Fabulous experience and great deal buying my new Honda motorcycle, each staff member was very helpful. Tim on the sales team was terrific and stayed late to help me past close and even helped load cycle into my trailer. All my future service and purchases will be with these fine people.

Or salesman Tim was great to work with both over the phone and in person. He beat other local prices twice now. Tim is very knowledgeable about his products and was able to easily answer all our questions. The parts department was also great to work with and went out of their way to get us the accessories we wanted. We will be back again.

Extreme Power Sports provided the best customer experience I have ever had this past week. I brought a 2024 Ski Doo to town from Ohio for the first time and unloaded a sled with the entire dash out and heated shield connector not working. I showed up unannounced at 7:45 am at Extreme Power Sports with them opening at 9:00 to be greeted by Tyler Clark. He felt my pain and jumped right into my trailer trying to determine the issues. After trying a few things he then introduced me to his service manager. He asked me to unload the sled and pull it into their shop. In less than 20 minutes he drove it back out with everything working perfectly and they told me to enjoy my day and I didn't owe anything. Unreal!They turned a bad situation into a positive one and earned a customer. With 100% certainty I will buy my next sled from them simply because they run a business the way it should be ran.Thanks to the entire Extreme Power Sports Team!

Awesome dealership to do business with! A few months ago I purchased a new SXS from Tyler. He was very knowledgeable about his products, and was good at keeping me updated while we waited for the unit I wanted to arrive. Once the unit came in he let me borrow a trailer, helped me load it and he even personally installed some accessories I ordered! Their Service Department didn t disappoint either! Recently I brought it in for a few warranty repairs and I also needed them to fix a problem I created! The guys in Service were very friendly and listened to all my concerns. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was surprised there was NO charge for my mistake and all the other issues were corrected and covered under warranty. Great customer service all around, keep up the good work!

I d like to give a huge thanks to Travis and Leroy in your service department. I had an issue with my secondary clutch and when I called them from the trail, they tried to help. Than said shot up here we close at 530 and may not be open on Saturday, I showed up at 515 with my clutch and bam they fixed it. Told me what to order for permanent fix.They went above and beyond. It s nice having people like that help customers.I will always buy from you guys and keep referring people to you guys.

So there I was in March of 2023, ready to go snow check a new Backcountry. There are alot of options in Northern Michigan but I knew of the best choice and thats Extreme Power Sports. I walk in and find a guy by the name of Cyrus Richardson. I did alot of homework already, so i had a good idea of what and why i wanted it. I ran all my thoughts by him, he guided in the right direction I felt not just agreeing with me to get a sale. We spec'd my sled and hit the order button. Fast Forward to October, he calls and is super excited to tell me my sled is ready. A quick sit down and the 2024 backcounty was loaded up and headed home. I reflected the great service I had received from Cyrus, so i called him up. I told him my wife was looking for a solid used Ski Doo. A couple weeks go by and Boom, my guy pulls through. An Awesome 2020 Renegade comes home as well! If you are in the market for a fun toy, make it easy and go see Cyrus at Extreme in Gaylord Michigan. You will not regret it!

We have bought 2 dirt bikes and a quad here and the sales experience was great, the parts department does a pretty good job but they are a little slow and they do no always communicate well. The reason for the 2 star review is my 21 Kodiak will only run for about 30 minutes and the fuel pump over heats, the service department tells me that this quad is not made to be ridden for long periods of time and there is no fix and I should have known what I bought. Latee I took my daughter's 125 TTR in for a service and to have them look for the cause of a hard start that the bike has had since we bought it. They called me and let me know that the plunger was stuck in the carb and the had cut the choke cable off the bike and it was going to be $500 to fix it ( bike already disassembled). Needless to say I was furious, I own a repair shop and know how things are supposed to be done and this is not the way. When I finally cooled off and went and picked up the bike and brought it home..... It won't start, called down there and was rudely told that carburated quads and dirt bikes won't start in this cold weather, but both our other quads and the other dirt bike ( 2 stroke, starts on the first kick) We run on an ice track in the winter and now I paid for repairs I didn't authorize and have a bike that is worse than when I took it in. I will most likely never do business here again.

A big shout out to Extreme Power Sports Gaylord and our salesman Tim Somers for setting us up in our new Honda Talon R4. Great service and attention to details. Tim got this unit set up and out the door within hours of getting delivered to dealership so we could get out on the trails. It was a pleasure doing business with him. Highly recommend calling Tim for all your power sports needs. Honda, Polaris Can Am and accessories, They have it all!

Tim Somers was my salesman and between communication with him and Brody, it was one of the best purchase experiences I can remember! I was buying a lower end model Honda Rancher four wheeler, more or less out of season. When I arrived to look at the inventory it was outside covered with snow because they were changing their inventory around to snowmobiles. I requested that it be dried off so that I could come back the next day and inspect it and purchase it if I liked it. when I arrived the next day, it was not only dried off, but sitting in the showroom upfront, polished perfectly and even the tires were tire shined! I was treated just as if I was spending $20,000 as opposed to $6500. Tim was one of the most attentive and likable salespeople I have met in my 55 years. Look forward to my next purchase there very soon!

