We had gone here for a oil and fuelfilter change on our ram 3500 dually. When the vehicle was ready, they told us they'll was over 600 dollars. We questioned why so much. Orally in the 300 and change ballpark. They showed us the bill and said there was a part needing replacement and changed it and charged with outletting us know they were doing so. They never had us sign an estimate when we came there is a huge sign that states no work will be done on your vehicle with out your signed written consent.We settled for paying for the part with no labor. And them the manager came to talk to us and said never to come back here we don't want your business. After that I wouldn't go there ever again either
