Excellent mechanic, honest, fast work, clean shop, great location, and fair prices. For me, it doesn't get any better than that. Referred by a friend, and Mike fixed my one and only OLD car, in one day, and got me back on the road. Wow! Thank you! :-)

Our family has been taking our vehicles to Mars for the past year and every time we ve had to it has been a great experience. No complaints and Mike has never over charged and does quick quality work.

Mars auto-repair is the upstanding trustworthy repair shop. Took my truck in there to have 02 sensor done. My cheap scanner said that's what it was. Couldn't afford a shop to do the scan plus fix the car. So the guy put it on a scanner found out. It was a Cadillac converter and not the 02 sensor so he pretty much saved me $300. By not doing the job, not knowing if it was gonna fix it or not, very trustworthy will definitely recommend.

They did great work on my truck had broken exhaust manifold bolts on my 06 ram 2500 was told it might take about 2 weeks it was done in 1 week. They worked with me making payments on my bill also much appreciatedI definitely recommend

This is the first time I've ever been to a mechanic shop that actually knows what they are doing and they have the Absolute best Amazing prices Ever!!!Mike is an absolute genius! On top of being an amazing person! You don't find people like that anymore. He genuinely loves what he does, and it shows! Mike at Mars auto is very thorough with his work. I went in with a sensor issue and walked out with a new steering column and many little things fixed and tuned, alongside a list of potential repairs for the future layed out and easy to navigate. He was a bit rude. He acted like he was the only person around that could fix my muffler at an outrageous price. So I Google muffler places and called around. The new Redford Auto on Inkster next to Uhaul did it for $100 less that same day. I'm not saying Mike at Mars isn't a good mechanic because he didn't work on my vehicle, I'm saying maybe he was having a bad day but it sure worked out in my favor.

I've been a customer of Mars for several years now and am so happy to have found them after my long-time neighborhood auto repair shop closed. Mike is always friendly, he and his staff take great care of my car, and their prices are fair. Customer service skills on the phone is severely lacking, I would hate to see how bad it is when you walk in the door. Would never advise anyone to go a mechanic who isn t helpful and scoffs at questions being asked. Sounds like someone trying to purposely keep you in the dark if you ask me. Please do better.

I cannot speak highly enough of this shop. Mike was just absolutely amazing. Our car had electric issues and we were worried it was going to cost a fortune. That was not the case! Had our car done when they said they would and at the price they quoted too! Didn't try to fix other stuff we didn't ask for or add on any extras. If you are looking for honest, affordable, and quality vehicle repairs, look no further because this is the place!

They do excellent job. There will be a wait till your vehicle gets fixed, but they will honestly tell you what needs to be done. I have been to other places to get my car fixed, and I got screwed. The mechanics are very friendly, and well experience.

Seemed like they had their ship together.Nice, friendly place.Public restroom right in the lobby, did not have to go behind building or through the shop.Price seemed more than fair.Employees had masks on.It was my first time going there; another person in the lobby said they have been very pleased with their service in the past.I'll definitely go back,

Mike and Chris are very kind! Took my mom's 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for some engine light issues and they were very helpful. They fixed an error from a previous seal replacement, changed out a couple sensors. Had a glitch but I think we got it! I definitely recommend!! This place was great. The oil change place that we usually go to wouldn't do the oil change because they said we had an active oil leak and and an active transmission leak (even though there's never any fluids on our driveway). We also occasionally noticed the braking vibration that comes with uneven rotor wear so we asked them to check that as well. We asked them to call before doing anything as we didn't want to spend too much money at once. They said they'd assess the issues and let us know which ones were highest priority. They called back and said there was no transmission leak, the oil leaks were minor and we could get away with just checking the oil every other time we get gas, and that while there was some uneven wear, there was still plenty of wear left, so we could put off everything. All we ended up having to do was an oil change, at about half price compared to the oil change shop.

Incredible service. Mike is the BEST!! I drive an older car so I ve taken it to my fair share of shops (often whichever is closest when i break down). Now I have found my favorite place.I had a recurring problem that four different mechanics at other shops couldn t figure out. When I took it to Mars, they were able to fix it within a day or two. No run around, no delays. I was extremely impressed. In addition, they kept me updated on what they were trying out, and gave me expert vice on the best course of action. Overall, they were extremely accommodating. Thank you guys!!
