I will be a returning customer. The guys at Ricks were cool and willing to help with any questions I had.They had me hooked with them from the first experience I had with them. The day after I bought my bike, I rode to work, excited to show my friends. Whelp, she wouldn't start. I had a new battery, so I knew it wasn't that. I jumped it, and it ran for a couple of seconds, REALLY rough. Then it wouldn't start again. Being scared to mess something up, I had it towed to Ricks. While waiting for a call back, I went to Google. With in 5 minutes of searching, I determined it was gonna cost me $1000, maybe more. While freaking out, Ricks called me back. They told me the issue was and that the part and labor would cost $225. 5 to 10 minutes later, they called me back, and (this is where I felt dumb LOL) informed me that they were wrong. The issue was that the battery post had come very loose. We shared a laugh, and I was very grateful. They could have just kept me thinking it was the $225 part. I would have never known the difference. Due to that honesty and the great work they do at Ricks, I will continue to be a return customer and will always drop their name whenever I hear somebody talking about work they want done to their bike.This visit was for the white walls and a repair to my rear brake line.

Been going here a couple years. Rick has been great to my Kawaski and I. His his prices are very fair and his workmanship is top notch. I have recommend him to everyone I know those he ask about who did the performance work on my motorcycle as well.

Took my Heritage Classic in to get some new tires and see if they could figure out why I was getting the Harley death wobble. I had 2 new Dunlops put on, new brakes, and they trued my rear wheel all for less then my 2 local shops wanted just for the tires. They also had my bike done the same day. They were very nice, very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop about everything. There shop is a little farther then I wanted to go but turned out to be WELL worth the ride. My bike now seems like a new bike and I couldnt be happier. This is the only place I will go if my bike needs anything. Thanks RicksServices: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

I dealt mostly with Corey and he was great. He spent a lot of time talking with me and walking through the job with me. I was very comfortable with dropping my bike off and having them do the work. I am not a mechanic so I always have to take my bike in when I need service. I will be havin Rick''s do all my service from now on. I was having my work done at the dealer and was never happy with them. I would highly recommend.Service: Electrical repair

Fantastic shop with a great staff! This place was suggested to me by a co-worker when I needed tires changed with very short notice before a big ride. They had me in that day and had my bike done and ready to pick up in a few hours! I'll definitely be back to this business time and time again after the great experience I had!

If you re looking to get any work done on your bike, definitely go to Rick s! They specialize in custom work but they are also very affordable when it comes to simple things like oil changes and safety inspections. Before I started coming here, other shops would keep my bike for way too long causing me to miss nice riding days and they would also charge me for unnecessary things I didn t need. Rick and Corey are very honest, have a quick turn around and do excellent work. I highly recommend this place for anything and everything involving motorcycles.

Rick and Cory were great treated me the best of anywhere I took my bike including harley davidson shop they cared about the work they did and the price was very reasonable I would recommend them highly I appreciate the work you did thanks! Great service totally reasonable prices and no hidden charges or anything. They'll take care of your bike like it's their own. My first visit to a motorcycle service shop and I was very pleased. Very honest! Corey is an awesome dude. Thank you!

I took my 15 Kawasaki vulcan up there. I knew I needed a rear tire possibly brakes. The guys up there hooked me up. At a great price, they even had my back too me the same day after the parts came in. Most definitely recommend anyone who loves their ride like I do.

Just recieved my wedge oil pan. Wow, very impressed with the build quality and the best oil pan design I have seen. Good instructions and will be reporting back on the functionality once I've had some time to see my oil pressure data through the end of this race season.

TIP: LET THEM KNOW WHAT YOUVE TRIED BEFORE SO THEY HAVE AN IDEA WHERE TO START. I have a 2002 SV650S that was intermittent spark issues. I replaced every damn wire and part on it trying to figure it out and finally gave up. Brought it to Rick's and he was able to diagnose that it was the pins on the CDI box. Only charged me for an hour of diagnosis, such a great deal and I'll definitely be back if I have any problems in the future. Cory is also extremely helpful and cool to work with.

Went here to get my tire replaced on my bike and they did a great job. The staff was friendly and got the job done fast. Will definitely bring my bike back for other work.

I pulled over and drove with my bike through the big gate And this big tall white guy was there so as I walked in from the back, and he goes like front door with an attitude and kinda gave me a dirty look! I m like sorry and I was surprised that he was the manager!It s not professional to act like that at all.

Be prepared if you are doing, or about to do something stupid, physically and financially. Rick is brutally honest, but he won t steer you wrong and always will be able to tell you what the better option is.Also be prepared to actually want to spend your money here. You go once and you feel well treated. You go twice and you feel overly welcomed. Go a third time and feel like you have been going for years. Rick is a wiz at customer service and knows how the customer wants to be treated. He talks to you like a friend, not someone he has to deal with. I am pretty sure he doesn t remember my name, yet he still somehow makes me feel like a top customerUnfortunately Rick won t work on mybike because it s too old, but he is wealth of knowledge and a simple question here and there can get you back on track with a project. Clear, concise, and short. I have yet to ask a follow up question. Even though he doesn t work on my bike, I make sure I buy all my parts from him. Yes I could scower the internet looking for parts a little bit cheaper, but It has to be give and take in any fruitful relationship.I am new to bikes, and Ricks custom cycle has been invaluable to me and keeping my monstrosity on the road.

A+++ Needed a very hard to find tiny engine part, all the other shops said "order it" but I want to ride today! They scrounged around and found what I needed TODAY and charged me a decent price. I got what I needed without waiting or paying a hi price.That is called customer service!~RevPops

Not sure about the service but just PSA this shop will not work on bikes older than 2006.
