Started my experience with a couple great conversations on the phone with Mike. He asked all the right questions to help him understand my needs. Due to the busy work schedule around the end of the year, we agreed on a date and time. Upon meeting face to face, we immediately went on an extended test drive so he could gather more details about my E350 4matic.A plan was hatched and that is what impressed me most! I worked 10 years in the automotive retail sector as a Master Sales Associate.. Service is everything and Mike has the IT factor!!

Had a great experience with Benztek! I needed headlights replaced to factory after the aftermarket s completely died, and Service B done on my C300. The headlights look fantastic and the fix was fast. This will definitely be my go to mechanic for my car going forward. Thank you!

This is best shop I ve ever been to. Excellent work above and beyond. I took my car to two shops prior and was trying to overcharge me for parts that wasn t even the problem. Might have took more time but it was worth the wait. I definitely recommend this shop

Hands down best mechanic experience I ve ever had! Brought my project car in for some issues I couldn t handle myself they were able to get to the bottom of it very quickly and made the repairs at a very reasonable price and even threw in some minor fixes at no additional cost. They are my go to auto shop.

I am so happy to have found an auto shop that could work on my Mercedes besides the dealer. Benztek does excellent work at very reasonable prices. He is also very flexible and will work with you on the days that you can bring your car in. I will definitely come here again.

This will be my go to place for any Mercedes needs. Mike did an amazing job diagnosing the issue I had with turbo charger. I did not want to go to dealer as they are gonna replace the entire turbocharger. New part was ordered immediately and the problem was fixed pretty quickly and saved $5000 if I had to go to dealer or some other service. Great communication and overall fantastic service experience for my car

First things first. For people who are reading this are definitely trying to find a good mechanic for Mercedes Benz. For some people the guys at Benztek might be mechanics. For some technicians, but for me they are MAGICIANS.Now for details:It's a long story but I'll try to squeeze in as much as possible. I own a 2006 Mercedes E350 4matic and I am from Ohio. I drove to Michigan to visit my family 3 weeks ago. The main problem was the Check Engine light. I started noticing a weird rattling noise. I thought it was brakes. But NO, it was something else and big.I search for the closest Mercedes specialist and BENZTEK comes up.I drove to their workshop, met Billy and Mike and told them that I am from Ohio and I need some help. They immediately checked my car like it's a walk in appointment. Mike told me that it was a known issue cuz Mercedes had this sprocket on the balance shaft inside with weak material that wears off with time.Solution was either rebuilding or replacing the engine. These guys took really good care of me and my car. Provided me with best knowledge and reading materials to make sure whatever they are suggesting is right and makes sense. They sourced the best engine out of a 2009 E350 with serial number that was past all the issues and design flaws that were present in earlier models. I got my car back within a week.(For reference any other workshop I approached was charging almost the double amount plus a appointment where I had to leave my car a week later and I would get it back after 2 weeks at least. That'd be 4 weeks in total)Mike is a beast least to say. He is someone who works on cars as if they were his own. He checked each and everything and did what was required. My benz now drives like a dream. He doesn't even compromise on the Oil that needs to be used.Trust me guys you won't be disappointed. Letting Benztek take care of ur car would be the best thing you have ever done. It won't break the bank too. Go see MAGIC MIKE ;-)

I have had Mike service my R350 car more then once for different concerns. Each time he does a fantastic job and knows his stuff. Mike has replaced my engine belt, and even completely cleaned the engine so it looked better than new. Mike is honest, fair and can be trusted. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care of. He will not charge you for something that is not needed. I will never bring my car to the Mercedes dealer for service again. Mike has my business for my car s needs.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Mike is difinitley good at what he do!! I needed my air ride suspension done. He done the work for a very reasonable price and I m getting a oil change and he s telling me all about the different in a Mercedes vs domestic oil change! He makes me more knowledgeable on the Mercedes considering this my first Mercedes . He has earned a customer for life!

