No trash cans to empty any trash you find into while cleaning out your car so bring your own trash bag. In a cashless world, they offer the ability to use the vacuums by using a debit card but the last 4 times I have been there to try to vacuum out my car, none of the three vacuum card readers worked. Bring cash or head to the Mobil station on the other end of town.

Despite the giant valvoline roadside sign, this center is not a corporate valvoline and does not accept their coupons, which is confusing and disappointing. They were also unable to help me with a break light change. The oil change was quick, but expensive, and they didn t show me the fresh oil afterward. The employees were kind and apologetic for their inability to help with the break light and to accept my coupon. Overall I don t recommend this place for car care.

Expensive. Did a good job on most of my suv, but the back was like mud when done.

Avoid this one. The drying system was very weak and there was soap still left on our vehicle. Also it doesn t bring you completely out of the car wash. You have to put in drive to exit the building. They really need to get some advise/updates to improve.

We currently have 3 out of 4 washing machines still full of water and that have run out of time. The people running the place are of absolutely NO help, nor do they care. We have to try and get our soaked laundry out of these old broken down machines. Then to a place to get them dryed out. This is a nightmare.

Don t take your vehicle here for full service. They don t check the air cleaner, claim there is nothing to grease and it s sealed after I told them to grease the front. Don t check the rear differential fluid like it the receipt claims. Place is a joke. Look at the freshly greased fittings. I ll be contacting the better business bureau.

I've been coming here for years for car washes and oil changes. They had the best deal around for my last two sets of tires as well. But the reason I'm writing this review was my last two experiences. First, I had a slow leak in my tire and they were about to close but they got me in and fixed my tire even though it made them have to close late. Second, they printed all my service records when I sold my last car.

The guys are always friendly and kind. They actually WASH your car with a brush first. Others just pretend to do it. The machine appears to be maintained and does a good job.

ME: Can you fix my flat and give me an oil change?EMPLOYEE: Sure....Oil change is 68.70 includes check all fluids.ME: OKEMPLOYEE: Oh by the way we can't fix your tire ,today. Too busy..Meanwhile power steering fluid not checked, brake fluid not checked, washer fluid not checked, air filter not checked. Now, I remember why I don't come here.The oil change was quick.

Horrible, no attendant. Had to search all the other businesses on site in order to find someone who could not help me. They close too early for a working person to get their laundry done. Really last wash by 4pm. Need evening hours.

Without a doubt the worst car wash I've ever seen. $10 down the drain. The high pressure nossle barely has any pressure, seems broken, $3 minimum, took 6 and still looks choppy because the high pressure goes to the sides. Vacuum has almost no pressure. And seriously, what car wash has no trash cans??? SERIOUSLY?? *NO REFUNDS* you'd think being in a place where a two bed house is $400k plus they'd have a good car wash, will be going to birch run instead. This place isn't even worth it in a rush, you'd be better off using your home vacuum and borrowing a garden hose because that has more pressure.

Called about a tpms replacement, guy told me to bring my own it they install and will program to my car, well went guy who didn't didn't know what hw was doing. Didn't and couldn't program it but yet charged me $25.00 ended up going to Mike Young. They had to pull it out and program it then reinstall it. And I had to pay for that. Waste of time and money. Guy should of known what he was doing and told me he couldn't program it before doing anything.Laundromat is ran by same people. Closes at 5pm on Saturday but yet The Bald head guy is pushing people out at 4pm so he can leave early. Not to impress lately with this place and employees.

Great guys!!! They all typically have smiles on their faces! Only four stars because the carwash, even the premium one, leaves water beads on the car. I'm willing to tip (well!) for hand drying but this isn't offered.They do a GREAT job doing my oil change services too!!!

They own the laundry mat, the sign says last load in the wash by 4 doesn t close til 5 I get there 3:50 to wash a single load of 4 sheets and I was kicked out saying they were done fore the day, a washer load takes 30 minutes I even offered to dry them at my house and was still refused service

Completely inconvenient! Machines are in poor condition and dirty. Hours are terrible. Not able to use credit/debit cards. Change machine only accepts $1 and $5. Don t waste your time.

I have always gotten top notch service here for both oil changes, new tires, and fixing my tires. They are hard working guys who do solid work at reasonable prices. I highly recommend Frankenmuth Car Care!

Normally a good wash here, but had to run through twice and was still left with soap residue all over. Employee recognized the problem and set me me up to rinse off in one of the self serve bays. Minor problem, but great resolution.

Always come to this laundromat because its clean. However, there is no attendant visible so no one to refund your $ when dryers do not work. Meaning no heat in them:( and washers don't appear to get cleaned. Also, you could use a fan or two in here especially during summer when it's hot! And not a requirement but a couple live plants to make it inviting wouldn't hurt;) But I love this laundromat!!!

I was on vacation with my family in Frankenmuth when we found we had gotten a screw in our tire. They were able to repair the tire quickly, so we were able to get back to vacation without delay. Thank you so much!

Self service car wash is over-priced and charges credit card more than display indicates.

I went in for a routine oil change and was double charged. Watch your statement if you are paying with a credit card. Service was great but the double charging gave them a black eye in my book.

This all in one shop is easy to get to from Main St located @ the north end of Frankenmuth. Staff are top notch helpful and polite! Been getting service from them for years.

A little pricey for the wash. Tipped the operator and they still left mud in my wheel wells.
