I am so excited to be one of the many SATISFIED Friends Auto Service and Repair customers.I came in with a power steering leak, Hass and his great team of pleasant Certified Technicians explained to me in detail the auto repair concerns, then quoted me a price that was beyond reasonable, I would even have money left over to grab myself some lunch , and here is the best part, FRIENDS AUTO SERVICE and REPAIR completed the work in just a matter of a few hours.Now, my car rides like a new car, thanks to FRIEND'S AUTO SERVICE, excellent Customer care and Skilled Service.Respectfully,V. What a find! This shop gets top marks. Friendly, customer oriented, knowledgeable, and willing to converse with you about the potential issue your car is having. Came on a busy day and they still managed to get the work done BEFORE the promised day/time. Will definitely be recommending this place.

DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING DONE AMD SAID!!! Get an honest person who you know, and trust to double check service amd or work this place does for you....No I absolutely have the correct business.This was my fiancee who had 2 oil changes, both times oil was shorted, also told her she needed brakes and rotors, which was funny bc she had them done about 6months prior to your recommendation, so now we immediately thought the other company did one over on her, luckily we also had a tire going low issue recently where bel tire honored their policy and replaced/fixed her tire no chardge but told us the same thing brakes and rotors. So definitely in our eyes the place we had brakes and rotors done ripped us off. The common horror stories women talk about (getting screwed over bc of being a woman). So Saturday I had a trustworthy mechanic/friend (newly accuired) come to do some part swapping and within those parts she purchased new rotors and brake pads! After all his work he handed us back the rotors and pads and said these were not needed. The work we had done both rear upper Contol arms, and both shocks and springs up front. So tires came off amd access to the rotors amd pads clear as day. Guess what was not needed!!! Rotors and Brakes! So here I'm not really being a friend, I do believe friends tell you the truth. Here, I'm hoping others will be more investigating of what your mechanics recommend for what clearly is for a dollar and what's actually needed as automotive repairs and maintenance is not cheap, people work very hard for the things they have. So to me this was the classic horror story. I'm just glad I found someone real to show me they were just fine, not in it for a buck.

I have been going to Friends Auto since 2009, and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed....EVER. PERIOD. I remember the day when I first came. I was driving a 1999 Chevy Malibu. They kept that car running for me like no one else could. Ned (retired) and John are the best there is. They have always given me low price quotes, and if the job still required a hefty price, they would do what they could to bring the price down a little. I have referred others to this place because that's how confident I am in their services. In addition, their customer service is superior! They have always treated me and my children with the utmost respect. It is a warm atmospheric type auto repair shop, and not too long ago, they set up a coffee and cold water station for their guests. I highly recommend Friends Auto for all of your auto needs.

OMG! Unbelievable service and quality work! It is rare to find a service where you are treated personally and professionally and at a reasonable price. As I was getting work done on my car, I watched each person that came in treated with respect, issues quickly reviewed and resolved. Also, with the repairs, one of the issues was treated and repaired instead of replacing the whole part, which was a definite cost saving, especially when you are working with a tight budget. I would definitely recommend Friend's for your auto repairs!Services: Brakes, Oil change

I love this shop! They have never tried to talk me into getting any extra work done, prices are fair, and they generally have my car ready same day. Once I was sure I needed new brakes and dropped my car off. They called me later and said the brakes still had a lot of life left and didn't charge me anything. As someone without a lot of car knowledge myself I love having a place I can trust.

To say I was treated like a friend is an understatement! They treated me like family! I went around for estimates and since I m young everyone was trying to play me! I came here and the price they told me was 60% cheaper then everyone else I had originally went to! My car was done on time after the parts were ordered! They told me about a recall I had and told me to go to Cadillac and told me what to do! They took the time and I appreciate that! This place will definitely be the only place to work on my vehicles from now on! Thank you hass!!

Brought my Flex in for front-end alignment. They ended up doing front and rear for less than I thought the front would be. Professional, friendly service. I will recommend Friend's Auto to my family and friends.