Took my c63s in for its maintenance and the tech was very honest and helpful. I had the amazing pleasure of experiencing service with Benztek Auto repair service. I am a woman who has over and over experienced sub par service with my Mercedes and been jerked around often. I happened upon Mike at Benztek and when I tell you he is THEE BEST in the business, he is the best! He treated my car with white glove service as if he was working on his own vehicle. He went well above and beyond what my car was being serviced for. He even cleaned my inside, engine and all the parts and my car underneath the hood looks brand new. I will never ever go anyplace else to have my car repaired except Benztek. If you have a Mercedes I completely recommend you skip the dealer and see Mike at Benztek. I could not be happier with his service and customer service. Thank you Mike!

I'm not big on leaving reviews unless it's deserving and this one definitely is. I was having some issues with my mechanic as far as reliability and consistency. So I started looking for a place that works on Mercedes (obviously not the dealership). I came across Benztek and saw the reviews which were very good. I was skeptical at 1st because reviews cannot always be trusted these days. But I took a chance and I'm glad I did. These guys helped get me in right away. Fixed up my oil leak and had me back on the road. The price was extremely fair and dealing with them was a pleasure. Will be taking my SLK to Benztek from here on out. Seriously thanks guys! I'm glad I found you. Wish I could give you 10 stars.

I asked Mike to diagnose problems that I was having with my ML series 320 cdi , it was very comprehensive with complete car evaluation which revealed all the issues that I had been experiencing over the last 3 months . his prices are much more reasonable than Mercedes ,and his knowledge of the brand is very good , I recommend this company because of the knowledge that they have about this Mercedes Benz cars .

Mike took great care of my Mercedes! Not only was his service far better priced than the dealer, he made me feel comfortable from first introduction. He obviously has pride in his business and not only took care of my car quickly but also went above and beyond knowing I was doing a 2000 mile trip soon. I fee 100% comfortable my car is good to go!Highest recommendation. Straight forward. No pressure.

Mike is a amazing guy. He was so laid back I felt like, is this real. I have a 2000 Benz E430. He basically blessed her with a tune up, oil change, replaced pump for wind shield washer, and fixed rear passenger window. Totally satisfied with price and work done. She is definitely in beast mode condition!!!! Thanks again Mike, I'll definitely speak on your amazing service. Mike is one the best mechanics I ever met, he spent a good amount of time to dignose the issue and fix or replace the right part and not working by trays and error way...very experience and knowledgeable with Mercedes Benz expensive right tools.Price wise, fair price and he fixed some minor things while doing the major problem without asking for extra charge.The most important thing he gave the best advice and always give you a good estimate before he starts working on your car.You will feel the friendly way and you will gain the trust from the first moment you will work with Mike.

I've been dealing with Mike for 2 years now. It all first started when my brother went to him with a Mercedes sprinter van, He had a serious issue with it and no Mechanic was able to start it. After 2 month of trying different Mechanics and everyone was guessing and charging HOURLY we finally got Mike's number at Benz-Tek from a friend and we said we will give it a try. we towed the van to him and left it there, he called my brother few hours later and told him that he was able to start it. since then my whole family takes their cars to him. I have a G550 Mercedes truck and I only let Mike work on it, even for the most simple stuff. I am so picky and I know who's a good Mechanic and who's not. Mike is knowledgeable and he has the same equipment that the dealer has. The best part is that his prices are very reasonable in compare to what the dealer might charge. I advise everyone to give him a try. I can say: you're in Good hands. I give him 5 stars all the way.

Mike did a great job fixing my ac issue and took his time to troubleshoot and figure out the best course of action and at a great price as well. It is so easy to get mediocre or poor service at other shops, but Mike is willing to do that little extra to ensure the customer is satisfied. Amazing service!! Mike was knowledgeable and helpful. Performed great work at a fraction of the dealer cost. Parts came with lifetime warranty. He will be my go to service shop from now on. I cannot say enough good things about the service. Communication was perfect, sent pics and updates even when I picked up my car he walked me through the repair and showed me the broken parts. Repairs on a Mercedes are expensive and unavoidable and it s comforting to know that an independent shop of this caliber is available. I have only reviewed one other business and it was my absolute pleasure to write a review for this one. I only wish I knew about Benztek sooner. I would have saved $thousands.
