I was super impressed with this dealership. The overall quality of vehicles with upgraded options on the lot is impressive. They were the only dealer around that had 2500 trucks in stock with upgraded options like ram box, moonroof, diesel, etc. It was obvious to me that they care about quality of options over quantity of vehicles like many dealerships I noticed that the jeeps and other vehicles weren t the standard cookie cutter variants either. I immediately recommended this dealership to Friends and family. Dalton was a super chill guy and had the truck I came to look at our front with the plate and keys ready for me to test drive. They added tubular steps for me the same day too because I drove an hour and a half to get there. I also got a super fair trade value for my old truck. It looks amazing in my driveway, check it out. I ll be back guys. Thanks for the awesome experience!

All around great. Everyone I spoke to, whether it was via email, phone, text, or in-person . They were all great. Professional, friendly, and down to earth. I didn t have a lot of extra time to come in and meet with anyone and they were wonderful working around my busy schedule and I truly appreciate that. Thank you for a smooth, positive experience.

It was the easiest and most pleasant car shopping experience. Walked in, gave the salesman my budget and what type of car I wanted, walked out a few hours later with a vehicle. Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back.

The service and staff at Schaefer and Bierlein are truly impeccable. The staff goes out of their way to be there for their customers. When my vehicle left me stranded on the road, I placed a call to the service department, and to my surprise Matt A, called the wrecker for me and personally came out, picked me up and drove me home. Who does that? I'll tell you who, people who have a heart and that care about others. My vehicle was fixed and back to me the next day. After being treated poorly at another dealership. I stopped here. The members were very helpful and nice. I picked up my new to me Jeep yesterday.My husband went on a test drive while I was filling out the paperwork on my Jeep, and he picked up his new to him truck from them today.They had a nice selection on their lot. Next time we are in need of a vehicle, I wouldn t hesitate to stop here first.First rate service. Very pleased with Schaefer & Bierlein in Frankenmuth, MI.

So happy to travel 80+ miles for Schaefer and Bierlein. Originally started going there to get service on my wife's Jeep earlier this year, because of a family member glowing recommendation. The service is impeccable and honest and worth every mile. Then when looking for a newer truck to replace the 2013 Jeep. Wow!! What a great experience, best dealership I have ever dealt with period. Shout out for Alex my salesman, and Craig in service. Thank You for everything.

Great experience at this dealership start to finish. I looked at a jeep, loved it, applied for financing same day, got approved. Sign and drive, easy breezy process start to finish. Excellent staff here. Definitely recommend!

I had the privilege of working with Alex Myers after Adam's unforseen departure. Alex made my new lease purchase so easy. I talked to him on Monday and by Wednesday he had found a vehicle for me, he picked it up on Friday and I had it the following Monday. I wish every experience had been this good.

I worked with Adam and Ed. Both great and helpful guys! Adam stayed in communication with me the whole process. I was interested in a specific vehicle and had over an hour drive. Adam made sure my commute was going to be well worth it. Ed help me understand the finance and document process (my first time). Highly recommend!

Very good experience purchasing a car. Adam was great to work with. The only downside was I wanted to use my credit card instead of writing a check. I wish I knew there was a 100 dollar charge. I would have written a check. But other than that I will definitely go back to Schaffer and Bierlein again.

Like anything, relationships matter. People do business with people they know and trust. It's the opposite of transactional. Over the years, the team at Schaefer and Bierlein has gone above and beyond for my family's auto needs. S&B is not a huge conglomerate dealership. Therefore, the family is highly involved in its day-to-day operations, and it shows. From ownership to the entire team - these are good people. From my first visit to my most recent visit, service has been nothing short of exceptional.

I live in Saginaw and people ask why I go all the way to Frankenmuth for service when I have plenty of dealerships and repair shops near me. I go to Schaefer & Bierlein because every service member I've ever dealt with has been honest with me. The pricing is always the best. My wife and I are treated like real people instead of dollar signs and the work is always done right.

Very happy with my experience here. I never felt rushed or pressured into a decision. Alex answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them) patiently and in detail.The whole car buying experience was not something I was looking forward to but they made it much more pleasant than I expected. Hopefully my car lasts a long time but when I need another I ll be back.

Called Adam Traver on a Monday morning about Ram Power Wagon that was on their lot. Drove 70 miles to view, decided it was what I wanted. Adam and the crew at Schaefer & Bierlein were very accommodating! They prepped and went through the financing same day so I didn t have to make a separate trip. Adam thoroughly familiarized me with the truck and the online apps. Wow, what a great buying experience and truck!

I couldn t have dreamt of a better experience Originally, I had just stumbled upon the dealership because they had the vehicle I wanted. Not only did I leave with the car I wanted at the price I expected, but actually enjoyed the entire experience from the moment I walked into the door. Alex, Rick, and Kyle were all awesome.My 3 most recent car buying experiences prior to this left me weary, untrusting, and disappointed, and this time it was the exact opposite,I would not hesitate to travel 60+ miles again to get my next vehicle from them.
