW!! You guys suck!!

This KW shop is amazing they get the job done the first time all the guys that work there are very nice and know what the doing we need more shops like this it s the only shop I ll take my truck to great work and fair pricing.

Excellent attention. In 5 hours they diagnosed and repaired the fault in my truck. Change of intake sensor.Exelente atenci�n. En 5 horas diagnosticaron y repararon la falla de mi camion. Cambio de sensor de admisi�n.
