Went to McDonald Ford Service Department this morning. I was greeted as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. Dave the service manager asked how I was doing. I was taking care of right away by Dianna Overzet, one of the best service advisors I have ever dealt with. She was very helpful and concerned about my vehicle. At checkout time(sooner than expected) she explained everything to me. Bryan the service technician that took care of vehicle did a excellent job. In talking to him he has 38 years at McDonald Ford. My vehicle came back clean inside and out!! Thank You McDonald Ford!! You have a Great Team!!

Lots of excuses as to why they never looked at my vehicle. Four weeks later an my cars at another shop. Hopefully the other place will do a better job.
