Was serviced for ABS warning light. The service time was fairly prompt, BUT when I picked up the truck they failed to reinstall one of the inner fender fasteners, missing screw in splash shield, and zip tie that holds electrical harness in place, Also brakes are spongy.909.00 dollars for that!Set up a appointment 4 days later to have issues repaired properly. Then waited a day and a half for them to tell me they were not going to do anything about the brake issue, They replaced the missing screw and zip tie.

Do not recommend! My boyfriend bought a truck from here and it was a leased vehicle with very low miles. The truck was not detailed when we received it and did not have floor mats, which we were told they would clean it and also look for the mats and if they couldn t find them they would order some. We never heard back from them and they never responded to our calls, so my boyfriend just went and bought some himself. After only a month of owning the truck it already started making noises. It was under warranty and so he tried making an appointment to get it serviced but once again, it was impossible to get anyone to call back.He finally got through to someone and brought it in. They had it for 3 days before telling him their mechanic was gone for the week and he would have to bring it in the next week. So he brings it back the next week and they have it for a couple days with no updates from them. Long story short they had it for 2 weeks and were completely unresponsive unless we called for an update. He finally got a text that it was done (1 full week after they said it would he done) and on the way home the check engine light came on! We had to take it back AGAIN to have them look at it.Needless to say we will never buy a vehicle from this business again and definitely won t be using their service department!

Hi, my name is Donald Skinner. I have never once written a bad review about anything or even considered it until now. I recently took my van in to look at an electrical issue which they charge me $160.00 to diagnose it and they did. While waiting for the parts they called me and said it had a missfire and it would be another $160.00 to diagnose the missfire. They then called and said they couldn't figure it out and it would be another $640.00 to dig deeper and find it out.At that point I decided enough is enough and to back out and agree to pay the original $160.00 for the first diagnoses. But I don't agree to pay the second 160.00 because they didnt diagonss the problem. They were not willing to work with me at all and I wound up paying $320.00 and nothing has been achieved. And when we picked it up ,the check engine light was on which wasnt when we dropped it off. Please do not go here. I had bad thoughts about going to a dealrship but I did and it ended up biting me.

Salesman, Rick T is great! I've been going to him for over 10 years and have leased multiple vehicles from him. He's very honest and always trying to help.

Worst dealer experience I ve ever had. Came for an oil change and universal replacement. They forgot the oil change and 1 mile from the shop the drive shaft blew off on the freeway and broke the transfer case. Parts and second repair took four weeks. I come to pick it up again and they forgot the oil change again. Not confident driving it home in 20 deg temps.

Please read this review and Nick Simcheck's review. Then, stay far away from Dick Scott Motor Mall.Recently, I dropped off my new 2017 Jeep Wrangler to get its first oil change, tire rotation, and the MasterShield Paint Protection and Scotch Guarding. While my vehicle was there, the technician did not park it in line with the other vehicles and my Jeep was struck in the front end by another patron. After 2 weeks, I received my Jeep back only to have it look like the photos attached. Now, when I dropped my Jeep off, I purposely left it dirty to ensure that the MasterShielding was done correctly. For paint protection and scotch guarding to be done correctly, the entire vehicle must be cleaned. All of the original bugs, dirt, grime, etc that was there when I dropped it off, was still there when I picked it up. Even my coworkers made comments about no believing the work was done. If it was, it was done incorrectly. Also, a spot on the hood that was there when I bought it was supposed to be buffed out and I was stated that it was completely buffed out. You can clearly see in 2 pictures that it is not.So, I gave Dick Scott a chance to investigate and they stated that the Jeep was cleaned inside and out, but that it got that dirty in a 90 minute trip with only one person in the vehicle. Look at the interior door jams and tell me how that gets dirty in 90 minutes? Also, how did so much dirt and bark get under the back seat? That was all there from when I hauled wood before I dropped it off. They stated they would be sending me a bill for the $450. Of course, I will have to pay it or it will affect my credit. I am not concerned about the $450. I paid cash for the Jeep. I am concerned that, like Nick stated, the service shop cannot be trusted.Do NOT, under any circumstances, take your vehicle here or conduct any business with these people. They had ample opportunity to be honest with me. The technician who performed the work on the vehicle should be ashamed to be that careless if he even did the work in the first place. I wish I would have read Nick's review before taking my Jeep there.Save Yourself The Headache,Dr. Kyle Jay Smith

