Quite honestly, this rating is largely based on a previous experience, In short, Burt Watson Body Shop did an amazing job on the last vehicle. Their service was especially courteous in that they called each week to let us know their progress. While the repairs did take quite a bit of time, having a weekly progress report was quite helpful.Unfortunately, with this my most recent - and ongoing - experience, I have yet to receive a phone call, and it's been 4 weeks.In BW's defense, there was a recent GM strike, which undoubtedly has slowed the manufacture and availability of parts. Nevertheless, I am somewhat perplexed by the lack of communication with this repair.BW, it seems, is at the mercy of their GMC suppliers, and I am at the mercy of BW Body Shop.

Bought my car at Burt Watson Chevy about 2 month ago and was very satisfied. But about a month and a half in I started to hear squeaking and grinding that would indicate the wearing of my brakes. At only a month and a half in on the car this was frustrating as I thought the brakes would have been checked upon inspection when I bought the car. (Bought it used) So I called the service department and arranged to have them take a look. I dropped my car off with them on Wednesday at 9:45 in the morning, it is now Saturday and they have yet to even look at my car. I called and they said they would not look at it until Monday. I understand they have other cars to work on as well, but I m 21, have no experience working on cars and could figure out and change the brakes myself in 2 hours. I know it would take an actual tech who knows that they re doing under 30 min. I will not be using their service department again. I thought that having just bought my car there they would have covered something as simple as brakes. I am picking my car up today and doing the brakes myself.Service: Brakes

I use Burt Watson for all of my service needs. They always take care of me and go out of their way to ensure that I am never seriously inconvenience by maintenance or repairs. They are honest about my vehicles needs and always go above and beyond.

Very friendly. Did a nice job detailing my truck. They accepted an expired gift certificate... very cool.
