I had to be told to be greeting by another employee when he noticed I was just standing there after being told to get out my vehicle. I feel that they held off as long as they could to avoid giving me a loaner car. It went from 24-48 hrs to 72 hrs after getting car diagnosed. Lucky I was off the entire week. I felt they were annoyed when I called and ask about an update. I leased the vehicle here and thought it would be a good idea to get it serviced there. My salesman was great and I loved my courtesy driver. However servicing not so much. Servicing should work on better customer service.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I purchased my jeep from here. Their staff is nice, place is always clean including restrooms. However, the wait time for a "quick service" oil change was over 3 hours. I don't mind waiting if I'm given rough estimated time. If your not going to hire a full staff at least have the staff upfront let the customers know more then "there is a small wait" tell me it's 3 hours, I may decided to do it another day, it's just an oil change.

I have an eleven year old vehicle that has been kept in pristine condition by this dealership. Despite the low value of my car I have been treated in an unbelievably supportive manner. They obtained a part for me when a strike prevented parts from being delivered. When the car was in service longer than planned snd I was going to miss a doctor s appointment the job was put on rush, it was fixed promptly and the car was delivered to my door ! If it s possible I will definitely buy my next vehicle here and have it serviced here. Great team !

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Amanda was great at listening to my needs and accommodating me. As well as informing me of a recall I didn t know existed. Alex, the person working on my car was super nice and even brought out a piece of my car to show me the damage. HIGHLY recommend definitely coming again!

The staff are friendly and want to ensure you are taken care of.My vehicle went thru an accident (deer) and has taken several months and trips to get fully repaired. I would give them 5 stars if communication was better, they did have some staff changeover that caused some issues. I have 1 issue left.

Overall the service was completed successfully. My only issue was how long it took. I took my SUV in and let them know the code and issue that was showing on my reader. They said it would take 24-48 hours to diagnose the issue. I heard back from them over 48 hours later and they repeated exactly what I had told them two+ days earlier. Was not happy with losing the use of my vehicle for that long before they even got it in for the analysis, but like I said the issue was finally addressed successfully. Will still use them for future needs.

Called to make an appointment for an issue I had with my car. Got in quickly. Arrived for appointment and was greeted by Jake, the manager who made me feel confident my car would be taken care of. We've had our company vehicle,(2020 Dodge promaster, 38k miles) in 3 times for service for a no start issue. All three times this vehicle was tied up anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks with each incident, only to get it back to have the same problem reoccur within a week.While I know these issues can be hard to diagnose, it shouldn't take 4 weeks let alone 6 weeks to fix this problem. 1st trip was a starter, 2nd trip was a grounding wire and the last trip was a battery that reported good on the 1st and 2nd trip.I hold no confidence that the problem is fixed.The bad review isn't entirely about the repairs, drug out time to repair the vehicle or costs. Another one of the biggest complaints if not my biggest complaint is the lack of communication and return calls! You'll have a hard time reaching your advisor or the service manager. Nobody returns a call you'll have to physically drive to the location and go in to get any type of answers.I wouldn't recommend getting service from Suburban cdj of garden City! I had a leak in my tire, turned out I had a nail inside the tire. James informed me that I would need a new tire, thank goodness I had the warranty. James was very kind and kept me informed

Not the worst, but not that great. They had me arrange for a ride when I didn't need to and it was really inconvenient- nobody cared, no apology. Hard to reach a service advisor by phone, and this dealership does not have a carwash. They do offer a shuttle service. Would have been nice to know beforehand.

Quoted me a price of $1500 for a repair. I paid $169 for a diagnostic fee. I took it to another repair facility and was told that a wire was broken and the radiator fam was disconnected. This facility only charged me $69.00 to diagnose and nothing to connect the radiator fan and replace the wire. Very disappointing to think that this dealership would take advantage of someone in order to get money for unneeded repairs.

Took my jeep in for a diagnosis and repair, long story short, it was repaired and I'm happy with the end result. Improvement in communication would be beneficial. Daily communication, be it by text or call, if only to say still working on it, would go along way. Had better service and response with the service manager Jake. The service technician that initially handled my case, was less than attentive. My case was a bit convoluted and took over a week to resolve, which I wasn't thrilled with, but it wasn't totally the dealership fault. All in all, it was a good outcome and experience. Would recommend to try them out.

I called in advance to see how long an oil change would take, was told 45 min to an 1 hr I was there from 1:15pm to 4:30, waited there for 3 hours just for an oil change was charged 96 dollars, very displeased of how long I had to wait for only an oil change. I bought my car from this dealership and they told me what took so long is that they didn t have the appropriate lift, why sell a car at this dealership and not have the supplies to give it the appropriate oil change? I m not sure, it s a dodge hornet & now there is a new scratch on the upper left side and I m debating if I want to take it back there.

Unfortunately they appear to be short staffed. Wait time for oil changes is 3 hrs. No one in service answers the phone, I called 4-5 times over few hours. Text are not answered either. Appointment for my engine light being on was scheduled one week away. Brakes and oil change this week.

The service was good. However, I was very disappointed with the price I was quoted to replace both batteries for my Chrysler Pacifica - $930! I told my wife, that s like too much. I called Sam s club and got the thing done for $330. What s up with that? I can maybe see $100 difference because it s a dealership, but come on $600 difference. I feel bad for people don t know any better. It s robbery without the gun.Service: Auto battery replacement

Brought my car in for an oil change Friday November 10th. By the morning of Saturday November 11th my car wasn t accelerating like normal and all the oil had leaked out. Today visit was the worst. The check-in people needs better customer service spent over 2 1/2 hours just for an oil change. I was told it would only take 1hr 15mins.

I appreciate the service it was quick and professional but when I came to pick up my car they didn t re fill my coolant after they drain it .and when they drain it they just left it a mess under the hood, coolant was everywhere at the bottom could of at least clean it up

Carter Fob the service writer was awesome! He kept me updated along the process. Communication with him on the status of my vehicle was great! Something was overlooked during the inspection of my vehicle after I picked it up. I brought it to their attention and the issue was corrected immediately. Carter was extremely helpful and friendly in the process of explaining what my car needed. Jake his manager also helped tremendously as well. They explained the full service and made the experience super pleasant. Car issues are never fun to deal with. This is my second time taking my car here and Carter and Jake did not disappoint!
