I brought my 1998 Chevy 2500 to get an alignment excellent service outstanding customer service, and a GREAT result. Ride is smooth and straight now thanks moons tire service!

They are rude and obviously don't want business so my car broke down next door to them which yep it happened. That happened Monday. I took my keys to them Wednesday when I could find a ride. Then they never called me. They were supposed to get my car from next door and look at it. Monday I call them. I understand my car by their standards can't be fixed but they never called me. They also put my car back at the auction place left the keys in it anyone could of taken it. They never told the auction place why they parked it there again. Soy car could of been impounded. Stay away they are not professional.

I had new tires put on from a different shop and they were unsuccessful at getting them balanced correctly with multiple attempts. I brought my car to Moons, they got me in right away and fixed my unbalanced tires. I can now drive my car with out it shaking! I appreciate you guys!

I have used Moon's Tire Service three or four times over the last five six years. They have always provided very good service at a fair price. And this time I went in expecting to buy a new tube and found that it was just a simple fix which took them about 10 minutes for which they did not charge me. this is a kind of small town service that's so sadly lacking in so many of today's businesses.

I was miles from my destination and ran into trouble with a boat trailer tire that had rotted. They immediately helped, and although they didn t have a new tire in stock, searched and found a couple used tires that would work, and helped me get back on the road safely and quickly. Couldn t have been happier.

It s awesome to find a place that really seems genuinely interested in helping and not just trying to sell you something. The first time I stopped in needing tires, Harley had a look at my truck and helped me get a few used tires to get me by but also let me know not to spend money now on an alignment when I needed some front end work done.I ve been back a few more times and their service and pricing are simply the best :-)!

They always do a great job and work with you for your needs, don't try to up sell you when looking for tires,was having tires installed on my truck that I pull the fifth wheel with the ones I picked out were not what I needed Harley told me I really need 10 ply so thank you for making sure I had the correct tires for the job. Thank You Again.John and Marcy Griffes

My go to shop in Fremont to have tires installed. Once I picked up a bolt and limped it to their shop and they fixed it up real quick. Thanks Moons Tire!

Went in gor an alignment but Moons recommended I fix Ball joints first or I'd be wasting my money. Didn't charge me for the time they spent looking it over. Great people, great business man. Will always go there first

Traveling from Grand Rapids and had a slow leak. I called ahead and they fit me in right away. Great service and excellent price. Thank you for the great service and honesty. Highly recommend!

My daughter who is nine months pregnant bought a used tire here... They failed to mention the tire had a flat spot in it... She and her husband went back and the guy told them he was going to give them their money back and take the tire back and put the donut back on... Apparently he figured the tire was safer then a donut and said he knew there was a flat spot but she sounded desperate on the phone so he sold her the tire without telling her there was a flat spot... They Went and bought a new tire from tire wholesalers brought it back to moons got 20 of the 35 they spent back because they charged for mount and balance... Took the tire back and openly admitted he was going to sell it to someone else ... They will never go there again and would never reccomend this place

I was passing through town on a Friday afternoon when I had something puncture my tire. I put the spare on and made it over to Moon s. They got me in right away and back in the road at a fair price. Not everyone would be so accommodating when they are trying to wrap up the work week. I can t thank Moon s enough!

I pulled in with a flat tire on an equipment trailer late on a Friday afternoon. The owner himself came out, pulled my wheel off put a new tire on, and had me back on the road in 10 minutes! They had 2 or 3 other vehicles on lifts at the time, but he just rolled a jack out into the parking lot and did it. You'd think a small town place with such convenience would charge an arm and a leg, but he wasn't much different than any of the big city big outfits, and the owner of those places wouldnt have a walk-in back on the road in 10 minutes, that's for sure. Thanks Harley!

Great service! I had some tire issues while traveling and Moon s ordered a couple of tires and fit me in the next day. Friendly and knowledgeable shop and would definitely recommend.

Like their prices and service, but when you check out seems to be a service charge they don't mention to tell you for using a debit- credit card, other than your original quoted recipt

They didn't do my alignment right so I had to take it to Tire Wholesalers to get the right alignment. What a RIP off. And, what an inconvenience. If you feel like giving money away then go to Moons. Now I am out $60.00.
