I had to have my car towed to a dealership. They were quick and responsive. The dealership called and said my car arrived safe and sound. Would definitely recommend!

My day started out a little rough, I had a screw in my tire when i got into my car to head into work. I was able to pump it up enough to get to the local tire repair shop. Unfortunately they showed me that the tire had damage. They didn t have my tire in stock, so they ordered my tire that same day. They were even kind enough to repair my tire so I could get home safely so I wasn t stranded until my tire arrived. I normally shop the larger tire chains for pricing. They were very competitive with their pricing as well. Randy s earned my business today! Thank you guys!

True One stop shop. Randy's quickly ordered 4 Comerical Construction Tires. Had their mobile service truck and technician install the tires at my house. Very pleased with the work and quick time frame for installation along with the total price. The mobile service technician is a great guy and communicated with me through the entire process. I would recommend Randy's to anyone looking for tires or mobil repair work. Happy customer here!

My wife and I spent two days searching for a tire company to be able to fix my truck and after many hours of lost time and lots of lies Randy s Service station was the place to get us back on the road! They got it all done in less than 15 minutes amazing true professionals if you want tires, don t go to the big companies they just lie to you to get you buy their tires. What can be said? Randys is Randys. Great prices on service work, good prices on fuel and just a great group of people. There is a new gas station across the street and I will never pass up Randys to go there. He s the last of the small town,one owner , loves his customers establishments.

The staff at Randy's Service Station are amazing. We were on our way to a wedding and popped a tire, and they came out right away, replaced the tire, and got us back on the road. You cannot go wrong here. Wonderful, generous, knowledgeable people.

I've had Randy for over 35 years and he's always on time and has a great sense of humor. Never would have anyone else. The office staff are super nice and friendly. Definitely 5

needed two tires fixed and was afraid to go to the big box stores for 'free' repairs and a long wait to be told I needed new tires. I know I don't, but have read terrible stories about others' experiences with the same.Randy's did an excellent job. they helped turn a situation causing me great anxiety into a painless, even pleasant, experience. They were professional, efficient, and friendly. I stopped in this morning after dropping my daughter off at school. they took my truck right back and I was out the door, twenty minutes later, with two, almost good-as-new, repaired, tires... and a fair price too... bonus!

Dropped a single tire off there and was told it would be done in a day or two. No big deal, two weeks go by no response. I call up there and they didn t have the tire done and proceeded to ask me what type of tire I wanted when I already told them the first time. Okay it will be ready in a day or two, no big deal. Another two weeks go by and no response. I call up there again and they locate my tire and apparently its done. I go and pick it up today and the guy and girl at the counter were extremely rude. I will definitely not be returning to this place. A single tire took them a month and it would have been longer had i not called those two times. Very disappointed in the service I was given.Service: Tires

As a dumpster rental company owner/operator, I go through a lot of tires in the landfill. I ve used them since the start of last year and you can t beat the prices & service. Tyler always gets us taken care of with all of our tire needs. I have also used the towing division 3 times and they reflect the same great service as the tire department. Home fuel oil only - communication was horrible. Called to establish account and delivery on Monday. Was told it would be Tu/Wed. No issues. Called Th when not delivered, they assumed driver has ticket and is out for delivery. I call Friday, cause Th didn t happen .. after so checking I hear the owner decided I was too far away to deliver to. Okay, but guess he did that M/Tu and no one bothered to let me know. Just some questions to ask!

I have used Randy's Service several times for my tire repair needs since my neighbor recommended them this past Fall. They have installed inner tubes and new tires on lawn equipment, and also repaired and installed new road tires for me. I have found their pricing fair, and the service has been done quickly and well.

Great place to have tire service performed. Took my international box truck in to have 2 tires put on, and relocate one already on the truck. The gentleman had me out of there in less than an hour. Randy's gets plenty of local praise, and I now know why.

I've been to Randy's a number of times, the latest just a few hours ago. EVERY time, I am amazed just how hard these guys work and how reasonable their prices are... and that I need to write a review.Today's issue is a tractor tire that after 30+ years, gave up the ghost. I think it was Brad who handled the problem. When he told me that they didn't have the tire in stock and they'd have to order it, usually this means that you may get it in the next few weeks; at Randy's this means you'll get it tomorrow. I am back so quick the neighbors thought I just took a break!You don't get this kind of service anymore.. when you do, you actually like to spend money there.Spectacular!

Randy's, well I don't have too much to say about randy I have only visited them for a service in the past 3 years twice and very friendly place I don't know I'm at the individual or have a conversation with him but what I do know is I haven't had no complaints or had any problem with the work to have done to my vehicle I don't know about the prices up here in this county because I'm from Wayne county pretty much from Detroit born and raise and you can get a lot of things done there at a very very low rate than up here it's very expensive up here but the quality of work at Randy is pretty cool it's pretty good I have no complaints so again Randy and it's up to you guys keep up the good work

I had a flat while out of town, right before closing time. I made it into his parking lot. He put my spare on and hooked me up with the best tire place in town. He has a huge , I would recommend this business. H

Needed a tow from East Lansing all the way back to Howell when my car died last week. I am really happy we contacted Randy s, the service was prompt, they were friendly, the price was fair and they handled everything while we were at work. I hope to not need a tow again but if I do I will absolutely use Randy s.

They always do great work. Have had many tires repaired along with dirt bike/ATV tires changed as well. They are always fast and very good priced. All the guys are very friendly as well

AAA contacted Randy's to tow our vehicle and was given a 30 minute estimated wait at about 4:40pm. Sometime later we were told they would arrive by 5:40pm. It wasn't until 55 minutes after setting up the tow that Randy's lets AAA that they were "unable" to offer assistance at that time. If someone is stranded on the side of the road, notifying your customer (even just a quick call) if you're unable to make it should be first priority. The two stars is for lack of communication and customer care.

Great down home vibe, great service. Randy got me the best price on big speciality tires, he did better than every big box store from Lansing to Brighton. Go here if you need tires.

Randy's is awesome. They are a big part of the Fowlerville community. Their gas is cheaper than in town. It is almost a one stop shop. They have a tire service and repair service next door that is owned by the same family.I love going here and know a lot of them by name.

Bought a boat out of the blue and decided that the trailer needed new tires before the 800 mile trip back to Virginia. Showed up at Randy's at opening and he and his staff had me out the door in 15 minutes with two new tires and piece of mind for our trip back to VA. Thanks so much! (Very reasonable too!)

Guys in the tire shop are very nice and helpful. However, I bought 4 new tires and had them put on. I failed to follow up on the PSI they put in them. By the time I realized they had inflated them to 36 psi, when they are supposed to be at 32psi, it was too late. They were already almost bald in the middle. So the next tires I had to get put on, I questioned them on what PSI they put in, and was told 40! Obviously they don t look on the inside of the door for the correct pressure! Had I not checked, I would have burned through the new tires as quick as the first ones. Is it their way of getting you to buy new tires more frequently??
