This shop is excellent they really understand we need are trucks to make living. Service was fast done right keep up good work.

Great bunch of guys. Brought the truck ( '23. 389) for follow up problems from warranty work done at another shop a couple weeks prior. They found the problem along with a few additional coolant leaks. Very thorough and concerned about making sure it was right before I left. This will be the shop that gets my work from now on. Will definitely send other drivers their way.

Find it cool that JX put a shop in Gaylord Michigan,a little closer to the house,very friendly staff in the service department, willing to call and give updates on repairs,fast in and out ,shop doesn't seem to be super busy but they just moved and started doing repairs on location about the start of February 2023,

I'd avoid this place like the plague.. the service guys are friendly and communicate, but I've had to come back every time I've been there(3 times) because stuff wasn't right when I left. I was very excited when I heard jx was in town but not any more.
