Terrible experience will happily never go back, took my car there for them to work on my remote starter for 2018 Malibu. They had the vehicle for 3 months and was trying to tell me that my warranty would not cover for anything when in reality he didn t call the warranty and was trying to get over $1700 from me.The best part about it is that they didn t even fix it, I will never come back to this establishment they literally tried to steal money from me. By the way they tell everyone to leave them a good review

Went here because I heard grinding in my rear brakes. Best choice I could've made. Phenomenal customer service and A+ work. Great pricing compared to other locations. I'll be going here again.

Bottom line up front: Sam and his colleagues are bar none the most honest, reliable, and dependable individuals you ll ever work with. I ll be taking all my cars here from here on out.Context: After learning that my wife car s brakes were no longer working, she had taken it to a mechanic who quoted her an absurd price. I got a hold of Sam here at Ram s, to whom I explained my predicament. He agreed that the price she was being quoted was ludicrous and would work to help me out. He was understanding of how worried I was, being that this was my wife s car after all.Sam went above and beyond to accommodate my car s needs. Where the previous auto shop quoted me a seven day wait period minimum before even starting on it, Sam and his team got me my car back within 48 hours. His team quoted me half the price of what the other shop wanted. Moreover, he kept me updated on when my car would be available.The car ran like new.If you re looking for a shop that is honest, won t oversell, and will treat you like family, this is it. I say this having to drive almost 45 mins out of my way to get here.

Big thank you to Mike for installing my hard wired digital license plate!!I missed my appointment in the morning and they still fit me in to handle something that's relatively new technology in a timely fashioned and GREAT price! Thank you lots. I would of not been able to do this myself. My car looks very sleek. Thanks guys! If you need a electronic license plate installation, come here!

I have been coming here for over 2 years and these guys are honest & do excellent work. I got jacked at another place and mike and his team fixed it right and for a very fair price. I honestly don t even know what to say I m lost of words! These guys are absolutely amazing! I couldn t stress this enough they are very kind , patient , compassionate and very honest people ! One of the best places of been too an a very long time ! They were very honest and caring! They made me and my family feel very welcomed and my daughter absolutely loved them ! Sent my senior mother with her vehicle there to get an estimate and diagnostic on a check engine light, and to find out why the vehicle was running rough. Mike the manager was honest and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. My mom got her vehicle back quickly and saved money compared to shops I've been to in the past. She is extremely happy with the service and how much better her SUV is doing. She also saved $100 with their senior discount. I might have her take my car in next time I need something done (kidding, maybe...). I highly recommend going there for any vehicle repairs. I never write these reviews unless it's something bad, but that goes to show how much I like this place.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I m was visiting Michigan from Georgia when my Kia s engine light started blinking and went into limp mode. I took my car to LaFontaine Kia was told that I needed a new engine and that it was a recall problem and that it would be 3 weeks before they could look at it! I called around no one would get me in the even run a diagnostics that day and the next day was Fourth of July! Till my wife found Ram Auto on RepairPal they were very sympathetic about the situation that we were in and got us in right away! Kenny is very knowledgeable and explained in detail the test he was running on the car and why. 3 hours later I found out that I didn t need a new engine in fact there isn t a recall on my car using my vin number! I was leaking coolant and the oil had gotten low so the computer threw a code. I only wish I had a shop like this back in Georgia! Thank Guys y all Rock!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Cheap pricing and awesome service! I've brought a few vehicles here. They've diagnosed and repaired electrical issues, replaced my transmission on my Ram 2500 and replaced my father's front end suspension. I wouldn't trust any other mechanic shop.

I was having issues with the front end of my vehicle, and the professionals at Ram Auto were able to spot the issues quickly and have my vehicle ready in a timely manner. They are very fair with pricing and professional.I also had my car buffed and waxed here, as they offer detailing services, and I could not be more ecstatic about the result! Thanks so much Ram Auto! I will definitely be back!

I had the best experience with Mike. I would defiantly recommend, not only was my service great he was an honest guy and didn t try to over charge which was great and his brother was also amazing. Mike came in clutch for me here. I was in Detroit visiting my parents with the family and my van broke down. He took our warranty and did the work at his quoted price. He squeezed me in because I was out of town. Because of this, he gained a future customer for any of my needs when I'm in Detroit. Thanks guys.
