I went in to get a front headlight. There was only one person there her name was Nadine. They light was hard to get out but she came out and was able to get the light bulb out and change it for me. I was so appreciative that she was able to do it.

Nadine, at Garden City MI location, was amazing. She assisted me with purchasing battery and obtaining an immediate, inexpensive install. You do not see this kind of service , knowledge and professional behavior anywhere .

I had to leave a great review ! Sales associate Hussein (friendly and seemingly expert level) , is an associate/ electrician in training , and he saved me lord of time and money looking at my car and figuring out the issue, instead of letting me buy a part that wasn t gonna work for without electrical repair. Now I know exactly what to expect for a repair, instead of guessing and buying the wrong item.

Had the best experience with thisO'Reilly Auto Parts, in particular with the associate Nadine. In the middle of our 1st winter storm of the year my windshield wiper literally blew of the car on my way to work because of the ice chunks falling and being too heavy. Nadine to the rescue! She had special order wipers delivered to her location within an hour. Despite freezing temperatures and heavy winds, she installed them with a smile and sent me on my way. A massive thank you Nadine!!!!!!

I was at o reillys today and I had a wonderful experience. The worker, Nadine was super helpful and friendly. I order routers and brake pads for my bmw and Nissan and she ordered them the same day! Wonderful customer service.

Nadine was amazing! Went in for battery check and it ended up being behind my passenger seat under the floor. She was so patient and her customer service was excellent! I had gone to the other place first, but the worker was alone and gave me attitude and said she couldn t help me. Well I m glad she couldn t!

Nadine was so helpful! She went above and beyond to help my mom who is a senior, and myself with purchasing a battery and alternator being in 2 different places. She took multiple calls from me, helped us with cores, delivery, instructions and was super nice!!!

First off let me say I ve never had a bad experience here. Friendly staff and very helpful. I went there today to have my battery checked. The nicest lady came out, checked my battery, found that it was bad, took the old one out, helped me pick out a new one and installed it on the spot. No charge for the install . I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

Easy and easy out didn t have to wait in line got what I needed and was ready to work on my vehicle. Also when you go in there make sure that you grab what you need with a smile because the staff will smile right back. They are very helpful and knowledgeable of your every day needs to fix your ride.

John us an epic surprise. I walked in and heard rock music and see this guy who I expect to have a low rough rocker voice and an f you mentality. He walks up and is perfectly polite, very knowledgeable, helpful, and gives great customer service in general. There is a reason they say don't judge a book by the cover. Nadine was pretty cool and helpful too but I'll remember John.

I live in Denver. My father in Garden City called because he was distressed about engine light on his old Ford and his mechanic was going to charge him $80 to check it and then apply a credit for whatever they found. A scary open door of a bill for a fixed income person. I and others in my Denver neighborhood use our local O Reilly. I found this store, which was close to him. and told him to go and ask for a free engine light check. If their corporate culture was consistent, he could expect an honest employee. Nadine at this store treated him so very well and ID d the problem as a simple gas cap replacement. She added on and expressed that her store and their contacts were available to anyone who needed honest help or referrals for the susceptible elderly. Pure Michigan spirit. Thank you Nadine and crew.

STAY AWAY, WORST CUSTMER SERVICE, MY SERPINTINE BELT RIPPED IN HALF AFTER 2 WEEKS, SALESMAN OR THE MANAGER I WAS SPEAKING WAS QUICK TO SAT F-U BASICALLY . I went to O'Reillys to get jumper cables and a new battery. I wasn't sure what battery my car would need and Nadine and Renee were helpful and friendly in assisting me. Not only did Nadine troubleshoot for the battery she talked me through the different options and changed it without gloves on while it was freezing outside! Lovely place, lovely people 10/10 would reccommend.

Tried to visit on a Monday(this mon at 9:23am) 1/3/22. Middlebelt and ford(48135) Employees were assuredly smoking in the store. The smell was overwhelming. I left before looking for my items. I recently recovered from covid and was wearing a mask. The smoke filled store still made me cough and cough. I left and went to Autozone. Fresh air and new business there.

Lady with the glasses, skinny and tall was rude and not helpful at all. I m a paying customer and know nothing about cars, trying to find my parts I just ordered and she can t find it acting like it s my fault. Mentioned how she d been there 37 years, no wonder why she s so miserable. Everybody else there is helpful. Steer clear of her. She has dirty finger nails.

Theres 1 good worker at this location and shes an assist manager. The store manager parks her truck across 3 parking spots when she works, most of the time employees with do anything they can to avoid helping with finding parts, and it's like pulling teeth to have wiper blades or batteries installed.

Sold me a Dorman part with an old or superceded part number then refused to warranty it. People were nice enough, but be careful of the parts you get.
