On September 2023 I bought an equinox from a dealer who promised all bugs would be gone.Today s date is March 12, 2024 and I just received excellent work from Road Ready Automotive service and TIRE center owned by Jeff Stacy in Garden City 27556 Ford Rd.I was raised in a parts yard as a child: 72 years ago. I know a lot about cars, even though they are new and things have changed, I make mistakes and choosing dealers!I highly recommend Jeff Stacy s work in his mechanics, his dedication to serving people to the best of his ability. He has the ability to make sure that he and his mechanics and customers are all on the same page in understanding problems with vehicles.I highly recommend Road Ready Automotive services and tire center, owned by Jeff Stacy and give him a five: 100% satisfaction with appropriate and careful customer service.His character is honest, straightforward, complete in thought, and his service (out of five mechanics) with this Equinox has been excellent.He took the time to find all problems with this vehicle, and then fixed them at an affordable price.I travel a lot from state to state and feel very safe due to Jeff and his crew. God bless this company.

Went to have a vacuum pump replaced and one of the mechanics botched it and I ended up having to get a new engine. Had them do the new engine and every since the check engine remained on and I was leaking oil. Took my car back several times and not one could say why it was on nor why it is leaking oil constantly. And they wanted to charge me another 500 even after i already paid them 4k in total.Took it to another trusted shop and they pinned pointed the problem, fixed it. Good thing its fixed now bad thing it cost me another 1500. Worry free check engine light off an no oil leak. Thought they were a trusted shop instead I found the mechanics to not know what they are doing and cause more damage to get more $$$

Great place you can trust. Always honest with you and willing to do the best they can to help you. After being mislead but other places I came here years ago by word of mouth and would highly reccomend them to anyone looking to be treated fairly and with respect.

Worked with both Jeff and Joe. Both guys are extremely nice and knowledgeable. They set real expectations of what is going on with your car. They are extremely honest and that is hard to say about most auto shops.I personally would never take my car anywhere else. Phenomenal job every time. Thanks Jeff and Joe.

This place is the best! As a single Mom, I can say this is a mechanic you can TRUST with you car. They let you know pricing ahead of time and will not proceed with work until you approve it. I found them online and took a chance based on these reviews. So glad I did. They did new rotors and pads for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata, a quality synthetic oil change, tire rotation, fluid top-off, air pressure in tires etc. It ran me about $300/axle for rotors and pads. (The dealership quote was $1,500. The Meinke quote was $1k.) They also warned me about some potential future problems and maintenance, with cost estimates, that may be needed before the winter time -- but didn't pressure me at all. They understand having to budget and prioritize repairs. The owner Jeff is a trip (his voice and personality!) and his son Joe is awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They ARE super busy (for good reason) so it may take longer to get your car back from them. BUT saving 50%+ under dealership and other chain store pricing is SO worth it. A family business that is honest and treats you right. Thank you Road Ready. I will be back soon. Sending friends and family your way too.

Great Service and Honest Pricing! I always go to Road Ready for all of my services. Jeff is great and is always there for me with answer to any questions I may have. I was referred to them a long time ago and have been happy with them ever since. They even include tire rotation in with the oil change. I don't know anyone else that does that! I recommend them 100%!

I got recommendations from local FB groups to go to Road Ready for my brakes. Joe was awesome. He even advised me that it wasn t time to change my oil yet and helped me reset my indicator to accommodate for the high mileage oil I had. He also got me a ride home to wait for the repair and picked me up to get me back to the shop. Great prices too! I got a free upgrade to the better brake brand as the store he orders from didn t have the standard ones. PLUS I got a lifetime warranty!Highly recommend!

Jeff and the Road Ready family are absolutely great genuine people. They would all give you the shirt off their backs if you needed it. They do great work and are very affordable. I trust this place with my cars and you can too.

I have had several vehicles serviced at Road Ready at both their Telegraph location (original) and the Ford road location. Jeff and Joe run a great shop. Very personable and honest. I have given them a lot of work over the years and sent many people their way.

This is, hands down, the place to go. I've personally been coming to them for years, wouldn't trust another team to handle my vehicles. Every single person I've recommended to them has never gone elsewhere. These guys are RARE.

Absolutely amazing mechanics,Super Nice,Friendly and they kept us informed with phone calls every step of the way on what our car needed and what needed to be done. Price was very reasonable couldn't ask for better service. I would definitely recommend this place!Ty for getting me safely back on the road!

I can always depend on Road Ready, they are homedt and up front. They have never steered me wrong. I have sent my son to them and never worry about whether or not he is taken care of. I will always give them my business. I highly recommend Road Ready for all your car repair needs.

I went there a couple of days ago for the first time. Called around to several places trying to purchase a used tire. Everyone I called either didn't have it or wanted too much for it. I needed 2 tires but they only had one $25(cheapest I found), and when I got there first thing I was offered was something to drink. While I was sitting there several of their regular customers came in with nothing but compliments on the service, they even worked with them as far as the pay, clean environment,offered me snacks. Joe and his dad are so nice and willing to work with you as much as they can. Really enjoyed my experience and will be returning in the future.

Had not one but two Flat tires at work mind you it was on a Wednesday day before the holiday so my vehicle has to stay at my job until Friday because no tire shop was open for thanksgiving. Upon calling around to several tire shops that either didn t have my tire in stock or only had one so upon a last ditch effort I took my tires to road ready and Joe got me together 15 mins before closing time and well off into after closing making sure my tires were ok and the price well let s just say it was a good deed. The guys there were very friendly and helpful. I think i may have found me a new auto shop! Thanks Guys

This place is awesome. Great service, trustworthy people and very reasonable pricing . I had an issue with my honda civic the week i had to make a trip to chicago and they took very good care of me. The car ran great for the whole trip and havent had any issue since then

THE BEST, I have never had better service from anywhere.... not just in auto service, but Literley ANYWHERE, ... They made me feel like family, they charged a reasonable rate, and everyone from the owner to the porter were just awesome. I wish I could give more stars, or add a thumbs up.... I dont work for them I wait tables for a living, they could have told me I needed to seend 1000$ and I would have... PLEASE if you have a tire issue go here. They offered me their jack to help me fix the problem I was having... WHO DOES THAT!I have 3 of there cards in my wallet so I can give them to other people....Highly recommended.... If you feel like I am overselling them, please give them a try.... and see if you feel like this !
