Took my car in for an oil change which also should have included a tire rotation and washer fluid. Asked twice about the tires being rotated. Was told yes they were twice. Unfortunately they were not and the washer fluid was empty. They also said this would take about an hour and a half. They called four hours later.I did do a 1 star first then they did call and fix the issue. They were extremely kind about the situation. Never made me feel uncomfortable

I would not recommend this place to any hard working individual. I was harassed and threatened by this company because of my google review which I originally did just a 1 star without an explanation, in an effort to be kind to a small business. However after the owners behavior I feel it s important to share. A nearby reputable Ford Dealership ran a diagnostic on my vehicle to compare their estimate, proving Safeway made illegitimate mechanical recommendations above market rate. Good customer service is contingent on if you agree to price gouging. Customers, be careful.

I went into Good Year/Safeway on Cherryhill and Merriman to get a headlight fixed . I was dealing with Mike and he was very professional and ensured the quality of service. The staff was very nice and they are affordable. He also gave a good deal on replacing my tires.. I would recommend getting your tires and repairs done. Also they were open when most places closed at 3 pm on Saturday. I am giving 5 Stars!!!!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I'm a certified mechanic so it's hard to trust other to work on my personal vehicles but I take my vehicles here for things when I don't have time or the equipment to do a job. Good customer service experience and prices are not bad either.

Took my 2010 Volvo CX70 for oil change. After inspection Mike advised me to replace the tires, my vehicle had missed match set and my vehicle being AWD it would have damaged my transmission at cost over $4k , thanks to Mike I avoided a major issue. Service was excellent and definitely send my friends and family.

Amazing service! My tire came off and they came to pick me and my car up very fast! Changed my tire and gave me an oil change same day. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Free shuttle service as well they took me home well I waited for my car. I couldn t ask for a better service as a women.

Best of the best auto work possible. Guys over there are great. Customer service also great, they kept me updated through all work done on my vehicle and made me feel like I was home. Definitely recommend!!

I have used this auto center twice now for oil changes. I was in and out within an hour, but I would imagine that depends on how busy they are. So far courteous and efficient.

Al assisted me to his best ability due to the circumstances appreciate service wish they had a little bit more patience and communication skills. Overall what I took it there for is not fixed ! Made me take back a piece I knew was needed and called me back to see if I still had it on the 2nd week now it s at a new shop and mechanic and asking for same piece these places just want you to come mouth closed and money in hand.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I stopped here after I got a screw stuck in my tire since it was the first place I came across, and I m so glad I did! They plugged my tire right away, only took a few minutes and very affordable. Thank you!!

The mechanics at Safeway really took care of my vehicle. They do quality work! I was having brake issues with rattling noises. They diagnosed the issues and got them fixed. I'll bring my vehicle back to them!