Great service. Really helpful staff. Came in on 4/12 to have rear rotors and pads replaced. Great pricing, informative staff. I did not feel taken advantage of, as a woman with limited knowledge of cars/parts/pricing. Two months later the pads are still squeaking so I brought it back in this morning, they had me in and out after making sure nothing was technically wrong with them, cleaned the pads and rotors and said to come back if they continue to squeak. No charge. I noticed an immediate difference in the breaks leaving the shop. The cleaning they did for free fixed the issue. Thank you guys!

I have now been here a couple times and I am happy to have found a repair shop that I trust. Hass runs an efficient shop, and has been great at getting me back on the road for a fair price and quickly. Auto one dropped my vehicle off here after identifying that my caliper was loose and missing a bolt. They fixed it free of charge and found other issues that needed attention.

I chose Friend's Auto to service my car based on their Google reviews. I must say that their service and prices are exceptional. The diagnoses and completion of my repairs were timely, and I wasn't at the shop all day. I appreciate Hass"s courtesy and professionalism. Friend's Auto Service is an outstanding, professional, and very reliable shop. Alex is very welcoming and very friendly. I love how they are honest and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Friends Auto truly lives up to their name! They're super friendly and welcoming. Alex and his brother always greet you with a smile when walking into the door. The back end of my Dodge Nitro on the driver's and passenger side were grinding irritatingly so, after just having so many parts replaced, I was a little concerned that I would have to put more money into it. As I was out running errands I came across Friend's Auto Service. Thinking I would now have to pay for brakes and rotors. I absolutely loved the honesty and humor of the people who work there. They took it for a test drive and it turned out to be something so minor that I was extremely grateful for their honesty and dedication to getting the job done quickly and efficiently, with no stress at all. I appreciate that respect and kindness you showed to me as a female customer. You are an outstanding establishment and I applaud your sincerity and honesty. Keep up the great work. One of my friends referred me here and I love this place! Not only were they able to diagnose and fix my car, it was at very affordable rate. They even put air in my tires! They definitely know what they're doing and I will not hesitate to go back here for any auto issues.

Alex at friend's auto is the absolute best! Not only is he very knowledgeable and a connoisseur at fixing cars but he doesn't try to upsell. The prices at friends auto are very reasonable. Cheapest around. He shows compassion and is truthful on whether or not a repair can wait. Calling Alex for all my repairs!

This place is fantastic! Had a nail in my tire and needed to get it taken care of early before work, I was able to get in and out quickly, PLUS they found another nail in one of the other tires I was completely unaware of. Will definitely be coming back as needs arise

Great service and honesty. My car had been having a rough idle/shake, turned out to be a bad fuel injector. They replaced it same day and now my car is back on the road running smoothly. Will absolutely return whenever my car needs any future repairs !!

Honest and reasonably priced. The guys at friends are all very friendly and I have never left feeling ripped off or unhappy. They go above and beyond to make sure you re taken care of in a timely manner. Highly recommend

They gave me a free inspection of my suspension and told me the upper ball joints were causing the wobble. They wanted $900 to do the work so I spent $300 on tools and did them myself. Wobble still there so I took it back to them for an alignment and they said it was the lower bill joints and flat spots in the tires...as a business owner I find it difficult to do business with any automotive business.

I ve been to a few mechanics around the area, but none compare to Friend s Auto here in Garden City. From the great customer service over the phone to the how fast and easy the whole process was in person. Great staff, friendly faces, quick and great prices. There were no gimmick they got straight to the problem and got it all done within 2 hours tops. I can t recommend them enough, they even offer warranty on the parts and service. Truly made this a wonderful experience, will definitely come back to switch my tires for winter.Services: Auto brake repair, Oil change

Brought my car in for an alignment and asked them to check out a few other issues while it was there. I ended up needing more safety repairs done than I thought. They were pleasant to work with and really quick on the repairs.
