I had exhausted all options & was in a vehicle I didn't know if I'd ever be able to get out of. I got it about a year ago from some very scummy, untrustworthy people.I walked into CARite hopeful, but preparing for the worst. Everyone was so friendly & said hello when I walked in. It was overall a great vibe. They also have an adorable office dog that I got to hang out with a bit. I saw Keaton & he was not only down to earth, but he was very open & honest with me about my situation. They answered every single question & concern (there were quite a few given my history with a previous dealership) I had with patience & care. I was able to drive away in a BEAUTIFUL & SAFE vehicle. By far the nicest vehicle I've ever owned. I feel so much better & I am so happy that I decided to finally make the appointment to go see him. If you are in need of a vehicle...run, don't walk! Go see Keaton. If he can't do it, nobody can!

Very helpful staff, Keaton Lang was the sales person I had dealt with. Very knowledgeable and helpful on helping getting me into my truck. Would by another vehicle from this dealership.

Polite, quick, and affordable service. I don't normally go to dealership type places for oil changes because they tend to take a long time and cost a lot more. That is not the case for Carite. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the showroom dog. I was checked in and they directed me to the waiting area. My oil change took only about 20 minutes and I was on my way. Thank you for the great service!

Sharing for Nick Kottalis!carite.com(Garden City)I called them this morning before they opened the doors. They answered the phone. First time that's ever happened to me.Then I was out there looking at the vehicles no one came out pushing me, no one came out telling me what to buy, they waited till I was all done and I walked into the showroom.When I got into the showroom a gentleman asked me can I help you, very politely, I said yeah.I told him the vehicles that I wanted or was interested in he immediately got the keys and asked me would you like to take them for a test drive?I said sure all three of them drove great I bought one.Not only was I very happy with the honesty and the service but he was also a fine gentleman.

I was approved for financing and seen a 2013 Escape advertised on their website. I called and spoke to Steve or Steven explained that I was very interested in the car and wanted to come look at the vehicle. We set up an appointment. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I saw a 2013 Grey Escape. It looked just like the pictures and the interior even seemed to match. Steve met me in the parking lot and I explained who I was and that I believed this was the car I called about earlier. I ask him to test drive the vehicle. He goes inside to get the keys and when he returns he explains that the vehicle I wanted was being serviced and he was not sure when it would be available for sale. He proceeded to talk about a Nissan Rogue that was available for sale. I tried to follow up about the 2013 Escape that was in the parking lot but he continued to talk about the Nissan Rouge. He even brought the keys out for the Nissan Rouge and did not bring the keys out for the Escape. I am pretty sure he was saving the car for someone and instead of being honesty and stating that he made up a story about the car being service. He was extremely unprofessional. He did not apologize for not calling me to inform the vehicle was being serviced. He did not take ownership for his misleading actions and was very cavalier about the entire situation. Someone from CARite Headquarters should give Steve or Steven a call at the Garden City Location and ask him about this review. I would be very interested to hear why he did not attempt to sell me the 2013 Ford Escape that was sitting in the parking lot and why he did not even bring the keys out for the vehicle I told him I was interested in. Based on this experience, I would not recommend CARite to anyone.

Literally the best. Honest, down to earth and just all around great people here. Keith, Chase and Ken are the best. Just bought my first new(ish) car from here after driving beaters my whole life. I have no credit and a limited budget. They helped me so much and even helped me shop for new full coverage insurance while I was there. Will refer everyone to them and I will be back to purchase more cars in the future. Thanks so much!!

I was contacted by an associate literally not even a hour later after making an inquiry on the website friendly precise and punctual.....the most amazing experience i have ever had ever!! Especially since this was my first time buying a vehicle he was very hands on made sure i was comfortable with everything and made sure i understood everything before signing anything definitely stand by this company i went in with a slight deposit nothing major he was able too get me off the lot, originally i had been too drive time twice before and nothing they said matched what they did at carite for me!! Drive time needs too step up they're game that's for sure!!! I left very happy and satisfied even offered me next day cleaning of the vehicle due too everything being after hours if you have bad credit not much of a deposit this is the place for you!!! I love this place!!! And they except all insurance's i guarantee they can get you off the lot in something may not be exactly what you want but its better then walking or catching rides!! Go there and ask for keaton he was amazing!!!

Great place. Had some credit challenges and they were honest about what they could do. Chase was great and the owner Keith is a very down to earth honest guy. Got the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I highly recommend this Carite.

