Went there to get my sensors fixed, paid for it, drove not even 10 minutes and the light came right back on. Sucks They are nice people though.

Happy with the honesty and organization of this shop. Not out to price gouge which is nice. They give you a day to bring your car in like an appointment, unlike other shops that just want you to drop it off whenever. Have been quick to get work done, jobs done same day and much less expensive than many other mechanics. Will definitely keep coming back.

I love the guys at Outback! I have just recently started using them, and I am 100% satisfied with their service. I had a transmission rebuilt. Their price was reasonable, and they had my vehicle back to me quickly. I will definitely be returning to them for future auto work.

Adrian is great with customer service and the auto service is excellent. You never have to stress thinking, do I really need that? They only do the work that's necessary and do it well! Peace of mind!!

I took my 2010 Escape in to have the starter replaced. It was refreshing to have my repair done with a company that puts customer service at the top of the list. Even though they were very busy, the repair was done quickly and the price was very fair. I will definitely go back to Outback for any other maintenance I need to have and will highly recommend them to others.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Rob, Adrian and Keith are great mechanics and really honest.... They won't try to sell you something you don't need and their prices are great. I would call at least a few days ahead of time if possible to make an appointment because they are generally pretty busy which is a good sign of a great mechanic. Call around to some other shops if you know what you need repaired and then call Rob's and I'm sure you will see a quite difference in prices. You won't be sorry you went there.

Great place owned by a father and son. AJ has always been super helpful especially with letting me know exactly what needs to get done to my car and at an affordable price! Recently took my car in and AJ s dad fixed the dent in my fender even though I came in for something completely different! They are awesome!

Went in for alignment and tire rotation, then added new brake rotors and pads. Super thankful they were able to get it done same day. Prices were fair and job was done to my satisfaction. Adrian was very communicative and explained the issues my car had very well. Will be coming back for the next big car repair!

Great place to go when you need good quality work. Honest and fair is the name of the game here. Because of that it is always busy. Which is a good sign of great mechanics. I regularly use Rob's for all my car issues. Never once had to second guess what they said was wrong. Nor feel like they didn't fix the issue at hand. 5 stars!

Only having one car they were very accommodating to my schedule. They ordered parts ahead of time so it would minimize any downtime, very professional and really appreciate their flexibility. Price was fantastic for tie rods and an alignment.

I called after being in a pinch. Talked with Rob who understood my problem. He offered to tow my Uplander but I said I had Triple AAA tow service. I got there and his team went right to work on it. Fair price, great work, and very efficient. If you guys read this thanks again.

Dummy light was on for a couple of months showing that my Honda CR-V (220,000 miles) hatch wasn't closed; shut securely but worn out closing unit. Had a snafu at the start, so busy they forgot about me. I called back a week later and received a sincere apology. They ordered the part, next day they serviced the car and it's better than new.VERY pleased that they were honest about the mistake and got me taken care of immediately. I WII go back to them when needed.Service: Electrical repair

My car stalled while I was driving so I had it towed to Rob's to find out the problem. They called and let me know that my gas gauge had malfunctioned and all I needed was some gas. The guys at Rob's are very trustworthy! Excellent service!

Made an appt for a minor service and they were ready for me. I asked if anything else may need repair and was told what stuck out to him that I should keep my eye on. And a minor issue to which I asked how to make it whole. I was given the info I needed and there was no pressure here to do more than is necessary. I will be back. Great repair shop and great customer service.

I dropped off my subaru for a clutch job which they did in a timely manner and they did good so far.. as of now I've only put 40 miles on the new clutch and every thing worked as it should, had a little incident happen there and the boys took care of it in a timely manner and very professional, definitely recommend and looking forward to do some more business with themServices: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Battery

Service was above and beyond! Keith was awesome getting my car in when the battery died (while I was in the drive thru-lane at the bank). Had them fix the brakes on my Jeep. The brakes work better then they ever had and the price of labor and parts was more than fair Highly recommend this facility.

The boys at Robs auto were forthcoming with all issues and polite. Fixed my Ram in less time than quoted and were willing to let me slide on sum money that they would have charged me for later things i needed repaired. 5 start. Thanks boys
