Nick was super easy to work with. I called him before I came in and told him exactly what I was looking to do and the price point I was looking to be at and he called back within 5 minutes with what I wanted to hear. If you are looking for a true professional that makes buying a car easy I strongly suggest asking for Nick when you walk through those doors. Quick fast and seamless with him!

Took my car in to be serviced and was a bit apprehensive after having a bad experience at a different Chevrolet Dealership. The lounge area for waiting customers is quite stunning and really comfortable, was very impressed! My service advisor Tony was excellent, and Tasha, the cashier was incredibly kind and sweet. Will gladly drive the few extra miles to come get my car serviced here again!

SUPER pleased with this dealership! If you are getting a used car, see John Michniak! I had a horrific experience with Suburban Chevrolet in Ann Arbor and John helped me out. When I decided what vehicle I wanted, John had someone pick me up at Suburban (I had to drop off their loaner car and pick up my check) and drove me all the way to Garden City. This dealership has a very pleasant environment and they are about honesty and ethics unlike Suburban Chevrolet. When I picked up my truck it was clean and the tank was full. No warranty or extras were forced on me but I did buy the warranty for extra safety. Steve Nissen and Rick Lachance were really awesome and helpful as well. The dealership as a whole knows how to treat a customer, these people care about making you happy.

Don t waste your time or money with this dealership rude customer service not helpful service at all whatever the case maybe. Had gotta many cars from them no issues at all before I got my equinox 2022 had nothing but problems after it hit 30,000 miles drive shaft falling out more then 5 times they 1st forgot to tighten it then the other times they took it apart and obviously don t know how to put the car back together been more at the dealership and then in my possession. I won t ever buy a car from them ever again or recommend anyone to go there for anything lost me as a great customer I could say more but I ll leave it at that but The drive shaft did most certainly fall out when Gordon Chevrolet supposedly fixed it and got pics to prove it don t try to cover up your issues bye saying it did not fall out what a joke of a response they post on here

Eilish Thomas focused on what I wanted and she took time to work up several alternatives to help me make a value-based purchase decision. Her communication was excellent as well. The other people involved at Gordon Chevy were also fair, professional, and friendly. Great customer experience.

I brought my car in for service because I smelled a burning odor when I drove it. Service person Jeff was great and I was pleased with the shuttle service to get me back home. However, Jeff called and said that they would have to keep my car until they got the needed repair part. I was grateful that he arranged for a loaner vehicle when it was found that the part was on back order due to the UAW strike. Several weeks later, with no word, I called and found that Jeff had quit. The Service Manager Jay found my file and assured me that he would follow up. He did,stayed in communication with me and I got my car back. I felt that I received excellent customer service from all involved, especially Jay.

I was kept informed and there were many ways to get ahold of my service advisor. I always got a prompt response and everything was good. The service Tech fixed the problem quickly and effectively. I am very happy with the service I received.

HelloMy name is Daniel Adkins, I am the father of Courtney Adkins and the owner of the 2014 chevy cruze that your maintenance dept. has made a repair to.Unfortunately we have brought the car back in twice now for oil leak that did not exist before the repair. It is still leaking and I m concerned for my daughter s safety and the possibility of something bad happening.All I ask is that the leak be fixed properly and this time the timing belt will need to be changed also for it is oil soaked along with a the pulleys and the alternator and frame and covers being oil soakedMy apologies for inconveniences of this issue, anything you can do to address this properly would be greatly appreciated.Thank You.

I went in just going to look/price a car today. I didn t expect at all to walk away with a brand new 2024 car, and buy it. It s mine, I didn t even have to go through leasing! All this thanks to my salesman Ryan Soper. Funny enough, he knows my older brother, and my mom, and she was with me today so it was like a sign. Definitely cool to have someone I knew I could trust and walk me through the process. He was absolutely amazing and so was the experience. This is my first ever car I ve gotten myself let alone even bought and I don t think the process couldn t have went any better. He knew what he was talking about, had a good character, and we even shared some laughs. Overall a 10/10 and beyond 5 stars if I could. If you need a new car, he s your guy. Thank you Ryan!

Called their service department to schedule an appointment to have some dealer accessories installed on my vehicle. I spoke to an older disgruntled service advisor named John and he quoted me a different price than what I was seeing on the Chevrolet Accessories website. I tried to bring this up to him and ask why their price was higher than what I was seeing on the website and as soon as I brought it up he proceeded to catch a very nasty attitude and tell me that the price he quoted me was what they were going with and he wasn t going to argue about it and that if I didn t like it then oh well, and I could go to a different dealership.I then asked to speak to the service manager who was able to actually do his job and help figure out where the price discrepancy was coming from. I also brought up how I didn t appreciate John s stank attitude and he agreed that it could have been handled better but still brushed it off as if John s behavior was appropriate and that it didn t matter. Well, if this is how you treat your customers and think that John s actions were in any way shape or form appropriate then I will gladly take my business elsewhere and would highly recommend others to do the same as there is no benefit conducting business at your dealership compared to the 50 others around other than overpriced labor rates and foul mouth employees.