Every time I seem to go into or call the dealership you have to talk to one specific person who knows what s going and you can never find or talk to that person. I ve been to the dealership to check on parts I was told that I need wait for them to get back or they can call you back and update you. I chose to have them call me and waited all afternoon for a phone call back and got nothing. I called the dealership and also got the same thing i ll have them call you once they get back. I continued to wait until said time that they d be back and even longer until I chose to call again. Same thing happened again currently waiting on the phone call back which probably won t happen. Getting more and more frustrated with them. Will update upon issue being fixed/ not fixed. UPDATED AS OF 1+ year later: Still waiting on the phone call back. Ended up leaving due to dealership claiming they never broke my mirror when it worked fine upon dropping truck off not to mention i put sway bar links on my truck for the time being of having to wait for back order. when they replaced the aftermarket ones with OEM they trashed my sway bar links when they were less than a month old and told me i would get reimbursed but that also never happened. One of the WORST experiences at a dealership.

I took my vehicle in and was told I needed two new front tires and an alignment. After that was completed, my vehicle is now pulling to the right and my steering wheel is off center. Came back in to have it fixed just to be told by two different techs that the alignment is fine. I drove with a tech, pointing out the pulling and he said "cars are supposed to pull to the right". Then after another long wait, the supervisor said he's driven it all over, including the expressway, and the vehicle is fine. I left so disappointed and feeling ripped off. The staff has no empathy, they just want to go onto the next customer. How about you refund the alignment I paid for since it messed up the steering? It's unfortunate to be stuck with a lack luster service department because of my vehicle's certification from purchase. Very upset as to how they left my vehicle.*EDIT* I did speak with Butch. He was useless in solving the problem. Your tech messed up my steering and neither one say there is a problem. I should not have to pay for a service that created a problem that wasn't there before your tech touched it!

By far the worst experience.I purchased my Dodge Ram from this dealership. Within 6 months I had issues with the belt and pulley. They fixed it. 1 month ago my truck just shut down while I was entering the highway, leaving me blocking traffic. Again, the belt and pulley. My truck had to be towed to the dealership. I had a rental car for over a MONTH! They kept telling us they were ordering the part. Then there wasn't anyone available to work on it. We got texts saying that the parts had been there for a while and they were told to get on it but didn't know why no one was. I called the manager but he never returned my call. Finally got a text it was fine after 33 days!!!I expected at least an apology and a washed vehicle as other dealerships AIways do.I will NEVER take my vehicle back there. EXTREMELY poor communication, service and quality.I made the decision to buy a Ram after owning Fords all my life... that mistake won't happen again!!p.o. in Howell

I was given 100% attention from owner Judd Scott and his right hand man Nelson Cypher! They were very patient, I had time to digest everything, given a very good explanation of all the new things on the dashboard, which they sent me an email link, so this week and the next, I can watch little video clips on each part of dash, without having to get out thick books,etc.. I have been with this dealership for at 25-30 years, and live 2 1/2 hours away, but many times they have delivered the vehicle to my door, and we sign the papers there! Just a wonderful staff! Sincerely, Jan Luedtke

I made a service appointment to have my truck's transmission looked at. They didn't say anything about how long it would take or that they were behind or short staffed. After 10 days they still hadn't looked at my truck and said it might be another week before they could get it in the shop. I ended up picking it up and taking it somewhere else. They should let people know before taking their vehicle in that it could take weeks before they can look at it.

This is the second time i have brought my vehicle in for repairs. The first time you had my car for a month. This time it has been 2 weeks and hasnt been looked at. Never have a loaner available was told this time my vehicle had too many miles to get a loaner but it will be acouple more weeks because they are behind. Last time i bring it in here and i purchased a lifetime warranty.