I had a pretty good experience with both Keaton and John. They were polite, pretty up front and transparent with their program. Helped me out which was great. Overall i would def go back and see them and suggest you give them a shot if you are looking for a vehicle. Gota great payment and a good vehicle. Thanks guys!

I brought a car for the first time in 15 years and found a place that does take your budget and wants seriously. The owner helped me find a good car at a very fair price. They even set a driver to my apartment so I didn't have to worry about getting both cars home since I wasn't trading the old one in. The Buick needed a front end lineament which they could do there. Been driving it for almost 2 months with no problems.

This location is ridiculous. I ve came here not once... not twice... but three times just to get a simple oil change. The first and second time I immediately got turned around once getting into the parking lot because I was told that they couldn t do oil changes because they were busy doing others. And it was best to CALL the next day to see if someone was available or go on line to set up an appointment. I did just that, set up an appointment online for 3/11/19 at 9am. Once I arrive and get inside, no one greeted me. I waited for about 7-8 minutes then asked what can I help you with .. I told the guy that I made a appointment online for an oil change, his reply back was that he didn t receive a appointment for a oil change today and that they haven t did any oil changes for about a month or so. I told him that was incorrect because I came last Tuesday and they were doing them. He then tells me that they didn t have anyone to do a oil change at 9a.m. and that they were short staff and also that they were taking all of Redford customers because Redford was shut down. I then asked him for the corporate number. His reply was for what? instead of proving me with the number. I expressed to him that this wasn t my first time coming to this location just to get an oil change. Honestly I m upset about the inconvenience and how he bluntly lied in my face saying that they haven t did any oil changes in over a month. Never again will I come here.

From start to finish Dan McDonald was very nice, efficient, and helpful. He answered all my questions and did his best to get me a great deal. Even with all the paperwork and having my toddler with me, he was helpful and supportive. He was very good with my daughter. I appreciate his business and knowledge. Carite Garden City made this stressful moment as painless as possible. I definitely plan to come back and also refer them.

Chase was a great salesman. I test drove two vehicles. And made my choice and was finished with my purchase and on my way in only 2.5 hours. I definitely recommend CARite to anyone in the market for a quality used vehicle.

Garden City Carite is AMAZING! Greg helped my daughter get her 1st car. Keaton helped her get her 2nd car. Now they got my good friend her Rogue. Couldn't find a better group to take care of your transportation needs. I'd recommend them anytime to anyone.

Bought my car from this company awhile ago and it started having problems right after I bought it. About 3 days after I bought my car the check engine light came on so I checked and an o2 sensor was going bad so I cleared the codes and the check engine light came back on about 5 days later which leads me to believe that they cleared the codes before I bought my car. They also failed to tell me that my right rear tire was leaking air which I found out a couple of days after I bought my car, I found out the car had electrical problems with the headlights about a week after I bought it. Lastly, i have a text message from the salesman that sold me the car that says they d give me 2 tires and they only gave me one and when I confronted them about it the manager yelled at his employee over the phone while I was on the call. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car. I will never be going back to this place to get service done or to buy a car. Very shady.

This place is an absolute scam. I called and emailed regarding a car for sale and I was told the car was available. When i drove there, the car was "sold days ago" and someone forgot to update the inventory, which is understandable. However, this place is still emailing my fiancee about this car saying that it is still available, and still has the car listed on their site even though I already brought it to their attention that it is in fact, not available. Of course, the car that they are falsely advertising is actually a good deal, unlike most of their inventory.

Went in for an oil change and was finished in about 30 minutes. Love it! But if you're going there for the first time park your car in the lot and go inside and ask for help. There are no signs outside to tell you which way to go. I almost made the mistake of driving up in the garage myself.

My salesman was Danny Macdonald, from the time I walked in the door he gave me great customer service and was very helpful. I walked in not knowing if I was going to be able to get anything and he made it happen for me, 2015 Malibu. I recommend Garden City location and Danny as your salesman, you will be happy like I was.

Just snagged a sweet, new ride from Chase and the other guys at CARite GC. Super helpful staff, and nice cars on the lot. Simplified the complicated paperwork as much as possible, and were very forthright and thorough regarding the vehicles. Glad to have found them.

I abhor salesman that give you the run-around. I didn't know what was going on at any given point, because the salesman didn't tell me anything unless I asked.I stated my down payment up front and he gave me some bs the whole time about how that was fine and ensured me I'd get the vehicle I wanted just to turn around and tell me it would be multiple times what we discussed, and acted surprised when I told him I couldn't afford it.
