When I moved near Gaylord, ABC Warehouse was the obvious choice due to price, quality & customer service (loyal customer for years). I know I made better choices based on David's experience & knowledge. Thank you David & ABC Warehouse. I love my new appliances!

Shout out to Dave and Greg in the car audio department at ABC!Kind and friendly guys who know how to do the job and get it done fast, and they each have a passion for what they're doing, and with skill.I had a backup camera installed for the best price around, and Greg went out of his way to let me know he would do a particular hardwire (which i wanted) that would be included in the original pricing.Dave knocked a small extra fee down from the cost as well.They had me in and out in an hour.Clean installation and completely hidden wiring work.Highly recommend these guys.

Today my fiance and made a noce investment on a new tv stand/fireplace and sofa. Shawn was our salesman was excellent, not pushy, and happy to work with us to meet our needs. Work with Shawn if you have the chance. Very happy!

ABC Warehouse is my favorite store for appliances. Lots of choices to choose from. If they have the appliance in the back. You can take it that day . Depends on what you want. If you have to wait till it gets restocked. Wait time was short for me. Ordered it on Saturday. Appliance was there Wednesday. Ed the manger there is great to work with.

Kind of slow helping acted stand offish and said they had NO inventory at the actual store. But all of a sudden when shown cash they had plenty ! Just saying traveled 90 miles to just play games. Won't be back !

I have been working with Dave Freole in appliances today. Wow! He is absolutely amazing! He didn't stop searching until I had the perfect washer and dryer at the perfect price! He went above and beyond to help me!

Really liked David best guy around when it comes to car audio will definitely be going there to get his opinion on anything I wanna do with car audio stuff go check him out he s a really good and nice guy

By far the worst experience I ve had attempting to install a system. Set an appointment with them, then had to wait over 7 hrs only for them to charge me over $400. Then had me buy another amp, only to say my subwoofers were bad (they wanted me to purchase new from them). To say that I regret going to them is a huge understatement!

Been there a few times and I ve never had a bad experience. Last time I think it was Ryan who helped me out and he was able to hook me up with everything I needed. Also had Greg from car audio help install a subwoofer and amp and he did a phenomenal job.

After my review of our previous experience with ABC Warehouse, my sister and I went back to the store and met with the regional manager, Jen, who was very apologetic and understanding with our concerns. She compensated us for the inconveniences. She explained the delivery process and said from now on we will work with Chuck, who was very helpful with getting the orders straightened out.We did have a not so good experience with ABC Warehouse, but the rapid response from customer service and Jen made it appear to be an isolated situation and that they do care about their customers.We will be back and look forward to shopping there more often.

This store is very nice and has a good selection! We have purchased quite a few items from here in the last 6-7 years and have always had great customer service! Chuck is great to deal with and will always give you the best deal! Our latest purchase was new living room furniture. It was in stock and delivered to our house two days after purchasing. A+ job to this ABC Warehouse.

If you re looking to find helpful and knowledgeable professionals to help you with car audio equipment, this is the place to go. The entire audio department was very friendly and really helpful with making the right choice for my car. There was no pressure in purchasing anything which was very nice, I took some time to think it over and scheduled an appointment two days later and came back. I felt comfortable making a purchase through them knowing that my equipment will be insured, professionally installed (super clean btw) and very reasonable in price. They promptly hooked up the system in just a couple hours, it sounds amazing and I am very happy with the entire experience, thanks again Dave and associates! You guys rock! 10/10!

Took in my truck to get a new radio installed after trying to install it myself, fighting with it for hours. Service was amazing. Greg helped me out and had it installed in no time. Went in a little while later with some questions about subs and both Dave and Greg answered all of my questions and helped me get a better understanding of what I was looking for.

I went for a subwoofer, amp, and head unit installation for my vehicle. The guy that runs the Car Audio section, Dave, was nothing short of kind and was happy to answer any question I had. His installer did a phenomenal job and I have never been happier with customer service before. Dave gave me a great deal on the work and put up with my incredibly difficult sound system. It was worth every penny I spent there, and I will definitely be coming back for more. :)Highly recommended for anyone needing car audio work done to their vehicles. Call and ask for Dave. He ll get you all taken care of.

Dave has taken care of me in Car Audio since my first car when I was 16. The customer service is unmatched and he always makes sure I have exactly what I need. The new install guy Greg is super knowledgeable and does the highest quality work I ve seen. Wouldn t recommend anyone else to take care of your car audio needs.

Car audio is great. Umm their new installer is ABSOLUTELY Amazing. Finally got my stereo in on 9-14-2021 n even he was impressed. Anyways got told by so many audio places from here to Grand Rapids no on a hook up but he made it happen for me. Thanks bro definitely appreciate it. You will definitely be hooking up next stereo in my other car!

I love ABC Warehouse in Gaylord I was in an awful mess husband just had surgery my freezer quit and I only had so much room for the freezer they didn't have the one I needed in stock but thanks to a couple very special people my problem got solved. Here is a very BIG thank you to Ryan M and Dave you are my HEROS.

David is always a cool guy and very helpful. He can answer any questions you have and knows his stuff and what you need. I do recommend bringing in a car that has no wiring issues because it's a lot faster and easier for them to work on. I brought my car in and it had a bad wiring issue and it took them a while to fix and the installation guy wasn't happy about it so just be mindful of that. But they do good work and David will take good care of you.

Dave and the car audio team at ABC deliver professionalism and excellent customer service skills. I had a head unit installed in my 09 eclipse and it was done promptly with no unexpected hiccups. Got compliments on my car and a very good experience to make me feel valued as a customer. Enjoying my stereo very much!!

I went to this ABC warehouse knowing I would give a little bit of trouble to the workers, not having everything together and organized. David, the manager and worker at the car audio desk is one of the best people I have ever faced when at a workplace. Even though I gave him a little bit of a hard time, he remained calm and very nice. The tech worker that does the installs is a very good person as well. Both of these people made my day way better, and they really are great great people. They know exactly how to help, and will really make your experience enjoyable. Thank you guys, it made me happy to know there are genuine people with kindness left out there.
