This was my first time going there, he was so super nice. Also let me know that my air filters hadn't been changed, which I the place I had gone to in the past said they had done it. He also put air in my tires, and checked all my fluids. Super friendly, and this is where I'll be going from here on out. Thank you!!

Been going to him for years n now it comes to a stop. I own a 2014 Chevy Silverado with a 5.3 motor was told by him my truck only takes 6 quarts of oil come to find out today when. I did it myself my truck takes 8.5 quarts of oil not 6 like he told me I trusted him n I was lied to . Was my truck always 2.5 quarts oil low Everytime I went to him month after months. Or did he not drain the oil all the way n left dirty oil in n just topped it off I am very disappointed n will not be returning

I've been coming in here for a few years. They take good care of me here. I would recommend them if your looking for a oil change place.

Quick change. Filter was changed also. I was told I could come get washer fluids and oil topped off for free in between changes

The owner is very nice and honest. He doesn't try to force me to pay for stuff if I don't want unlike other places. His prices are reasonable.

65 dollars for an oil change even though the sign out front says 16. Dude was really nice though. I just don't understand how my normal sedan needs a special oil all of the sudden.

The sign outside the shop advertises an oil change for $16.95, but the man inside said that he was out of that kind of oil. My oil change would cost either $50 or $70... I declined, seeing as I've seen this review for him before and makes me think that this is a bait and switch.

My husband and I have been coming here for years because we are continuously so impressed with the service. One Stop is thorough, fair, and professional. I feel comfortable and trust their recommendations. Zack is always so friendly and explains everything my car needs. He is wonderful!

This has been my go to place for oil changes for a while now. Always in and out in less than half an hour. I appreciate that they don t try to oversell me things I don t need. I always forget to ask for the guys name. He must be the owner because I see him every time I come in. Always friendly and never pushy. Definitely recommend! Oh and his prices are much better than the alternative across the street!

Great job! Had the oil an filter for my vehicle (a problem at some places). Topped all my fluids and air pressure without any hard up sell. Very good price for the high mileage synthetic oil as well. Definitely be back!

Great place will be back! Cheapest around for the type of oil change I need. My car to fancy for the cheap oil. They don t try to rip you off even on air filter like most places. The guy working was fast as well, doing two cars at the same time, and doing a good job.

I have been getting my oil changed here for a while now and every experience has been a great one! I recently had a trans leak and Zack went out of his way to make sure my car was running perfectly. If your looking for a great reliable shop, this is the place to go!

Truly amazing customer service! I went in for an oil change and transmission flush. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and honest. He made me aware of everything he was doing and let me know what needed to be done now what what could wait. Will be returning for all future services.

My usual oil change place was Pennzoil but since they changed over to valvoline the reviews weren t that great. So, after looking around I decided to stop here. I was very impressed. The oil change was quick and I didn t feel pressured into anything I didn t need. I got an oil change and air filter replaced. They also told me I needed a radiator flush but I decided to pass on that for now. Plus they offer to top the oil off if I come back in 2500 miles and they told me they would fill my tires up anytime. I m glad I decided to give them a try.

I pulled into one stop oil shop to have my iol changed. Zack was very friendly and honest. He took a few spark plugs out, showed me how corroded they were. I also didnt know that my radiator should be flushed every couple years. So I let Zack do anything that had to be done. He was very efficient and quick. In the price wasn't too bad. I would recommend one stop oil shop, and people don't forget to tip.The man is doing a service for you!!!

I l love this place. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of work they do. As a girl I m sometimes doubtful of suggestions to add on services but these guys seem very genuine and trustworthy. These guys treat you right, never try to upsell you, but they are honest with you about your car needs! They are fast and efficient too! Great neighborhood place and absolutely will not steer you wrong! So glad we found this place!!

Zack was very friendly and professional. Does not pressure you into buying anything like other places. He Checked everything . he even topped off my coolant and adjusted all my tires to the right air pressure. Ill be taking my other car there for sure.

First time. $62 for a DEXOS synthetic blend oil change. Much higher than my regular shop.I won't go back. Condescending (to women?). Did not get a trustworthy feeling based on conversation and comments. Excuses on why they were so much higher. I would have gone elsewhere had I known.Probably do an ok job, but do not enjoy doing business where they speak to me as though I'm stupid. And why waste money.Asked me if I wanted a reminder for 3000 or 5000 miles. I said 3000. I glanced at the tag after I left and it was for 5558. The mileage reminder is an important item so I change it on schedule. I would expect that to be correct at a minimum.

Every time I visit always get the BEST service and prices. He updates you on all of whats going on with your vehicle and tops off all your fluids every time you are there! Great place to get your oil changed.

Zach is seriously the most amazing guy you'll ever meet. He makes complete sure that you're driving safe on the road! I only come to One Stop Oil change for all my car's needs, no where else! Garden City/Westland, Michigan folks should definitely take advantage!

i gave them 2 stars because they were fast...thats about it there full service oil change which has a list of thing such as checking tire pressure coolant levels windsheild washer fluid..ect. was not actually done if you expecting then tondo everything on there checklist font..altho they will change your oil in a timley manner thats about it...ill go some were else for 30$ next time

Every time I come he s always so help and friendly. I came short notice and 6:40pm and even though they were about to close he still was able to give me a oil change and make sure everything was done correctly. I m not going anywhere else to get my oil changed. Thanks you so much for your assistance!

5 minutes oil change!! Perfect service and very friendly staff. Zack checked everything in my car and gave me a few important advices. I recommend One Stop Oil Shop for everyone who doesn't have time to deal with rude and unprofessional workers.
