What a great place to work with. I spoke with Joe when I arrived. He was very upfront and explained the whole process. The biggest issue was that we were going out of town and needed the vehicle back in 2 weeks. Joe and the team delivered their promise to have it back, and the work was exceptional. Thank you. This is an honest and professional collision shop. Thank you!

My car was involved in a hit and run scenario and from beginning to end with these guys it was phenomenal work! I brought my car in and two weeks later it was basically brand new when I picked it up! Wouldn t go anywhere else! Will recommend always! Awesome place and awesome people to work with!

I went to the collision shop in Garden City Joe owns and runs the place. He was very honest with me and helpful and fixed my problem with my car and saved me a ton of money! I recommend this collision shop to anybody who needs to get any work done to their car .They are honest people and hardworking!

Had a collision while working down in Louisiana. I didn't have time to get it completely fixed while I was there so when I got back to Michigan, I brought it to One Stop. This was honestly the most hassle-free experience I've ever had with a shop. They took over the work where the last shop left off and even paid my deductible. When I picked up the car, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Work was done in a very timely manner considering that parts were special order only. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

I had a bad accident, and was taken to the hospital and got admitted there. My 2019 ACCORD HYBRID was towed away and had a big surgery! When I woke up I called One Stop Collision and explained what happened to them and I really did not have to do any other stop! They sent their tow truck and released my car and towed it to their shop, fixed all the body work, mechanical work, glass and electric. They also took care of the insurance claim and detailed my car and when I got discharged i got my car back like it was brand new! This was my second time using One Stop Collision after I had an unfortunate run-in with my driveway gate and my side-mirror. I took it to One Stop and they were extremely professional. They provided a detailed quote with line-items for each service that was to be performed, and had the car back within the timeframe that they provided. When I got my car back, it looked as though nothing had ever happened. Oh, and as a bonus, they cleaned my car! It looked spotless inside and out! I wouldn't go anywhere but One Stop. After using One Stop Collision once before, I knew exactly where I wanted to take it.Three weeks ago, my 2011 Ford Fusion rear-ended a car that hit another car on my way to work.I am so excited to have my car back and it looks like I never had a accident. The paint is spot on and couldn t be more thrilled with the results. Hopefully, I won t need any more repair work any time soon, but if I do, I know where to go. Come here! Best collision shop ever!! Customer satisfaction is the number one concern here. They are willing to go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. Repair work is top-notch! My daughter's 2013 Honda Civic looked brand spanking new when I picked it up. I simply could not be happier with the quality of the repair work, the amazing customer service, and the whole repair process from beginning to end. They do the job right the first time. Highly recommended.

My car was vandalized as they were trying to steal it. The insurance claims called 10 or 11 shops and they all were saying it would be October or November before they would get me in. I gave one last effort and did a search "collision shops near me" and One Stop Collision Shop came up. Right away I could pickup on Joe's professionalism. He said can you bring it in this week! I was like YES!!!! It took a month for me to get the car back but that was due to the field adjuster delays and parts on back order. Today I picked up my car and I could not be more pleased with the outcome (good as new) and the excellent service. give them a try!Services: Electrical, Auto windshield replacement, Battery

Absolute stunning job! Had some damage done to my vehicle and needed to get it repaired ASAP. The shop was clean and all the good reviews influenced my decision to look no further and just being my car in. The people here were professional and communicated changes/updates immediately. The color matching for the replacement panel was fantastic and didn t look no different from the rest of the car. When I went to pick the car up they actually took the time to give it a full deep clean with a detailing service. Will definitely be recommending this shop to anyone who needs work done!

If your car got wrecked this is the place to go! So happy that I drove by this place and decided to stop. Had 2 claims on my truck and the repairs had it looking new again. He even fixed my bumper which wasn t apart of my claims. Fast work and affordable. They handled everything with my insurance and even covered my deductible. Our 2009 Malibu LTZ was totaled by our insurance company. Unfortunately the chip shortage has caused low or non existent new cars to be available. Used cars are being sold at a premium and are scarce as well. Therefore, we chose to get our Malibu LTZ fixed. After thorough review of collision shops, we selected One Stop Collision Shop in Garden City, MI. Adam the owner was so professional and kind. He looked over the car and provided a very reasonable estimate right away. I asked him to check the brakes as well and he did. Within 1.5 weeks we had our car back. He detailed the car as well.The car looks like new. He and his team did an exceptional job! I would definitely use his company again. I highly recommend his company to anyone needing top notch and reasonably priced auto collision work done. He is so kind and helpful. A family man too. Can t say enough good things about Adam and his staff! This place is absolutely fabulous! A hidden gem! Please go see Adam at One Stop Collision for your collision needs. I came here and had a almost total damaged Chrysler 300, Adham took care of me and I was so surprised about how amazing my car looked. It was completely wrecked and he made it look like nothing happened! I highly recommend this place! They are very professional and reasonable and make you feel like family. I will always come back without hesitation if needed!