I thought I had a transmission issue with my Honda SXS 700. Travis called me and asked questions on the issue and possible solutions to fix issue. Travis was very professional. Asked me to call him back if i found anything.I was out of town at the time when he called. When home in U.P and, of course, I checked, and due to my not paying attention to the simple things found that somehow I hit the switch from Auto Transmission to Manuel Transmission and, of course would not go into 2nd gear. Thinking it was in Auto.Travis returned my call within minutes and told him what had happened problem solved!I want to thank Travis and Extream Power for the great professional service! You have my business in the future!

Had a great experience snow checking a Polaris XCR @ Extreme. Cyrus, the salesman, was terrific. He was very attentive and patiently answered all my questions. His attention to detail made for a top notch experience...e.g. assisting me at the parts counter, installing my extra belt and spark plugs on my sled, gave a thorough walk-thru of my sled's features including his recommended baseline suspension setup and suggestions for fine-tuning. It's always nice to work with a sales guy who is also really into the sport. No hassle, no pressure transaction which (in my experience) isn't always the case at powersports dealers. I highly recommend Extreme and be sure to ask for Cyrus.

Excellent dealership! I ve been in many northern Michigan dealers and have never had such a pleasant experience as I did in Extreme Power Sports. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Doug was able to guide me through the buying process seamlessly. He listened to my needs and what I want out of a side by side and showed me the options they had in inventory and the options available to order. Never once did I feel pushed or rushed into a purchase. The finance manager Rusty was a funny guy and very helpful as well. Definitely will come back to extreme for more power sports business in the very near future!

Just bought two (2) brand new Sea Doo Jet Skis' from Tim Somers at Extreme Power Sports. SOOOO EASY to do business with. VERY knowledgeable of all products. Answered all our questions and guided us to the right product to meet our needs. COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY. Give these guys a try, for sure.

Excellent experience picking up my first purchase from this team, a RZR. Matt Van Atta has been great to deal with throughout the whole process. Knowledgeable on all products. As well as trustworthy on the advice he has shared and updates to my orders. Chris, the owner was personally helping to prep my product for showroom like delivery. Great guy! Everyone I have talked to and interfaced with from again Matt, Chris, then Tim, Tyler/Travis in service and Erin/Brenda with helmets were all personable and they all wanted to make sure I was pleased. My husband and I recently purchased a used 2021Suzuki KingQuad, but the owner's manual was missing. Our salesman said he would get one for us, but he must have forgotten. We went back to the store to inquire about it, but our salesman was not there. No worries however. Dave in the Parts Dept. got the job done. He placed the order while I waited, and we received the manual in the mail very quickly. Thank you, Dave! Your help was very much appreciated.

Recently I've been interested in getting into the field of motorcycles. I wanted to start small and cheap, I had wanted a Honda grom but couldn't find any dealers with one. I walked in and they had one. I talked with Doug, he gave me tons of great info, and in less than 45 minutes I bought their 2020 Grom. Fantastic service and excellent team.

Bought my machine from here. Sales guy tells me you need the warranty. Cause I don't want you to buy parts for the 5 yrs. of making a payment. Drive it like you stole it. So 3 yrs. later. I called cause I had a ripped boot & bad nuckle for rear axle. Leroy tells me to bring it in. For the warranty. So I drive 2 hrs up there. Dropped it off. 4 days later someone calls tells me warranty only covers axles if the shaft breaks. Boots and nuckles are not. They could order a new axle for 390.00. Why did they waste my time? I can get rhino 2.0 axle cheaper from super atv. . A Heavy Duty!! So I picked my machine up and get a 125.00 bill for dynastic. I told them what was wrong!! I should charge for my time. Then they couldn't find my machine! Not Happy!! This place is going down the tubes. What a difference in 3 yrs. WOW..

Whatever you're paying Travis in service it isn't enough lol ...... My six year old worked all summer to buy a dirt bike from friends of ours. When it came time to get gear for riding we ventured into town on a Saturday afternoon, we stopped into your shop just after 4 o'clock not realizing you guys had just closed. Travis was out front and greeted us, I asked if you guys carried youth riding gear. he informed me that yes but, the store had just closed. Travis could tell my kid was bummed (we had been to two other places that were closed or didn't have what we needed) and Travis became my hero that day when we walked us inside, turned on the lights and then helped my son pick out a new chestplate, gloves, etc ...... he didn't have to do what he did but HE DID and he's a tremendous asset to your company ..... He totally made my kids SUMMER because we went home and he rode for 5 hours straightThank you Travis for choosing to be kind

Had them redo my valves and carb on my crf and now its a 1kick bike even cold. It did take a month from the scheduled date, but during that time I can tell they went completely through my bike to make sure it was right. I would use them again for that fact alone. But they also answered all my questions with zero issue, and were very quick to return a phone call,and even helped me load my bike. This place is what all shops should strive to be.
