I call Fraser Engine and they say they are too busy and not accepting work at this time. Then I receive a text message saying to text Fraser Engine for a quote so I took the time and sent a detailed work description. The next day Fraser Engine texts a phone number to call. After a long time on hold I get disconnected. The next day Fraser texts asking again if a got a quote and the same number to call.I reply and the next day I receive the same text a 3rd time along with other texts about taking a survey to win $500 gift card. It s clear now no person was even reading my messages. A lot of my time was wasted and I question how a company can preform precision work with communication issues.
