I recently visited Dave s Auto. I was having serious issues with my Chevy truck. . When I called, they were so professional & helpful. I was fortunate to be able bring my truck in immediately. They accurately diagnosed the problem. They located parts, gave a spot on estimate & fixed my truck. . All the way around, Dave s Auto did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

These friendly folks were able to get my damaged car in and repaired in a very timely manner. They have a great reputation for performing quality service and I d have to agree. They offer free rental vehicles as well. This will definitely be my go-to shop for auto repairs. Highly recommend.

Full disclosure: I preach about not going to shops. I couldn t say enough good about this place. Honesty, Availability, Integrity, and they don t cheat out their customers to try and make more money. Let me start off by saying this, I lost all brake power in my 98 4Runner. I searched for mechanic shops closest to me, and Dave s came up. I showed up at 9:30-45pm on a Tuesday. Their closing hours are 5:30pm. I gave them a call when i showed up letting them know i would be dropping off a vehicle i needed to be repaired. 2 Rings and somebody picked up. I told them my problem, and they had somebody come out immediately and asked me to verbally diagnose the vehicle. They then had me come in the office and took my information, almost 5 hours after closing hours. Whole process took less than 10 minutes, also informing me they were backed up on work and it might be a while before they get to my vehicle. I called the following monday only to hear that they had already got to my vehicle and just didn t have the time to call me yet when i called them. These guys don t stop working obviously, and i commend them for that. I was also informed of things i didn t know were wrong with my vehicle and that would be helpful to replace, what i love is i was only informed, not being talked into paying for something that wasn t detrimental to me or the vehicle at the time. They also had first informed me that they would be needing to purchase a new caliper. I got a call the next day that they were able to use the old caliper, and that saved me about $200 right there. They don t repair unless authorized by a phone call, no matter what you tell them when you arrive to drop off the vehicle. Surpassing Top tier service by far, and will definitely be back if i am in the area 2 tracking again and need an emergency repair! Dont quite remember the receptionist lady s name, i think was megan, is very polite and understanding of vehicles, and doesn t need to put you on hold to ask much. All around 5+ Star service, Atmosphere, And employees.

I had my normal maintenance on my 2009 Lexus ES350 at Dave's Auto. During the visit they found a leak in my exhaust system. When they made me aware I authorized them to fix it. They did a great job and the noise disappeared. I trust Dave's Auto completely and once again they did a great job!

Dave s Auto Clinic was fully booked with appts for the following 2 weeks while I was on vacation from Alabama. My vehicle was fully disabled and could not be driven. I had it towed to their facility and they repaired it the same day so I could continue my stay and safely drive back home. I feel they went beyond themselves, ensuring my trust. I needed to have my 2012 Honda Accord brake fluid flushed and made an appointment. Dropped my car off the night before and was called the next morning informing me the flush was completed. The total was less than what was quoted. Dave used DOT4 fluid to refill the brake system. It was a great experience from setting up the appointment to picking up my car. Highly recommend Dave's Auto Clinic.

They allowed us to drop off our car so they could work it in as/when they had an opening. I am thrilled to have a mechanic that KNOWS his craft. Dave's Auto Clinic didn't quit working on the problem until they zeroed in on what was needed to fix it. Dave s Auto Clinic is the only place that we will take our cars for maintenance and service! The work done on the vehicles is always top notch, as is their customer service in the office. Sometimes they are booked out a few weeks, but that just speaks to the quality of work that they provide. Great business and great people, highly recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had to have a new thermostat put in (supplied my own). Had my car towed there yesterday afternoon from the Awesome Jerry s Towing from Fremont. Dave said it might be awhile to fix it. I got a call this afternoon that said my car is done. Pretty good and pretty reasonable also. $105.00 the lady cashier was super super nice, I also got a free t-shirt t-boot!

Dave's Auto Clinic is easily the best auto shop in all of Fremont. Dave and his crew and honest, friendly people that provide customer service that is hard to find nowadays. I dropped my car off to their shop in the morning and they delivered my car to me at the end of the day. Had a great experience with Dave s! They were able to get me in for an emergency repair. The employees were knowledgeable and friendly throughout my whole experience. The repair was done quick and for a fair amount especially considering the circumstance. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future!

Dave was incredible. Even though he was short-handed, he was able to fit us in to his busy, busy schedule when we needed our alternator replaced and were stranded in town. He was so kind, so considerate, and did such excellent work. His prices were completely reasonable and he had no problem working with a part we supplied. I cannot rate Dave's high enough, this is the best auto shop I have ever gone to. They have always done excellent work and made sure my car repairs and maintenance are done perfectly and that I am satisfied and understand what was done. I have been going here since moving to this area years ago and if I ever moved away I would drive any amount to come back for service here.

I was having an unexpected issue with my car and Dave's was able to get it in and repair it even though they already had a busy schedule. After quoting me a price for the repairs, they called back to say they were able to find the replacement part at a lower price - which is always appreciated!
