Customer service socks! Been waiting over 30 days! For them to get me a rim for my 2019 F350. With a factory defects. I call every 5 days and get nothing but the run around! Still today 12-13-22 All they care about is getting your that's all.

We went here because of the advertisement of getting the tires today and paying for them over time. We only needed a little extra time to pay. My guy filled out for their credit application and was approved. The payments are low, but we paid them off already. The rims and tires was $1995. That was the best price that I got and believe me when I tell you we shopped around. The staff was professional and knowledgeable about the tires and rims. I would recommend this place and needless to say but I would go back.

As soon as I walked in, Steve was there to greet me and make sure I left a happy customer. He made calls to several locations looking for what I wanted and he certainly found them. Ray went above and beyond by putting the sensors from my old wheels on the new ones and that saved me 200 dollars. They also put wheel locks on there. Great GREAT customer service from these two gentlemen, I will certainly be back and send my people to them!

Wouldn't install my new 35x11.50r20's with out balancing beads but didn't have any. Wouldn't use regular weights for whatever reason and said it wouldn't work. Took it to hot wheel city in Lincoln Park and they used regular weights with no problems what so ever!

We just got new rims and tires.. excellent, professional, friendly, knowledgeable service! They do it right because they have all the popular rims and tires right in stock. You can see them in person, and for most, he can install them the same day! Jesse is very attentive and knows what the customer wants and needs. We are all busy. We need things done right, and when we have time. This is the place make that happen! Thanks again!

The Young Guy was sleep on the right side when i walked in, he hides in the rims. Very slow and unprofessional. I went in to have my rims taken off he walked in the back and was on the phone for about 15 minutes. When I 1st got rims he charged me twice outside of my snap finance. And both times he put the money in his pocket.and one time I sent money to his cash app. I tried to give them another chance since there close to my house. Oh and when he s ready to close up shop he says there is no technician there. And this was at 4 but they close at 6.Yeah I m not going back. Tire Stop in Wayne is much Better

Went to the location on Middlebelt/Cherry hill on a Saturday 4/27 purchased a set of 5 tires for a Jeep Wrangler in a style they said that would be in by Monday 4/29. Rep said he would call me once they were in. Waited until Wednesday 5/1 just thinking maybe they haven t arrived . No call so went Friday 5/3 and asked what was going on they said they don t have the style that we payed for and they didn t inform me until I went in, so that was already upsetting because I waited almost a week. So said fine I ll get a style that s in stock with all 5. Rep installed 4 and said the 5th one is at another location and would call me that same day 5/3. Waited and no response so went back Saturday 5/4 and they said it s going to take an hour to get it. I come back and nothing and said they would call, NOTHING! Now on 5/6 went once more, he said tire would arrive I have to go back once more for a tire I don t have and payed in full now it s been a full week! Very unprofessional! and now its 5/17. And yet still have my tire. 4 weeks has passed, no call. Will go back Sat 5/18 to speak to manager. In total payed 2,082.87.

Brought my bent rim to Jessie. He gave me a GREAT price and they did an awesome job. He had me "in and out" in no time. Quoted me a good price on some rims & tires for my truck too. I will be back.

Ray and Rafi got my rim fixed in literally 20 minutes and gave me a great price. Highly recommend this place for any tire needs. Just two nice dudes not looking to rip you off.

Ray & Rafi where very helpful and took the time to make sure we where 100% satisfied with our purchase. They showed us several options and displayed them next to the vehicle so we could get the right look and fit. Overall very satisfied would recommend to my friends and family.

Jessie is the Man!! He will give you great service and he has the best looking Rims in town.. Even the Rap stars come to him.. I was in shop when Yung Buck called for his rims and tires. This is my second set from Hot Wheel City..

Bought rims and tires from them only to find out later they were supposed to put hub rings on with the rims. They say they don't have them and nobody will balance or rotate them with out the rings. Spent 2400.00 and they were very rude to me. The counter person said- you bought these last year.

Drove 2.5 hours away to get some new wheels for my 2017 f250. Had a great selection and made sure to go over everything on the phone prior to making the drive. Got here and got exactly what I wanted.

Went in today ( 05-15-2020 ) hoping they had what I had in mind , oh boy did they . I was expecting the "sorry we have to order them " but no sir . They had my 20" rins an tires. Was done in 1 hour as well . I would definitely recommend this location to all .

Bought rims from here and bent one on a pothole. Took it back to them to fix it. They initially quoted me $40 to fix it then raised it to $50 and told me it would take a couple hours and it would be done. It took them 5 days to repair my rim and they didn't bother calling when it was done. I had to call them several times a day until it was done. They waited until I got there to pick it up to tell me that my tire was busted and attempted to charge me $60 for the repair of the roo. Just bad business and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. They're only concerned with the initial sale but do nothing to accommodate returning customers.