According to Cat my advisor who advised me of practically nothing asked if the part I was going to have installed was in stock and not much else. My 4 hour job took 2 days before I was able to get it back. Having a appointment to have my vehicle there with ample time in the day to complete a 4 hour job was expecting the end of Thursday to pick up the vehicle but I didn t ask Cat so shame on me. I was told when ordering the part it would take 3 hours to install per the kit. I was charged 4. When inquiring Cat became very snotty with me so I paid the extra hour and left because I was told by Cat that there was no one there else to discuss this with and I was not leaving the vehicle until Monday Once I got into the vehicle it became apparent why I was charged the extra hour. Too bad Cat didn t explain this at any time she had the vehicle to me. I would have had no issues. BTW, I gave her the opportunity to quote me 2 other jobs and she also failed to do this. I gave them 2 stars because the technician appeared to have done a good job, however for the rest of the experience, well not so much.I also gave this information to the service manager in an email at the time of this initial posting, days before your reply so that you may better understand and know that I have reached out but you just don t seem to be there.

2 Very bad service experiences with this dealership. First one was a recall work that we were instructed by Chrysler to go to them and that we would be given a rental car but it wreaked of smoke. The second time we were charged for 2 hours to do a simple check engine light and I only approved for 1 hour. When we asked to talk to the service tech as to why, we were instructed they were too busy to talk to us and that they would call us later that day. Still haven't gotten that call. We decided to not have them do the repair because the estimate was $1,300 and we could not afford it. I did some research and the part only cost $400 from Mopar and that the estimated hours to install is 1 to 2 at the most so by my calculations that would be a cost of about $650. I have reached out to another local dealership and have been given a $700 estimate to do the work. I decided to contact with Mr. Scott to see if he wanted to make this right. He asked me to send him an email with all the data I have and 2 weeks later I have not received any response to my issues. Therefore, I am under the impression that Mr. Scott doesn't care if they loose a few customers. I will make sure that anyone that asks me for my opinion will be told to stay far away. I will also investigate what I need to do to hold them accountable for the extra hour $125 that I was over charged to begin with.

Jud Scott did an excellent job in working with us in leasing a new Jeep Cherokee. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to find us the vehicle my wife was looking for quickly at a lease price that was very reasonable. All the paper work was handled over the phone and via email. Then had the Cherokee delivered to our home. Great job!

We worked with Jillian, she did a great job and was very down to earth and kind. Her and the sales manger were able to get us out of our SUV and into the van we wanted under our monthly price point. I would highly recommend working with her and the team there they do a great job!

My experience was with Bill and Shawn. They were both extremely helpful. I can be a very picky customer and they were both very patient and kind to me. They helped me every step of the way in finding and purchasing a new vehicle. They were able to find me a lower loan rate. They were able to allow me to find and go home with my new car all in the same day. This dealership was wonderful and very well acquainted with excellent customer service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Purchased a new vehicle and found it has a vent that was misaligned so it was stuck closed the next day. I was told that I would have to wait in the service department even with an appoint for an undisclosed amount of time just so they could see if it could be fixed and then do the same thing all over again when the part arrived. Purchase was ok time was good, financing really pushed the useless warranties. Not the worst overall experience but make sure everything is in working condition when you drive off the lot because after you do then no special treatment.

Rick our salesman was great to work with! Very patient never once was pushy with anything. He made it a smooth transaction and they offered us more for our trade than anyone! Only reason is that it s not 5 stars is the finance guy was very rude and pushy with warranties.

Worst experience buying a car ever! We found the truck we wanted online and were driving 5 1/2 hours from West Virginia to buy the truck. Due to our work schedules we were unable to go any day except Saturday. The deal should have been taken care of prior to us getting there and all the information was given to Bill, our salesman, on Friday. He was upset we were coming so close to closing, and made no secret about it. He calls us when we are halfway there and tells us they may not be able to take our trade because he never verified the day before the loan with our bank. We asked to only have our credit run through Ally and were assured that would be the case, however, we were run through multiple banks. The way they ended up structuring the deal cost us $1000 more in taxes. We arrived at 2 (when their last signing appointment was as we were told), and the paperwork wasn t ready. We waited 45 minutes and Ryan, the finance guy, was horrible to us. We were informed of having the pay $1000 extra in taxes and when we agreed (which was only because we had driven so far), he proceeded to look at his watch the entire time and visibly roll his eyes at my husband as he read the paperwork before signing. They needed the taxes that day because a third party company was supposedly required to take care of all title work. Then contacts us a week and half later and sent us the title because their third party company was so behind. We have bought many cars out of state because we internet shop and have NEVER been treated as though we were inconveniencing them by coming so far. We will NEVER spend another dollar at this dealership.

