Love these guys! I only take my truck to Quick Lane or the Service Department. They have always went above and beyond for me and never had any issues with the service. The work is done great and my truck is always thoroughly inspected.Thanks guys!Jennifer with the Expedition

The service performed on my vehicle was fine. However, there is nothing quick about this "quick lane". There was "no wait" when I arrived but I was there 2 hours for an oil change that other Ford Quick Lanes usually perform in 40 minutes.

Used to use them on my other vehicles and loved them. Had two years of free oil changes on new vehicle so haven't for those years, and boy have they changed! Made an online appointment, verified with a call from McDonald day before, get there and they say they don't do appointments. Manager tells her yes, on the books. But every bay is full(we watched them drive a car in as we were parking) and it would be an hour. Our "appointment" only guarantees next available, not the time of appointment. Um, isn't that the same as walk in though? Very disappointed. Time to find someplace with better customer service.

Got my breaks changed here and I will not be back. Paid top dollar and leave with squeaky / metal rubbing sounds.I took my car back 2 times and the first time they say a piece of metal got bend in the installation process so they bent it back and it s fixed. I immediately still hear the noise after I left, but I had to go to work so I decided to go back another time.Second time I take my car back they say at first I have to pay $75 for an anti-squeak kit they can put on my breaks. When I wasn t happy with that they say oh it s bad brake pads, and this happens every so often we will get you new ones and put them on but we have to order them. They call me back within 2 hours saying it s done. I leave and swear my car was good for less than 24 hours and the squeak is back!!! I think they put that anti squeak stuff on and didn t fix the actual problem!!!Now I am going somewhere else to pay somebody to take these off and tell me what s wrong. If they can t figure this out then I am stuck with the metal grinding and squeaking for the next 50,000 miles unless I pay to have them completely redone. Terrible!!!!Edit: Two months later and my breaks are still loud and squeaking!!

Very poor service! Workers are extremely rude! Went there to get an oil change at 5:20pm like I usually do after I get out of work never had a problem before. But this new guy Moses or something like that who I ve never seen before refused to take my car even though it was not even 6. He said rudely that he had too much to do and clean so couldn t do my car. I even told him I ve gone tons of times and this time before and have never had an issue and he said if I have a problem tell his manager but he s not doing my car. How unprofessional and rude. I could see if they were busy that would be somewhat understandable but they had no cars in the garage and could have easily done a quick oil change. Just do yourself a favor and go to fsst eddys where they don t want to loose customer.

My check engine light was on and I was told not to worry about it; it was just gas vapors coming from my tank and to get another gas cap to rectify. One oil change later, my check engine light was still on, my remote start did not work, and my car was having great difficulty starting after I put gas in. I took it to another dealer who more accurately assessed the issue as a faulty purge valve. They replaced it and by doing so my remote start works again. Very disappointed at the lack of knowledge of their techs. Buyer beware! -one lost steady custometServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
