Called on Saturday to see about getting my oil changed and a tire rotation on Sunday. They told me to call back Sunday at 10:30 am to see how busy they were which I did and they said to bring my truck in, they were not busy at all. Got a full synthetic oil change and tires rotated (I could not get my rear wheels off the truck myself to rotate the tires) for $82. Mobile One synthetic with filter for what others charge for a regular oil change. I'll definitely be back. Great service there today while I grocery shopped!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I had a flat tire and they had two tires on the rack so I ended up getting 2 new tires, balanced, and installed for $250. It was a really good deal. I'm kind of surprised by the prices of tires at Walmart. Highly recommend looking at tires prices there before shopping elsewhere.

Some higher up genius put in some rule that they can only put on tires that match the door jam. My Dodge Dakota has 265/70R16 on it, and the door jam says 245/70R16. No big deal at all as nobody with these trucks actually uses the 245s. However, they are not allowed to put the tires on that I brought there. Go to a real tire shop where the rules actually make sense.

My daughter called me after finding out she had a flat tire. 5pm on a Saturday mind you, and google said this was the closest place she could get a repair. Chris said if she could get there, they could take a look. After she filled her tire up at the gas station she limped her way over and they found and fixed the hole she had and also replaced the windshield wipers since hers were non existent! Wonderful fast service for a poor girl whos had a rough week! Chris was great, thanks so much for helping out my daughter!!Services: Tires, Wiper blade installation

I have to say that I was surprised with the level of respect I received at the auto care center. Chris was up front with me about the delay in the schedule for my vehicle. He gave me the options for the over booking. I appreciated the honesty and options. Chris and James where both personal and funny. Thank you for brightening my day!Also, Judy at returns was very helpful with my return that I had no receipt for my online purchase. She was able to find it for me and refunded my purchase. Thank you for going the extra mile!

We had a flat tire got towed to Walmart here in Fowlerville Chris got us taken care of stayed after hours to help us out it was all the way around great service they had 2 tires for us it worked out greatService: TiresService: Tires

Service writer continued to explain how long it was going to take foreverto complete my order for my carry out tires to try and sway me away from purchase because he didn't want to do the work . Once I told him they were paid online he was happy to carry th out. So disappointed in the service received.

Ordered tires online during black Friday deals. Had the shipped here and installed. Came right when they opened because they've been extremely busy this time of year and everybody's black Friday tires were all coming in at the same time. Knowing that, Walmart should've scheduled more employees at opening. (Always cutting corners Walmart) there was only 1 guy to handle the desk and install. So it was a 2 hour wait. However that employee was very courteous and took good care of us. So for that I give 5 stars. No problems with the install and overall I'm happy.

Chris and Dan really helped us out. We went in for a tire rotation and they noticed how the treds on the tires were ripping off because the tires were too big, and they replaced the tires, but then they noticed on of the inside tires were flat so it bent the rim. They told us where to get one at a close junkyard for fairly cheap and did the extra work for free. Also the warranty at Walmart is great! But they were just trying to help the whole time. Chris truly went a step further and made sure we were okay throughout dealing with the problems.

Massively under staffed. I was the first person in as the doors opened and still took 2.5 hours to mount and balance 4 tires. Staff was friendly and doing their best. Hard to do a job efficiently when you have one person doing the job of 3.

I was admittedly a bit apprehensive about having my tires mounted at Walmart. I have always used "real tire shops" and never really had a problem except for Bell Tire in Lansing. I have to say these guys were amazing last night. I had ordered a new set of tires off the website as Walmart had the best price as well as the fact that if you buy the tires online, they ship to the store for free and are mounted and balanced for just $9/tire. Most shops want to charge you around $25/tire. I had also purchased a new set of TPMS sensors on Amazon and asked the guys to use those. They had no issues with that at all. I made an appointment and was in and out in an hour. It was apparent that the guys doing the work knew what they were doing. I felt that they were going out of their way to make sure they earned my business in the future, and they have. Thanks Guys!