Got a 2022 blazer only had the car for two years and they are telling me I need all four new tires . Sounds a bit ridiculous when Michelin tires should last up to 60,000 miles and my car only has 30,000 miles. I don t even think my car came with new tires to begin with. I also pay more money for tire warranty and I ve had my front tire patched maybe 2-3 times cause the warranty doesn t cover the new tire what am I paying extra for then? I ve been with gm for about 8-9 years and this is the most problems I ve had

About 10 years ago, my wife and I came to Gordon Chevrolet in search of a vehicle. When we left, I remember talking with her about what an awesome guy my salesman Greg Dorsey was. In the time since, we have purchased two other vehicles, and have also referred my mother-in-law to the same salesman. I absolutely refuse to go to anyone else. Without missing a beat, every year he has called or messaged my wife and I, wishing us happy birthdays and holidays. Many times we've even received cards in the mail. We are consistently stunned by the level of customer service he has provided. It's almost like he's part of our family! He is absolutely a cut above the rest, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from Gordon. Thank you Greg for all that you do, we couldn't be happier customers!!!

I called Gordon Chevrolet yesterday, around 9am asking for a salesperson. I was transferred to Charles C. And I let him know I was in a really tough spot but had to have transportation as soon as possible. I told him what I could spend and what I could afford monthly. He sent over the online application immediately and called me as soon as it was submitted. He listened to exactly what I needed, could afford and found a car in less than an hour. I can t say enough good things about Gordon, and especially Charles. He didn t try and talk me into anything and delivered on every promise. He was kind, polite and patient. He is incredibly knowledgeable on the products, policies and procedures and has his craft down to a science. Hang on to this one, Gordon Chevrolet, he s a rare talent. I also want to extend my thanks to the entire team. From Emily to Mitch, Dave, Rick L, Renee or anyone else I missed! Your culture makes me want to work there. And of course, I love my car, Charles nailed that too, along with a detailed lesson on how to operate it Happy and safe holidays to you all and my heartfelt thanks.

For starters I do wanna say previously I have not had the best luck at this Chevrolet location..But recently I was in a collision and have been working back and forth with the dealership, and I do wanna say to the few who have went above and beyond for me during this process..Travis, in the service department, had stated he was fairly new to this location but in my opinion this department needs a fresh face, Travis went out of his way to help me into my rental as quickly as possible with patience and also was very outgoing and I feel that the service department there def needs that bc previously it was terrible so I appreciate your attentive attitude.I m not sure of their names but there are three ladies who sit in the little desks inside of a room next to the service desk, honestly the nicest people that also deserve recognition, who kept me and my super talkative son warm while waiting on paperwork.Also there are the three people in which I always see in the collision department who also are very attentive and are quick to answer any question that I ve had during this absolute mess of a situation.I m glad to see this location moving forward.

The maintenance was fine. My car is doing good. But I think one of your maintenance sale members (Kevin) requires more training. He tried to sell me some new tires using a company called Sunbit. I asked him what is the interest rate and he told me that there wasn't one. That is incorrect. I read the fine print and it said 32.49% APR. I told him that having no interest on a payment plan doesn't sound right because how do they make money. He couldn't really give me a straight answer and he kept asking for my driver's license. I told him that I would have to think about it. Instead of escorting me to the casher desk and giving me my key, he let me sit in the waiting area. I sat there for almost two hours. Also, I usually get a text notification when my car is officially ready and I didn't get one. I saw Kevin come into the waiting area a couple times and he didn't say anything. He just looked at me, turned around and walked back out the door. Finally, I got up and checked on the status of my car. One of the other sales rep had Kevin meet me in waiting area where he said that my car was ready a while ago. He did hear me when I told him that I needed to think about the offer for Sunbit. Maybe he didn't understand that I was ready to leave the dealership AFTER I told him that. Obviously, there was a disconnect in communication. Also I usually use my points from my Chevy account, but that didn't happen. This was definitely a major miss this time.

I purchased my first lease from Gordon Chevy last week and I was helped by Heather. She was an amazing saleswoman and she made it feel more like I was buying from a friend than a dealership. She helped me into a brand new 2024 Equinox that I absolutely feel in love with. It had everything I wanted and more and it rides like a dream. I highly recommend Heather and the entire Gordon staff to anybody looking to purchase.

Everyone was very welcoming from the moment we walked into the showroom.We worked with Rachel who has such a great personality both professionally and personally.Rachel made the whole purchasing process very relaxing. She listened to what we wanted and gave sound advice along the way. We really appreciated her.My son & I had a great experience working with Dave in Financing as well. Again, very professional and personal.Overall, we had a wonderful experience purchasing our vehicle. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I tried ordering a power steering pump with pulley back on 2/29 for my 98 k1500, waited two weeks and never received the parts. I called in on 3/12 to confirm shipment of the parts, they said they sent out an automated email (which I never received, inbox or spam folder) requesting the vin number for the vehicle. I went ahead and shared the vin number with the young lady who answered my call, she told me on a recorded line, no problem, it comes out to the same total as the original order anyway. We ll have this shipped out to on Thursday, 3/14, you should get it by Saturday 3/16. Saturday 3/16 came and went. I called in today, 3/19. They tell me they cancelled my order on 3/14, because as it happens, the vin revealed the parts were $100 more expensive. They allegedly emailed me a couple times (in spite of confirmation prior that I did not receive their emails) to communicate this mistake on their part, and no phone call. I still have never received an email from these guys (checked again). They claimed they do not record phone numbers, which I do not believe given they use a mojo dialer (call tracking system). Short version, after 3 weeks of absolutely nothing, pay us another $100 for your parts on a new order altogether .I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere, and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same.

I was extremely stressed leading up to my appointment to turn in my lease. My financial situation had changed and I was worried I would not be able to get a new car. We've been customers at Gordon for close to a decade. We've been customers of Rachel's for about 3 years now. She helped me figure out my options and got me into an new lease. As long as Rachel is at Gordon, I'll continue to return and send everyone I know there.We very much trust Rick's knowledge in financing.
