We bought our daughter a car for college and we were absolutely thrilled with the help we received every step of the way. The sales lady and other folks working there were so helpful and did not pressure us at all. There were a couple of small issues with the car and they honored their 30 day policy with a smile and plenty of help and communication. They made car shopping easy and stress free. We will certainly return! Thank you to everyone there, from the front door sales folks that greet you to the mechanics that were helpful and explained everything.

This was my first time buying a car and Kari was amazing! She was very helpful with any questions I had and was very patient with me. I ran into several personal hurdles which delayed the buying process, but she made sure to keep in touch and gave me resources to help move forward. With this being my first time, Kari helped ease a lot of the stress!!

I set up my appointment online for a recall issue with my Ford Escape. It was quick and easy. The service was done that same day. They replaced my battery in my key fab as the cold temperatures at the time made it inoperable. They didn't charge me for it which I'm grateful for. Great customer service.

BYERS BEWARE!! Please proceed with caution if you plan to buy a used vehicle from this establishment. I went in looking at a Used van. I had a lower price point Giving me A smaller option of vehicles to choose from. Unfortunately Two days after purchasing my new to me van the Steering rack almost fell off.. and the heated seat quit working the day I got it. Fast-forward two months, and I have finally found out that the van was sold to me with a hole in the roof. This was not Disclosed to me as a pregnant woman standing at 4 11 There is no way I could ve seen the rust and hole starting on my own. Because the vehicle was sold to me as is There is nothing they have to do, or are willing to do to help me. This has put me in an extremely tough position all thanks to the scamming of the car industry Please be aware they maybe hiding something on your used car!!

Went for an oil change at 9am on a Monday. I figured an hours time between the wait to get in and the service. These guys had me in and out under 15 minutes! Professional and courtious. Thanks Bill Marsh- Gaylord.

Worst service department I ve ever dealt with. I took my truck in for a wheel bearing to be fixed under warranty, they said that the wheel bearing was not bad, I had already had it at another shop that said it was bad. when I went to pick up the truck, it was making noise out of the same side that they said was no noise coming from. This is the second time I ve had bad experience with this dealerships service department. I will never set foot in this establishment again. I would recommend a different Ford dealer.

These people are a bunch of idiots. Had them look at my truck for a parasitic draw. I told them the truck has new batteries and the positive connection is loose because I disconnect it so it doesn't die. So a day goes by and they call me to tell me well your truck started right up, (i told them it takes 2 days to kill it) my batteries need changed and my positive connection was loose... thses batteries have already been load tested and deemed good. So the idiots already told me what I knew and didn't do a paracetic draw test like I asked. That's the only thing I wanted done. I don't need new batteries the truck has had 3 sets of new batteries and kills them all... I'd choose another place to have your vehicle looked at. They are a bunch of idiots over there. I'm definitely not paying for this and if they think I am ill see them In court. EDIT, charged the batterys up and both passed load test ( the dealership wants $550 for battery's lmao!) hooked my truck up to a scanner and found the ignition switch to have a short/ open , replaced ignition and the battery's don't drain anymore! All you at Ford must be STUPID. Took me all of 10mins to find the problem. Yall charge $140 an hour you think you'd know what you're doing. Guess not. If I could give you negative stars I would.

If you're looking for a vehicle highly recommend Kari Jo! Fourth vehicle I've bought from a car dealership, First from Bill Marsh, the super laid back atmosphere, no pressure, explaining everything. Will definitely be my go to for any future vehicle purchases.

I'm giving one star because I can't give 0. Had my truck there a couple of times in October and November this year. The first time, they recommended to me that instead of replacing a transmission line, I could just put a clamp on it. Then, the second time I had it in, I had to pay for an extra night in a hotel, because over the course of an entire day, they "couldn't verify my concerns." Then the next morning they called me to inform me that, in fact, I was right about what was wrong with the truck. THEN, as I finally was able to head home, about halfway home, I started hearing a grinding noise in the front end again. I drove home and first thought that my drivers side front brake caliper froze up. But NO, I had someone come out to replace my front brakes and one on the bolts that holds my brake caliper in place was not there, and had been grinding on my rim, and of course the caliper and pads were wrecked. So because of this dealerships negligence, I got to pay for an extra night in a hotel (149) all new pads, rotors and calipers on the front end of my truck (700) and a new rim (450). So, 1299 dollars later, I was back to normal. So I thought, then one of my transmission coolant lines blew out the other day. Come to find out, it's the same line that this dealership replaced. So that's another 1000 I had the pleasure of paying to fix their messes again. So 2299 later, after paying them about 2500 for the "repairs" they did. So yeah, if you're looking to spend more to fix their destruction than you have to pay them to "fix" your vehicle, this is the spot to get screwed.

