Fast, friendly service. Reasonable prices. Will definitely come back here! The guys are very knowledgeable. Just gained a couple of new customers. We were with our brother in law and we all plan on coming here for our next oil change or filter changes.

Wash always has broken components and you get half a wash. Does not affect them taking out payments regularly, the deduction from your account portion always works...Just seems like you shouldn't keep paying for something you aren't getting. When I leave the wash my vehicle still appears dirty, better than it was but certainly is not a good wash. Does not seem like they keep up on their equipment and brush don't ever appear to be changed...

Kevin and Adam did a terrific job with my oil change. They found an oil leak, they inflated my low tire, they were efficient and friendly. I was very pleased with my latest oil change.This location has had its ups and downs, but it is very well staffed now. The employees are terrific.

Went for an oil change with my new car. They were super nice and knowledgeable. Said the oil was so clean I could wait and not change it today if I wanted. Since it was a new car to me I went ahead and got it changed. They replaced my broken back wiper blade also. Reasonably priced and outstanding service.

Don't come here it scratches your vehicle and our license plate holder has gotten ripped off twice. Last time I come here and we come back and this little blonde kid who is working there was just laughing hysterically like it was the funniest thing he has seen. Absolutely unprofessional and riddiculous. If you don't care about the appearance of your car then this car wash is for you!

Not worth $ 20. $18 so called wash (Tipped $2)Got a (what should have been a)Car Wash.Left.the whole passenger side of my SUV with spots all over it with some kind of sticky residue.The dryers don't really work all that great either because my car was soaking wet when It came out and had to make sure my doors were not going to freeze.Buy yourself some really good beer and wash it yourself.

Had to get the elite car wash, still dirt on back tires of truck after 2 washes! The lady was super nice at the front the guys in the back doing the car wash weren t too pleasant

My father in law got a car wash in June 2023 and was automatically set up on automatic monthly charges of $20 without his knowledge. He went in earlier this week once he noticed the recurring charges on his bank statement. The manager agreed to only give back $40 (which hasn't been seen in the checking account yet) instead of $80, which was owed.

Reasonable prices, good overall car wash, the pre-wash service could be much better. They don t clean the wheel wells very well and hurry doing the pre-wash.

I was in a pinch so I chose the quick lube in Fremont. On arrival, I presented my $7 off coupon which was handed back to me to save for next time? The service was quick, but there were a tremendous amount of questions from the service technician. He questioned the green valve On my tires. Asking if I had nitrogen when I explained to him that I did not. He did NOTq check my air pressure. The receipt shows that they checked my air filter. But, While sitting in the car during service, I could clearly see they never checked the air filter. When I asked about the oil filter. He hollered down and the other Tech simply responded that it was brown? I am not confident that they ever changed the oil filter. AFTER my washer fluid was topped off, I was then asked if I wanted an upgraded fluid added which I declined. When I received the bill for $93, I questioned the use of my coupon and was told "oops". They gave me an additional coupon for next time of ten dollars off which I handed back to them and told them never mind because I wouldn't be back anyway. I also had to ask for a new window sticker with my mileage. Never looked at it. I assume it's for my car. I had time to watch the service being done on the car next to me and I know they did not receive an air filter check either. I cannot say that I would ever go to the Fremont location again, I also cannot recommend this location to anyone else!

I have the monthly subscription for my car, so I love the members only lane. I can get through the wash pretty quickly and it does a good job on my Ford Edge and Mustang.

Was in Fremont and needed an oil change so decided to stop here . They asked a lot of questions and seemed like they didn t really know what they were doing Week goes by and I needed a machanic to check out my car (for something not related) and he ended up checking my oil says it looks like it was never changed!!!! He said they either put old oil in OR they never actually changed my oil. I was pissed . Never will go again do not trust them at all. They also didn t check filters , washer fluid or tires

Tried again and second experience was worse then the first. "Assistant Manager" was extremely disengaged. Poured all 7 qts of oil in my truck before they had drained the vehicle. Once again failed to check tire pressure and only did it after being asked (got home and noticed valve stem cover missing) Didn't even bother to fill washer fluid. Then he abd the other young guy made smart a*** comments saying I should be careful about the water in my exhaust. There will not be a 3rd time. Definitely won't be back

Thought I would give it another shot. My vehicle was very dirty so I paid for a 6 dollar wash.. then went back thru for the 12 dollar ultra wash and my vehicle is still dirty. Dont waste your time or money here.....I even tipped the guys 8 dollars. I'll just go somewhere else from now on.

Its nice to see the cash wash updated but the new equipment doesn't clean the back of the trunk well. They used to wash/hand scrub the cars before the car wash began, always had a clean car. They don't do that now and the equipment isn't capable of getting everything. I won't be back until they go back to 100% clean the first time.

I used the car wash. I paid $18 for the elite and had to go thru twice. My car still wasn't clean. Windshield was still dirty and front end was still filthy. I'm not pleased this year with their machines. I did love the employees. They were very nice and i gave them a $12 tip.

Top notch service. Jacob and Adam were incredibly professional, most thorough oil change/service check I ve ever had. Honest too, gave me options but didn t try to sell me on things I didn t need. Very impressed with them two.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Quick oil change. Great service friendly staff. Skipped the tire pressure check but listed on the print out. I checked the tires when I got home and they did not actually check the tire pressure.

Car wash is awful. Ran vehicles though multiple times and staff did not care and customer service here is awful. Muskegon is a much better car wash than Fremont.

I just used your car wash for 2nd time in two weeks 7/27 12:50pm. I have been disappointed both times & I get the expensive washes. Your staff is nice enough but aren't very thorough or seemingly quality conscious. The new machinery is awesome, but some pre-washing is still necessary. They don't wash windshield , lower quarter panels or hood with brush!

The oil change place is great and the folks who work there are very nice.The car wash....they don't spray your whole windshield with the bug stuff, only the passenger side and they don't clean the back of the vehicle so it's never 100% clean anymore.

The employees were very friendly but the car wash was not. My car did not come out clean and I got the 18.00 wash and I swear it was a basic, my son could still draw a picture on my window!! Do not waste your money!!Services: Delivery, Oil changeServices: Delivery, Oil change

Their is a new owner in town & a very respectful person. Also takes the time to greet you if there but takes care of his customer! A while ago I went through the car wash, a few days later I noticed my trailer hitch number guard was gone on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee! I happened to be in Fremont & stopped by to ask attendant if maybe they had found it? To my surprise they did but had already dumped it. The owner said go order a new one and bring a copy of the bill & to my surprise just received a check for the part!! Very helpful, responsible, & honest.