Called ahead to see if they could change oil and see how much it costs. Went in, guy behind counter asked me what oil I wanted. I said the one that is recommended. After waiting an hour a different person hands me my keys and says they don't stock the filter I need and I have to pay for the oil they had to put in cause they drained the oil before looking for the right filter. After arguing with the cashier and the store manager cause the tire manager doesn't work during the day. They said I don't have to pay. They admitted they should of done made sure and checked with me before doing all the work.

Drive away to another tire center. Worse experience I have had buying tires. Purchased tires Black Friday took 5 weeks of me calling twice a week. Show up on Thursday morning at 7am to get installed. One person ahead of me getting oil change and it that s them 3 hours to install. Not worth the time and hassle.

Do not use this center unless you absolutely have to. No idea how to mount or properly balance tires. Made the poor decision on giving it a try for tires and they left impressions in my wheels from every single lug nut being over tightened mounted 2 of the tires with white lettering out and 2 with it in. Ended up taking the truck to Belle Tire to have them remounted and balanced cause they were terrible.

I would not recommend anything above the basic oil change. I paid extra to have fluids checked and topped and for a vacuum of the interior. Only the 2 front floor mats were vacuumed and I was given a checklist that recommended adding steering fluid (this was why I paid the extra $$). I also asked to have a bulb changed, again an item on the checklist that was recommended to have fixed (even though it was noted on the paperwork that I asked to have it replaced when I dropped my car off).I've had hours long waits on oil changes here in the past as well.I was going to rate this 1 or 2 stars, but the gentleman at the counter is so very friendly. So they get 3 stars.But beware of lazy, sloppy work.

I uncharged to have all my fluids checked. I knew my transmission was low on fluid. Told them to make sure to check it. They told me they did, but they didn't. Gave me a bottle of fluid instead of correcting the problem. No idea if they even did the oil change. Place of last resort only

If you are buying new tires they have cheep and expensive. But if you are bringing tires to them they might have a problem with that. I tried to bring them stock sized tires for my ranger and the guy said to bring him them one at a time because they were a different size then what i had on the ranger already even though the tires on the truckwhere much bigger.

Very slow, and not busy at all.We were 1st customer after bringing car in, 45minutes to get tires off car, then start removing tires from rims, still waiting past an hour and half, one tire off rim so they are starting to wake up. We are delaying business startup meeting until they are done.

I was told that they weren't busy at all and they would get my car in super quick. After an hour and a half, they still hadn't pulled my car in and they said it would be another hour wait before my car even got pulled in. I left with no oil change and no faith in this Walmart's Auto Department.

The prices were great. This location at the time of my visit was desperately understaffed. Waited 20 min to buy one tire. Could have been an off day for their team. Just sharing my experience.

Horrible first impression. I won't be back. The workers kept arguing with one another and it took them forever to ring me up. They did at least take the tires out of my car n put them back for me so I didn't get dirty. I'm happy about that.

Service was extremely slow, 4 bay shop with one technician, this was my second attempt at buying tires, earlier in the week I called about buying and having tires mounted arrived at 4:30 and was told work could not be preformed because auto department was closing early because of only one technician and he was going home. I would say it's probably a management problem.

If I could give them no stars and just write a review I would... Lost my wheel and tire however the hell that's possible.. Called the day after I dropped it off and had no record of me in the system gave them the number I was given to check status said that wasn't even in the system place is a joke

Got a flat nearby and they were the closest. Chris in the Auto Care Center was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Made an unfortunate situation become bearable. In and out very quickly!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I would never recommend coming here. I got new tires put on and left and my car was shaking a making a loud noise that was not there with my bald tires so I went back and they told me to get a front end alignment so I did and it was still shaking so they told me to go to a shop to figure it out I went and they told me it was a BAD TIRE. SO I went back and they refused to fix it. Needless to say they should not be doing tires. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE, for the sake of safety.

Literally ignored for 30 mins by the guy running the counter. Went and got tires at discount tire. Highly recommend them in Howell. Now our family shops at Meijer. Thanks jerk! This actually worked out for us.
