Great place. My 17 year old son needed his radio fix and speakers. Larry and crew were outstanding. They didn't take advantage of him cause of his age. His radio he bought didn't work and they supplied him with one that did. They got everything working. After all said and done.....Great service and amazing price.

This place is amazing! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I m from Florida, and came back to my car after landing in at the airport with a shattered windshield. They were able to replace my windshield the same day for a great price! They also drove me back to my hotel and picked me up to get my car back. I was quoted $249 the night before for my town and country. At check out, it was $577, but I told them my quote and they honored it, so that was awesome. However the worker inside the bay was literally working on a car, with his gloves on, while smoking a cigarette. I made sure to ask the check out staff that the smoker was not the one who worked on my car, as I'm not a smoker and I just got it detailed two days prior. I wasn't going to write a review, but this morning I cut my fingers on little bits of glass on the passenger front seat. I'm upset because there's a 3 year old going to be in this car and it has small bits of broken glass everywhere, AND again it was freshly detailed.

Gary is amazingI m new to being an adult, and have little to no clue what I m doing when it comes to getting things repaired, but Gary and the crew explained each detail to me, made me feel very comfortable and confident with it.They do work in a timely manner and they won t try to milk you for every penny they canWill definitely be coming back next time I have any issues

5 years ago I went to Auto 1 to get my Fusion windshield replaced. They were fast, professional and only charged $ 200.It was exactly the same tinted windshield. Now I got caught in a hail storm & need to return!

Very satisfied with the service. Michael went above and beyond with helping me out. He noticed that one of my calipers bolts was missing and made delivered it to a local shop to get it replaced. He also removed and replaced my tint on the back window. A one service that needs to be recognized. Thanks guys

I have been to this auto glass place a few times and they have always done Exquisite work. This time I had to replace the in my 65 Chevy Bel Air. Everywhere else I have checked wanted to charge between 4 and $500 period Auto one had beat their price by far and did an excellent job in only an hour I recommend this place to anyone that needs their windshield replaced. Dropped my car off to have my windshield replaced and they offered to drive me home so I didn't have to wait there for it to be done as it was going to take a couple hours. Wow. Customer service on point. Thank you auto 1.

Great affordable service. I had my windows tinted on multiple cars and a remote start on installed. Excellent service and prices.They just finished another tint job for me. Once again another great job on a difficult car! Thx!

Tey fixed a stone chip in my windshield and it only took about 20 minutes everyone else said it would take 2 hours or I could come back on Monday and with the warm days and cold nights it would have for sure spider cracked if I waited thank goodness they were able to get me in right away

Good prices, and great customer service. Got me in within a week's schedule and that service was done quickly as well. Had my back glass seal go bad and they changed the seal the same day as when I brought it in and now no more water leaks into the vehicle. Friendly owner as well.

They did an excellent and speedy job of installing this radio that works with my android. They also installed a back up cam, and I'm loving it. I would definitely encourage people to go there.

Extremely helpful and courteous. Larry helped me out by explaining the issue with windshield, talked to my insurance and let me know that I don t have to pay out of pocket and all is covered by the insurance.They are the most competitively priced shop for windshield repair to begin with, but no payment is of course better.Highly recommend them for windshield related repairs or replacement.

I'm very pleased with my experience with Auto One Glass. I had what I thought of as an unusual need. I was in need of my brand new windshield, which was installed by a competitor, reinstalled correctly. I had the misfortune of having the previous glass installer do a horrible job inststalling my new winshield, and it leaked horribly when he got done with it and wouldn't return my call. So I needed it to be redone correctly. I was happy to have found Auto One Glass. They are friendly and professional in every aspect of my experience. The thing I appreciated the most was that Ron had empathy for my predicament and didn't badmouth his competitors. He just found out what went wrong, scheduled a return appointment, and fixed what needed to be fixed in the time he said he needed to fix it. I will bring all my future business to Auto One and encourage you to give them your business, too.

Last month I reached out to Auto One Garden City to repair a shattered sunroof on my 2019 Ford Edge. They kept my car overnight because they said it would take a couple hours to repair. The next day they called to inform me that they wouldn't be able to replace the sunroof because it was too extensive and referred me to another company. When I picked my car up they had cleaned the glass out and sealed the sunroof but once I got inside my car I noticed that the interior clothe/screen that covers the sunroof had been ripped. That was NOT like that when I left Auto One my car. But they insisted that it was NOT TURE. If you need your sunroof repaired/replaced stay AWAY from Auto One Garden City. They have no idea what they're doing when it comes to a sunroof. They also don't take accountability for their wrong doings. They ripped the screen that covers my sunroof. The company that replaced my sunroof completed the job in less than 2hrs and also made me aware of the fact that my interior screen should've ever been touched. And now I'm having no luck in getting my interior screen repaired without it costing my a couple thousand dollars. Thanks Auto One for accepting a job and not having a clue on how to complete the job correctly.But if you need your sunroof covered in plastic got to Auto One, they're great at that.Service: Sunroof glass replacement

Auto One Glass in Westland, MI is the place to go for your truck and auto accessories. They tinted my windows on my 2020 Ford F150 and did a great job! Fair pricing and knowledge staff! Great customer service as well.

On Wednesday evening my daughter had her moonroof shatter while driving on the highway around 5:30pm. I called Auto One the next morning and they were able to find a good used one and get it installed by 3pm the next day! The entire experience of working with Larry was outstanding! Extremely professional and personable. He was really a pleasure to work with. If we ever run into a similar issue again in the future, this will be the first place we call. Thank you Larry again for all of your help!

Mr. Michael Meyers, not to confuse him with the 'Halloween' is very knowledgeable, he knows his stuff. I am more than satisfied with my replacement windshield, clear and without finger prints. My RAV4 and I were out the door much earlier than expected. They won me as a customer for other services they provide. Neat and tidy on the inside as well as the outside.

Awesome to work with. The offered to squeeze our car in if needed but crack wasn't that bad so took it the next business day. Super friendly - great work and quality replacement glass. Treated my wife with respect and care when she went to pick it up. Can't ask for anything more than that.
