Champion Chevrolet was once again easy to work with. My appointment was scheduled fast, I was given a ride home while my vehicle was serviced and called when work was completed. They picked me back up and honored my coupon at checkout. Chad explained everything that was performed on vehicle and that everything looked good. Great service and nice experience, thanks everyone!

I've leased 2 cars, both Chevy Equinox, and I have always been able to get right in to have the routine maintenance done. The techs are friendly and so accommodating. My leasing experience was great and the service area is very professional. Great job!

Great experience! really professional explained everything to me clearly, I will always go to this location now. I needed a rental car last minute also and within 10 minutes I was in one for the day. really great customer service! Dwayne Gross was just awesome!

Champion Chevrolet of Fowlerville did more than just sell me a car. They worked to find a vehicle that I wanted at a price I could afford. Other dealers in the area simply searched for vehicles on their lot and then informed me of the sticker price. I could do that all online myself. They have been fantastic at following up with me on questions, explaining vehicle options, and giving me the best price possible for my trade-in. While originally just interested in renewing my wife's Equinox lease, we ended up with two new vehicles from Champion. Will be doing business with them again in the future.

Purchasing a 2017 Chevrolet Traverse from Champion Chevrolet of Fowlerville was an excellent experience. My sales person, Trudy Gross, is exceptional at what she does. She answered all of my questions and helped me to make the decision that was the best fit for my family and I. She made the experience easy and convenient. I would recommend Trudy to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. Champion is an elite dealership that provides a first class customer experience.

First of all I setup an appointment online and received a response saying someone would contact me to confirm the appointment. Nobody did so I still went in at the time I scheduled but sure enough it wasn't scheduled. Then the service guy acted like I was an idiot by asking if I scheduled for another dealership and if I scheduled it under another name. Really? He then said it was 75 dollars for the oil change but if I scheduled a tire rotation with the oil change it would only be 60. I chose both obviously so he set it up and said it would be about an hour. I decided to go for a walk and two hours and 15 minutes later I still hadn't heard from him so I walked back up there and my truck was done but he still had the paperwork on his desk. He said he washed my truck like he was doing me a favor but even that was done with poor service considering there were big dirt streaks on the tailgate. I just paid my bill and left and I will not be back again. Shame on me for giving them another chance after multiple issues 4 or 5 years ago.

Went shopping for a used Silverado.Ended up buying a new truck.First, used, truck I looked at had a check engine light and Tire Monitoring warning lit up on dash. Immediately turned me off. So did the used car sales manager, with his flippant response. He acted as if I was making this up! Could've went looked at the dash hisself.Ended up dealing with Eddie Schlichting and Mike Kelly on a new truck.Both guys were great and they overcame my negative feeling after the used car manager.There was a little miscommunication on emails but there was a lot of back and forth. (this is minor)So.....Eddie and Mike: GreatUsed manager: Poor.

This place is a joke!!. Told me one amount on my trade in.. which was slightly higher than KBB...when I called about a used vehicle and set up an appointment ... about 30 mins before schedule appointment was called and told the car I was looking at was in ypsi.. still went up there... that's when I was told my trade in was only with 5% of what KBB said...Save your money...save your heeadaches... go some place else

They suck for service Jim the service manager is the worst for questions he couldn't answer them correctly if he had the book they try to overprice work... Not recommending that dealship for service if you need good service go to diamond brake and front-end.... honest won't over charge you and their honest abt what has to be done they won't sell you something you don't need.... great prices nice peaple