Terrible experience for a friend I referred to come here he called yesterday to have a specific truck held and ready to buy. Was told by manager and sales that truck would be waiting for him. He took the day off and drove from mackinaw to be pulling into lot as the truck he planned on buying passed him pulling out of lot come to find out they loaned the truck out to a customer. After no one knowing where truck went they finally tracked it down but wouldn't retrieve truck for him to look and test drive untill after he was approved to buy it. After waiting 4 hours they finally got the truck back. Not one person apologized l. And when he asked for some sort of compensation the sales person laughed at him and said there not giving him anything but a free hat. I have bought 4 cars from this dealer and will never buy another nor recommend any friends or family to go here.Edit. Since I can't reply. I have had 4 personal experience with this company 3 of which were under old ownership and management those 3 were great. Last one wasn't the hospitality I expected from the first 3. Also there's nothing in the Google review policy that says it has to be my own personal experience. Reviews are for others to read and make decisions on if they want to take there business to said location. I wasn't going to post names for everyone to see. Also as an owner it shouldn't be to hard to look up sales from Friday the 6th of October and figure out who sold a black f150 and talk to sales lady as well as management and see what happened.

I came in knowing what I wanted & they let the car sell itself. I hadn t purchased a car on payments since the 90s and it was quick & painless. Even had a few days to back out of the deal. I d recommend this dealership to anyone.

I went there to get my truck repaired. The truck was damaged by their service department, then lied about it. When I talked to the manager he blew me off and walked away. I would not do any more business with them.

This is our second new vehicle purchase from Bill Marsh but our first vehicle order. The process was smooth. We worked with Jill who was not only pleasant and friendly but always available to us. The new vehicle arrived on time and we were greeted by the staff when we came to pick it up. Jill spent time with us going through all of the mechanics and electronic features. We highly recommend Bill Marsh and their staff.

Once again beyond disappointed. Ford had my vehicle for many weeks and got my vehicle back for a second time. The reason for it going to the shop was all the gas getting into my motor. Well after getting it back it only took two days to notice the problem came back. And I didn t get the paperwork. I waited over a week for a call back since the GM wasn t there when I tried to bring back the vehicle.Just went up there and they have no paperwork for the last time it was there. And the other place I took it to has found many issues and said they should of never Release the vehicle back to me since it s supposed to be underneath warranty without paperwork. So why is there a Ford warranty if they just keep telling you that there s nothing wrong? When there is multiple things wrong

Every time I bring a vehicle into your facility I am always pleased. You have a an excellent service department and your employees are exceptional in every way. I worked in service industry myself for 35 yrs (at&t) so I know what it takes to achieve that level. Lead by example worked best for me.

I purchased a Ford Explorer in last fall and the entire process went very smoothly. I did have an issue with the Bluetooth feature and scheduled that to be looked into. They were able to correct the issue for me and did not charge me anything since it was within the first thirty days of purchase. I have really enjoyed my "new" vehicle and appreciate how friendly and helpful each employee has been to work with.

I had a damaged cooling line that needed replacing and it was going to be 3 weeks for an appointment. There was no leak, and I just needed the computer reset from limp mode and it would be drivable for the 3 weeks I waited. They refused, I hung up. I apologized the next day in person, but when I picked up my vehicle 3 weeks later the cooling line came disconnected after a mile, another tow and 10 days to get it hooked back up. Now the vehicle has no AC. Three more weeks waiting to get it looked at and it turns out someone had disconnect it for an unknown reason during the last service. I feel that the cooling clip was bent and then the AC disconnected out of spite for me hanging up in frustration. When your car is being serviced you shouldn t be afraid to ask for good service because you re worried the shop will mess with your vehicle. I have no confidence in repairs from Bill Marsh any more, it s too bad they re so close.
