The owners of this shop will go the extra mile to make sure you re satisfied with your service and are super responsive to all your auto needs! Excellent customer service and they will definitely work with you and make sure you have the best experience and get your money s worth. Would definitely recommend if you re looking for a trustworthy collision shop in the garden city/Dearborn heights area. Loved them!!

I have never been to a collision who made me feel so welcome , they really make a great team Husband and wife . They will go the extra mile and go to war for you. They have been working with me for months and stayed on my car until it was complete. I love the way they spoke up for me to my Insurance company , I would recommend them to any one . This place is the best. I called around to a few places, Ray immediately said "come on in". Fast, professional and THE best communication between business and customer. His wife Rachel always kept me "in the loop" and answered all of my questions. They helped me with the insurance claim and daily updates. So happy with my car repair and provided a ride to and from my home when my car was ready. If I could give them 6 stars I would. I will never go anywhere else. Such a seamless and great experience!I was in urgent need of a repair and they were great about not only getting the car fixed, but getting it done so quickly and efficiently! I would definitely recommend getting all your collision shop needs done at Harco. I will definitely be back if ever needed.

I had a bad deer hit, and the guys a Harco took care of it. Timing was horrible, during the UAW strike. But somehow the guys got it all done and it looks better than brand new. Ray was awesome and continues to stay in touch. Unfortunately, I had to tell Ray I would be back. Not because of his work but because of my bad luck lol

Highly recommend Harco Collision Co. The experience was great from start to finish. They kept open communication with regular updates about my car during the repair process. Went in to get a quarter panel and trunk worked on, it came out beautiful and good as new, only thing is I had to wash the car after but that was no big deal. Ray was a very awesome, he gave me updates of what s being done. Definitely would recommend

Easy to deal with, very reasonable and efficient. I had an amazing experience from start to finish! I called many shops but Harco Collision was the ONLY shop that was willing to take my car in same day. They replaced my two doors and called me within 3 hours to pick it up. I can't say enough about Harco Collision the entire process was very smooth, and a seamless experience. I highly recommend Harco Collision I promise they wont disappoint.Service: Body & Trim

Best customer service I ever received at any auto shop! I took my car in for some work and unlike every other place around here they did not try to rip me off. They were patient and professional and the owner Ray fixed my car perfectly! I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend Harco Collision. I was very nervous about buying a auto part from the market place out of state. They offered such a good price and I could not find anything close to it in my area. The taillight arrived cracked and it was clear the post office mishandled the package due to the damage to the box. I messaged the seller on a Saturday morning expecting not to hear back from them. Within 15 minutes I had a thoughtful response that put my mind at ease. I was informed I would receive a replacement part or full refund. The seller messaged me on Monday letting me know I would be receiving a replacement which was what I was hoping for. When I returned home from work on Tuesday it had arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely buy from this seller again and highly recommend them to anyone I know in search of auto parts.

I was seriously considering selling my Ford Explorer after a crash a few months ago. The whole front end was messed up, my bumper fell off and my insurance wouldn t pay for the damages. I thought I d never be able to afford to have it properly fixed until I found this shop! They gave me an incredible deal and did such an amazing job on my truck, that I ll be keeping it for years to come! I traveled from Dearborn to Garden City and it was definitely worth it! Awesome, detailed, and clean work, honest and respectful staff, amazing prices, and so accommodating! This is the only body shop I ll ever go to in the future!Service: Body & Trim

I'm reluctant to leave a good review because if people find out how great this place is he'll never have time to repair my car! Lol. My family has been going here for about 40 years. I just took one of my cars there last week and was reminded why my grandpa raved about this place. Jerry is the nicest guy ever, he's honest, straight forward, affordable, and will help you anyway that he can. This is the 3rd car I personally had repaired by him over the past 20 years and I will definitely be using him again. I rent my cars on Turo so I'm sure I'll have more business for him sooner or later! Lol.
