Damage wheels during service while doing alignment. Refuse to accept accountability. Take before photos before handing over your car so you can hold them accountable for Damage or just go somewhere else.

Took my car in for a tire repair and a cabin air filter. Amanda greeted me promptly and was very knowledgeable and kind. Take your car somewhere else for service. I initially thought the last situation here was a one off, but they just don t want to be bothered at this place. I called for what I thought would be a tire repair/replacement. After being transferred to 3 different people, with the 3rd one telling me he *might* be able to do something if I show up at the dealership first thing tomorrow, I chose to opt out. While he did let me know that their team was understaffed, the service is not great when they do have enough workers. Given that they tried convincing me to buy a (n unnecessary) battery the last time I needed service, I should have known better. Hopefully someone else sees this and saves themselves a whole lot of unnecessary grief! This review is solely for the service department: the salespeople I ve interacted with have been helpful and friendly.Services: Auto tire replacement, Battery

Bought a 2020 used Car from Gordon Chevrolet, John from Used Cars was A-1, treated me very Professional and Knowledgeable. Got the Car I wanted at a great price. Would recommend to family and friends!

Unfortunately I've been with this dealership for 8 years, 4 leases and my recent service was very disappointing. I received no calls after inspection was completed, I received no call when work was completed with explanation of work. I have the tire/rim protection and this is the SECOND time having same tire patched instead of replaced as I'm told " certain criteria has to be met in order for a new tire" and charged 60.00 to power wash wheels to get dirt off tires from working down a dirt road.. obviously chevy needs to figure out how their malibu can be fixed to be able to handle dirt roads without needing a powerwash for 60.00 every few months.. you would think being a long lasting customer at least a phone call would be made. Body shop was AWESOME though!!! I hate to list names personally but John was my service provider and Unfortunately never made one call to me.. I made calls, left a message, no call back.. body shop explained service depts work..not right..