After getting my car smashed, I was grateful to find One Stop Collision shop in garden city! They got the job done quickly, and gave me a peace of mind during this difficult time. They repaired my vehicle, and returned it to me in incredible condition. They also went out of their way to deep clean my car as well. I truly appreciate their kindness, and all of their hard work. 5 stars isn t enough for what this place deserves!

I had some front end damage to my 2018 Chevy Equinox. Not only did he get in done amazingly in a week and a half but they matched the orange paint of my car perfectly! I highly recommend one stop collision

I have brought three cars in the past year to one stop. I would like to say that this place is absolutely amazing! Their paint work is just as good as a dealer. The staff is always nice, they keep you updated on your car and ensure you have the best experience! This is the only place I will ever trust to take care of my car! Give them a try!

Great place to get auto body work done! Went in with an issue with my driver side door being somewhat warped resulting in the top part of the door not meeting flush with the edge bordering the body roof. Adam, the owner, knew what to do right away and within less than 15 minutes or so and $25 later it was fixed and perfect. No more wind noise or dripping while in rain or car wash. I was totally amazed! In fact, I'm not so sure it was this good when I took delivery of it brand-new.This place is top-notch as far as customer care and honesty. The owner, Adam, wanted me to drive it around first and then pay him later if satisfied with the quality of the work completed. However, I insisted on paying him then and there, especially given how fair and reasonable they were on the price. He insisted I at least call him back after driving it around and let him know all was well with the repair work, so they could undoubtedly make it right if I was not happy. I was totally impressed with how fairly and honestly they deal with their customers and how quality-oriented they are. This is the place I'm going to from now on for all my auto body work!

My car was involved in an accident. at first I wanted to take it to the dealer but my previous experience with the dealer made me stop and look for an alternative. I found this shop while searching google, want to see the shop before making a decision and I was impressed with what I saw and made my decision to use them for this repair and I'm very happy I did. The repair job was top notch, customer service is outstanding, and promised time frame was kept.I not easily impressed but here I truly was and I highly recommend this shop for vehicle repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I visited three body shops before One Stop Collision. I got estimates of more than $5000 (they did not give me a written estimate), $2600 and $2000. One Stop Collision gave me a more affordable estimate in just couple of minutes after checking my car without an appointment. They fixed my car before their estimated time. My car looks great now. They did a really good job. The painted part looks exactly same shade as others. There was quite a bit of damage on the back of the car, the trunk lid did not close before fixing. It closes like before the accident now. I do not even know how they can fix it this precise. There were other little things with my car which happened before the accident, he fixed those too. Do not waste your time searching through body shops. These guys do a great job at a very competitive/affordable rate.

I recently had my car repaired here and the service was exceptional. My radio was stolen out of the vehicle and glass was everywhere. One stop made sure that I was able to get a rental that same day and They also kept me up-to-date on the repair process along the way. They even paid part of my deductible which was rather high. When I picked my car up, it looked as if nothing had ever happened . My radio was in tact and all the glass had been cleaned up and removed from the vehicle. I completely satisfied overall with the service and professionalism at One Stop Collision.

Great service for a fair price the guys at one stop collision were honest, fair, and did a quality job. I visited shops before going to one stop collision and they were not nearly as trustworthy. My Honda Accord needed new brakes, ball joints, and tires which they took care of and they even referred me to bell tire for an alignment at a discounted price. Most of all they had incredible customer service.

This is my second time coming to this shop for work, and I wouldn t choose anywhere else. From what i ve seen, the entire staff is strong in communication, transparent with their work, and genuine in their thoughts. The price is always fair with market rate at the time, and they have never tried to get over on me, if anything they cut me a break. I would definitely recommend to anyone, and come back if ever necessary, I hope not though. I hope this shop continues to uphold its values, because they re becoming more difficult to find nowadays.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Adam - and One Stop Collision- are HIGH on my recommend list. Awesome job went above my expectations. He did the job before the time deadline he set, and the cost was even adjusted lower than his estimate. How many collision shops do you know like this? I know of no other. I am honestly grateful for him, and his service. Truly. Great place to go for body repair.
