Great service! Abe provided me with some helpful tips for my vehicle and checked my vehicle thoroughly while only changing the air filter. Also, their prices are lower than other oil change companies, and this shop has mechanics instead of employees with only a few days of experience with oil changes. Their business has gained a new customer, and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I walked in for an oil change on my vehicle and the gentlemen working here were friendly and fast. I brought my own oil & filter and just needed the labor completed. They had no problem doing this and got it done in around 15 minutes. Excellent service for a good price too.

Giving them only 3 stars because I spent over $1000.00 on a brake job and I've had more brake dust on my rims then I've ever seen.It's even on my paintI asked them about it and got no help

"Chevy recommends getting your Chevy Synthetic oil frequently should be changed every 7,500 - 10,000 miles." So I was in the recommend miles per GM why then does my engine need to be cleaned at 60000. They do good work but they sale sale sale. I'm going to find another valine. So the lube guy tried to sale a engine cleaner because I went over my miles so here's GM recommendations. That what I'm saying about this place you can't believe them.

I woke up to a flat tire on a Saturday and had no idea what to do or who would be open. Abe did an amazing job and had me in and out so fast! He was kind, explained everything, and really did great. I would absolutely recommend coming here for fast, reliable service!

This place is phenomenal. Ever since it opened up I had heard from absolutely everybody how great it is. So today I had to experience this for myself. I went in expecting to have to drop my car off and wait several hours since I needed brakes and rotors on top of my oil change. They completed all of this on the spot in only one hour with great service and great communication. 1000% definitely recommend this place for your car needs. They are great!

I went there to get a simple gasket replacement for my transmission oil pan. I picked up my car and before I left the mechanic told me that if I see oil under my car it s because he spilled oil and it could be dripping and to give it a few days it would go away. When he said that, I knew, and I had a feeling that he did bad work on my car. I m 53, and I have never been given an oily car after it has been serviced because how can you make sure it s not leaking if you left it dirty. I took my car home, and there was a large puddle of transmission oil under my car. I brought my car back to the shop and the mechanic who did the work on my car was approaching my car. Another mechanic stopped him and told him he would handle the situation. The mechanic who did not do the work on my car said he did. He is lying because when I took my car there for service, the mechanic who did not do the work on my car was not there. There are only two mechanics that work at this location. When I took my car to get serviced I handed my keys to the mechanic who did bad service to my car and when I picked it up for the last time the mechanic who did the bad service was there and gave me my keys. I spent more than 200 on bad service. They refuse to fix the problem they caused. They don't deserve a star, but I had to choose a star before writing my review.

Was not looking forward to spending 100 $ on oil change , since last time thats what i was charged at Mobil on Harper and 16 .So it was over due and my daughter lives in area so i just stopped in quickly praying this be good place and it was ! Abe was so nice and didn t try to get me to get anything else done and i was out door for half of what i was charged at other place . Highly recommend this place .Service: Oil change

Not like any other Valvoline I've been to. Most Valvolines check tire pressure, top off windshield wiper fluid, spray door hinges and even clean the windows. Not at this place!! Needless to say I will not be going back to this Valvoline to get oil changes.

I went here for the first time today. What a nice experience. I was told my options and that my recommendation was the mid priced one. I like that I didn t feel like I was being ripped off. The guy working was very helpful. He didn t try to sell me a filter I didn t need, and offered top offs on fluids now that I m a customer. He gave me a punch card for future discounts and also offered info for my other car, and approximate cost. It only took about 20 minutes start to finish, and that s because there was a car already in the bay when I pulled up. I highly recommend this Fraser business.Service: Oil change

TLDR: Good and quick service.Went in there today (12/15/2022). 2 guys (middle-eastern i think, im bad with ethnicities, sorry). they were very nice, very quick. didnt upsell anything i didnt need. looked at both filters, 1 was good, 1 was bad, and he even offered a discount on the bad one cuz it was my cabin filter and he was looking out for my health. dude even said "this is what you breathe, you sure?" im just stubborn and cheap tbh xD.Still, the service was good, quick and easy. These guys definitely have my future business, and i hope to see these guys again when i go back and i hope they keep their same energy.Service: Oil change

OMG they are amazing! My car was o er heating and had it not stopped at the corner of Garfield and 14 mile rd. Just miles from home. To avoid engine damage I pulled in they stopped the initial damage. Then diagnosed the issue and made repairs at a fair price and faster than in a timely manner. Thank you

Great place, Friendly Staff, excellent customer service! Open on a Sunday was key for me. Abe is a great person to have met for the first time! As a Fraser Resident I am happy to support a local business and recommend others to do as well.