Very disappointed. Got the runaround and put off. Service department dropped the ball from start to finish. Dropped off Jeep on Monday said it would take two days by Michael. Jeep needed a new fuel pump. Also wanted price on new tires and he said he wouldLet us know the next day. That didn t happen. By third day we got tires else where and had it scheduledTo be out on the Jeep on Saturday morning. Needed Jeep Back by Saturday. No communication and finally when I got To speak To Chris the manager on Friday was told it was not done and that he would make sure it was done by 10am Saturday and to be there at 10. Upon arrival the Jeep had not even been started. And of course no one is working to make sure it s done. When I spoke to Chris his response was I did my best. After re assuring me and even promising it would be done for me to pick up. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Unprofessional, and can t be bothered with the needs of theirUpdate: After it was not ready on Saturday, they discover they ordered the wrong part. Now it won t be ready until Tuesday. On Tuesday I pick it up. I take it for the tires and it won t start. Same problem from when I brought it to them to begin with. Called Autom and her response was they weren t sure it was that but they thought they would try it. So all that time and they resolved nothing. Would not recommend this place. Run, stay away.

Sales was great. Service on the other hand leaves much to be desired. Drive all the way here with a appointment and sit for an hour before being told the guy that's supposed to do the work called off and no one else can do the work apparently and I have to reschedule again and take a different day off work.

I worked with Jillian Lesperance on trading in a cash cow I was driving into something more fitting for my family. She was patient with my questions, and worked to find me the best vehicle for my price point. She even got me a vehicle with some of my desired, but not required features. If I asked a question she was not sure of, she was honest, and she went to the right person to get the answer. She s very personable, and makes the car buying experience fun.

I m in the military so I ve been to dealerships all over the country and this was by far my best experience. Jillian and the entire sales staff were honest, efficient, and professional throughout the process. Even after the sale was locked in, Jillian continued to check in so if you re as appreciative of service after the sale as I am give her a ring! She ll make it happen. 10/10 recommend.

We took two vehicles from separate owners, same address, in for recall work. The first vehicle we were told had one recall and would take less than an hour. Upon arrival I was told there were three recalls and it would take half the day, leaving me stuck at the dealership sitting in the lounge for hours with no ride. Even after clarifying at the desk that it was a different owner, same address, they called me by the other owners name and had the other owners information on my paperwork. After they finished the work they were supposed to do a multi point inspection. When I reviewed the paperwork at home, they had given me the inspection for a completely different vehicle. I now have no idea if they even did mine, and it makes me nervous that the recall work was done properly. The second vehicle went in a week later. We had received notice of multiple recalls, but Dick Scott insisted there was only the one and refused to fix the airbag recall. You can easily look this up by VIN so now I have to assume they have our vehicles messed up in the system since the airbags were what I had fixed on the first vehicle. Now they are sending texts and correspondences to me for the second owner, since apparently they still have us mixed up. Not a good experience.

Sales staff was very friendly. Bought a used SUV for a good price. Took the vehicle to get an oil change 2 days after purchase. The oil was very low and dirty. The front differential fluid was horrible. Other fluids were bad too. Rear light was out, and visor light broken and won't turn off. I thought all of these basic maintenance issues would be addressed before sale from a major dealership. I'm not a mechanic, so I don't know how to check these things before purchase. Looks like the previous owner didn't maintain it well, so now I'm worried. The salesman told me the previous owner does business with them often, and takes care of his vehicles, but that's obviously not true. I pray the car lasts after I get everything taken care of.
