Nicely small airport. Security takes minutes. I've never seen more than 4 or 5 people in line. Food is decent quality, but there isn't a lot of choice. The only big downside is there aren't a lot of flights and they only fly to a couple of places.

Several years ago, I started commuting from Northern Michigan (flying to client locations around the U.S.) and MBS International Airport has become my airport of choice. The staff (ticket agents, gate agents, TSA, vendors and others) set the standard for friendly, courteous and professional people. I wish I could clone them and they could work at all of the airports where I fly. This is a clean and efficiently-operated airport. I can't say enough good things about it.

My first dealing with MSB and I'm so happy I chose this airport to fly. It was closer to my home. So it was easier to have someone drop us off and not pay parking fees. The TSA was for the most part uneventful. The terminal was easy to maneuver. Flight was on time. Luggage was there when it needed to be there. Delta and MBS & SFO got us there and back safely. This will be the first airport we will check prices on for our next flight.

Very quick thru security. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Wish they had more flights to other places tho. (To Detroit, Cleveland and Chicago)

Nicely renovated airport. Clean, modern, spacious. It is very small so there are limited services - especially food, and with limited hours of availability. Only one car rental is open after 5pm, so make sure you have reservations.

Great experience!! Even with checking a bag that had special items in it, having my carry-on subjected to additional searching, and having my birthday wrong on my ticket, from arriving at the airport at 0430 I was through security to my gate at 0515!

The paperless long-term parking entrance gate does not work well. We followed the instructions numerous times and it kept saying that it could not detect the vehicle. It may be because it was raining and dark. I don't know where the cameras were I was supposed to read the license plate but they didn't work. Our license plate was well lit and it still couldn't read it

A great airport in the rural midwest. It is professionally staffed with some of the greatest airport staff and rental car staff in the midwest. It is clean and people are helpful. You will not be stranded here or ignored at closing time.

Absolutely the best, most convenient airport experience. Flights are often delayed later in the day but morning flights are quite reliable. Efficient but thorough security checks, good restaurant, inexpensive parking.

Security in this airport is always simple and efficient. There are now 3 flights on Delta and United each, which does make connections a bit less complicated!

Very easy to navigate airport with kind staff, easy and cheap parking, and even good TSA agents. It s a shame they only fly the worst mainline airlines

Supervisor very rude. Child had an accident and wouldn t give us one extra min to get on the airplane and closed the door on us.

Goodbyes are the hardest part, but until we meet again, we trust MBS to get our loved ones to/from us!!! Always clean and easy access to terminal. Great airport.

Easy to traverse, lots of things to see, do, and of course buy. There are a lot of cool people here and an amazing, artistic atmosphere which many airports lack. Despite having to walk so far I didn't feel tired, because there was so much to see.

MBS is a top notch airport. I am totally disappointed in the parking program they instituted. You HAVE to pay by credit. No cash option. So more personal informationyou're giving up. if you have a dispute about the cost, to bad. Plus they are using a company/program that has LOTS of one star reviews. Please just go back to what has always worked

Very nice facilities and staff is friendly. Super convenient since there is never a wait to get through security. The free wifi is almost useless (3Mbps down and 0.3 Mbps up) and T-Mobile has a virtual dead spot indoors. Update March 2023: Wifi still unreliable and T-Mobile still has dead spots. Make sure you screenshot your digital boarding pass. Update Sept 2023: same poor coverage.

Transportation from this airport is worst I ve ever experienced! Got run around from car rentals and was told could not pick up rental car after 5pm, no taxis and half hour for LYFT ride so be prepared .

Small airport that I surprisingly nice. Easy in easy out. Rental agencies right by baggage claim.

In my opinion, we had a better experience here than at Bishop in Flint. The workers were so very nice and courteous to us. This was my first time flying out of this airport and I was impressed.Also, thank you Ms. Jane and to the deputy officer for your kind words and support for our family as we were traveling under sad circumstances. I will never forget your kindness.

Saginaw is a great regional airport. Good length runways with good approach facilities. Taxi times are short with flights taking off shortly after pushing off the gate. Food options are a bit lacking but, the airport is well maintained and freshly renovated. The TSA are friendly and there's very little to no wait.

This is mine and my family's favorite airport to fly out of. It's not too far from home. It's small but has everything you could need. Always super organized and easy to find where we need to go. Parking is great and not super expensive compared to other airports. The staff is always friendly, we've never had a bad experience and we've used this airport a TON of times over the past decade. I highly recommend.

Nice little airport, staff are all very polite. Really worth a little extra money to fly into MBS airport instead of facing the 3-hour drive from Detroit International Airport.

I am not the biggest traveler, but when I do have to fly out and pick up family, this is THE airport. It's nice and small, super clean and it's never really Airport crowded. Staff is super friendly too.
