Great experience! I originally had my car an another place. After spending a day calling places for quotes to at least 15 different places. Cruise in Auto had the fairest price and job was completed the same day. They have me as a customer now.

Everyone I talked with here (Matt and Matt) were extremely courteous, professional, and the service was much quicker than I anticipated. I had attempted to replace the coolant outlet on my mother's car, and one of the bolts had corroded into the engine block and broke off when attempting to remove it. I was given a quote with a fair price, and within 24 hours they had removed the broken bolt, installed the part I had purchased previously, and flush/refilled the coolant system. They also recommended a new intercooler pipe as their technician noticed cracks in it, but I declined as this is a repair I am comfortable doing myself. Even though I declined, they provided a temporary fix to the existing pipe for no charge! Highly recommend this shop.

My son has front end and suspension work done and my husband had work done on his BMW. None of this work took longer than 24 to 38 hrs and they didi A-1 work. I recommend everyone to being your car's to Cruise in repair, great people.

The owner is the nicest guy and really helped me out when my brake pads were completely worn off and my rotors were shot. He was able to get me in ASAP and for a good price after 3 other repaid shops quoted me 3x the amount he did! My car was done within two hours of drop off and I was able to pay over the phone! I will absolutely be recommending this place to everyone I know as well as I will return if I need anything else fixed! After bringing my vehicle here for a second opinion that a different shop couldn't fix, a week later I was left with being charged $75 and given back an unfixed vehicle. Being told "we cant figure it out". Also the paperwork showed no info on what was performed and no recommendations for both of my complaints for bringing it in. We brought in both our Jeeps, one for air suspension service and the other for power outage in the back portion and front end work. Joe was great to work with. He called with any updates to make sure we wanted to do the repair and how much it would cost before starting the work. The jobs were done very timely with great quality. I will be returning with any future car problems!

Stopped in here the other day hoping to get the exhaust repaired on my car, they gave me a great price and the service was great too. They are very helpful and very honest people...I went to ask to borrow a 19mm hollowed out socket no questions asked Matt went straight looking for it... Although it's an unusual socket apparently.. He let me know the part I was changing wouldn't be the solution so with the kindness of his person gave off I got my car up there and he is taking care of me as I write this I will definitely recommend cruise in auto to all my friends and family this place the people are really helpful and fast acting! Thank you!!!

Joe and pop's are such a blessing, solved 100% of my electrical issues in a timely manner and worked with me on the total amount! Couldn't find an honest SOUL to help me until I met these guys! Just had my brakes done, along with a new set of tires. Joe gave me a great deal, and the mechanic Mike, showed me what was wrong with my vehicle before they went ahead with the repair. I went in for a check engine light, oil change, and new pads and rotors and they charged me way less than any other shops I d been to. Charging people $25 for "Covid 19 Air System Cleaner"?? No such thing. SCAM. Also, you charged a lady $500 for an oil pan replacement and never even told her you were going to do it beforehand. SCAMMERS.

Stopped in they other day for a brake check the gentleman at the counter walked me out and showed me what was going on with my car and then gave me a few different options and there prices are very pocket book friendly and the staff is very honest and this will be my auto repair shop from here on out .they also suggested this product from bg services to help fight against covid 19 and like mold &mildew smells thru the ventilation system and it last 2 weeks .
