I had the best experience at rsp automotive rob came and saved me.i was at the gas station across the street and I accidentally put diesel gas in my car so I called around and all the other shops said they couldn't help me until Monday this was on a Friday night at 6:00 p.m. Rob came to the gas station and hooked up a small fuel tank so the car could be driven to the shop and he pumped out all the diesel fuel so I could fill it with regular and he only charged me $100 I thank him so much for staying late and helping me when nobody else would

I don't recommend this shop. Rob had my car for over three years with zero results. Everytime I checked on my vehicle he was sick or somebody else was sick. He had me buy parts for my truck that just sat in my car. He was trying to get me to give him the money to purchase the parts and actually quoted me 500 hundred more than I paid for my parts that are no longer under warranty.I also have a whole in the gas tank now. This guy Rob is an scam artist.

My husband took my car to this place and paid him up front for parts to be replaced in my car. The owner operator Rob kept telling him that he would get the job done ASAP but never did it. I was there today to ask him for the parts or money paid to be returned but he kept telling me he would do the job but now I don't trust him and just want my money or the parts. When I got there the police were already there to handle another customer complaint. Never will we do business with this place again and nobody else should either.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

My buddy took his numbered car there to get performance upgrades in the fall of 2019. I even recommend him since he spoke highly of his past performance via Facebook, which is where i heard about him. I regret my recommendation with him which made my buddy take it to him. It is now 2023 and his car is still "under work". Always an excuse, progress has been extremely slow. Lies after lies, barely any results. He was supposed to get his car back 6 months after dropping it off. My buddy paid for the parts up front $10,000. Now the parts he bought are already out of warranty. I regret telling my buddy about this place. STAY AWAY, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR CAR BACKService: General repairs & maintenance

A friend went here 3 years ago and paid for half his cost of the repair upfront. Still 3 years later and no car and no response either. At this point I'm starting to wonder if they steal people cars and then part them out for money and that's why they avoid customers and have SEVERAL complaints of their cars being paid or half paid for and not receiving their car or their money back and if you get a response you get the excuse it will be done soon but what job should take over 3 years to do? DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT

Same day service my starter and computer board went out it was all repaired the same day. Rob has connections with his suppliers to get parts immediately I don't have to wait a long time or days and weeks like at a dealership. This is a very agile company that's ready right now. I took my car there because it had some electrical issues that Rob could not figure out so he negotiated a very good price with the Honda dealership. Even the Honda dealership had trouble fixing the issue and these are Master Honda mechanics so I would not expect a normal mechanic to be able to do so. Rob handled the process well and was honest and did not screw me over so for that alone I give him 5 stars because that is a rare find in today's world and he did not charge me a dime.

So this guy is a complete scam artist. Dropped my vehicle off to have it built by rob. this was 3 years ago.... I paid for parts up front, which seemed fair. But since, work has been completed at a crawl, if at all, and have been fed nothing but excuses. Now all my parts are out of warranty, will need new battery, tires, etc. stay away, trust us.

will have you pay up front for parts then refuse to give your vehicle back for 1-3 years while they work on it meanwhile ignoring your texts and calls. this has happened to more than a handful of people. go anywhere else if you ever want to see your vehicle againService: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Don't go to these guys they currently have my friends fianc� car for over 3 years now! They won't answer her or her fianc� about the car leaving them in the dust wondering about the car! All and all don't do business with them if you want your stuff back just saying...

Rob is the most knowledgeable mechanic I have ever met. Very honest and upfront with what he can do for you. Rob has worked on many cars and trucks of mine and always delivers. I highly recommend using RSP for any of your automotive needs!

My friends finance took his car here 3yrs ago, paid the owner upfront and he still has his car!!! He will not answer their calls and when he goes there no one is there!! This is a horrible place to keep someone s car for 3yrs and not fix it!! GIVE THEM BACK THEIR CAR!!!

Rob from RSP has always taken care of me. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else. Rob has performed all the work on my performance vehicle as well as daily drivers. From my brakes to the custom fabricated turbo kit. Rob is a true professional who completes all work in a timely manor at a great cost and work that will uphold to the Michigan climate for years to come.

Scam business. Takes your money and vehicle and takes weeks to years to fix . If that even happens. Will give you the run around every time you call to get an update - that s if they event answer. DO NOT go here.

Amazing care! I came here to get my brakes checked and they fixed the job. I appreciate how they explained to me how bad of shape the brakes were in and showed me what was wrong. Very professional and kind. This is the perfect place to go if you want good car care!!! Thanks Rob

i took my 95 contour in for a motor mount.. paid for it.. tried to leave and it was barely running and running worse than when i brought it in. they said it was a problem with my exhaust and wanted to cut it and redo it.. i left.so i took it to another shop.. in the end the mount was installed backwards..300$ for a motor mount that is a 20$ part.. thanks rsp..
