Used my pre-paid maintenance plan for my oil change and tire rotation. Seems like the mechanics had to jump through a lot of hoops to receive payment through the maintenance plan resulting in a longer than normal waitime.

I love this dealership. Even though there are dealerships closer to me, I purchased my car at Jim Wernig and will continue to do so in the future because of their staff. Whenever I've had an issue come up with my car (twice), they have been prompt and gotten it right in to fix. I trust them and they are my go-to. Purchasing my new Tahoe was also a great experience there, in 2021. I had sent emails to a few dealerships in my area that I was looking for a new Tahoe, and they were the first to reply and got my business. Some others never even replied.

This place is horrible every time I come here for an oil change it literally takes these people 57 minutes to change oil what the hell is express about that. False advertising is what it is. All while there employees stand around doing nothing but staring at the line of cars LMAO wow.

Service department had my truck for 3 weeks. The truck sat for most of the time with out being worked on. Service department did not communicate at all on what was going on with the truck was told numerous times they'd be giving me a call on what was going on with it they never would return a call. I was told they were going to put a torque converter into it two days straight they kept giving me a runaround did not put the torque converter in the vehicle. So I picked up the vehicle and took it to a different dealership that will do the work on to it. I will never recommend or spend any more money with the company.

We pulled in at 7:45 am and the 2 men inside seen us and turned the lights on and opened the door early to let us in.They changed the oil and rotated the tires and we were done by 8:05 am the 2 men were polite and did a great job.Thank you

We are from Florida and traveling in Michigan our change oil notification came on. We called several Cadillac or GM dealerships and was told they were a week out on appointments. Well that just won't work!Wait....what!!?? The Gaylord Michigan, Jim Wernig dealership said come right in and we will take care of you. We were in and out and it only took about 15 minutes. Best service ever!!!

From the first contact with Alyssa via online to Chris the Salesman to Samantha in finance it has been a pleasant and comfortable transition, it was hard thing for me to leave a dealership that I have been doing business with for 20 years with the relationships that were built over that time but time and people change. Alyssa hats off to you, you never pressured me on anything and I threw you a curve ball last week looking at the Silverado, you re the reason we will be taking delivery of the new to us Silverado tomorrow. I was very happy that I came in for an oil change here because I hardly ever have to wait long and I am treated very well . I also was very happy that when I inquired about getting my tires rotated that they quickly set it up. Excellent service. Very very happy with these dedicated employees that go out if their way to meet the needs of the customer Thank You!!

I had the headlights of my 1968 Corvette adjusted. I had just installed LED headlights and had to have them aimed properly. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and did a very good job adjusting them.

I bought my traverse here went back to buy a Cruze and the sales person had changed I don t know this guys name but he is very stuck up and treats you like you have no money. I m looking at buying a new duramax but will not be back as long as he is the sales person.I have since returned and bought 2 new Duramax and a Yukon. They have redeemed themselves and helped me greatly! Thank You
